Shelves were looking bare with sections stating clearance with nothing on clearance only to be told the item were being discontinued, however, still at full price!

Great products but the lady working there was very rude and unprofessional. Probably the same 1 most people seem to complain about in the other reviews. My wife was telling her about a product that a friend of hers sells and highly recommended to her and the lady said with a lil sarcasm of course she recommends it, shes just trying to sell you the product. Then she starts pushing products and gets rude when you say youre just looking.

Store had what I was looking for but spent half the time telling the sales woman I wasn’t interested in anything else. At one point she was going to charge my account for an upgraded membership without telling me. Would rather have ordered online then deal with her again

If you want someone to tell you what you need and ignore what youre actually there for, this is perfect.

The manager here will always try to get you to buy something that she recommends. Even after telling her NO she will keep trying. I try to avoid this store when I see her in it.

It’s sad when the employees have better attitudes than the manager!! The manager had a bad attitude and is a very very forceful salesman! I watched her literally help like 8 people and people start getting attitudes because she so forceful than push’s customers out the door rather than bringing them in! I will be calling Corp on her and how she can speak to customers with more customer service told me I’m tryna cheat the system because I asked for a refund I had to drive all the way to spartanburg just to get one! In which I recommend the gnc Verdae in Greenville way better manager and wat more helpful

I went in for simple vitamins . The lady was knowledgeable about the products but she pushed and pushed weight loss products on me. Never in my life have I been felt forced to buy products bc I made a statement gosh theres alot of weight loss products on the market today. There is just no way Ill ever enter this location again. She kept cutting me off and I barely got a word in and the products ended up being over $350, which is NOT a price tag I can afford. The worst part is that they do not offer refunds.

Was supposed to open at 10 am. I waited around til 10:30 and they are still not opened. Hopefully did not go out of business.

Salesman was knowledgeable and got me setup on the right track for my lifestyle change !

The lady manager that works at this store only cares about making a sale and getting commission. She will not explain anything to you. Plus this store is a corporate store, the better gnc store is in Haywood mall, Greenville, sc.

I walked in an no one would wait on my. It was 11:45 am and no one was the the mall. I walked in looking for a specific product but the girl behind the counter would not talk to me.

The woman there was very rude. When i was talking, she cut me off and refused to sell anything to me. She also lied and said they didnt sell detox drinks. If I could rate 0 starts i would. Never will I go there again.
