I have to say with hands down Allen Bryant in Greenville is the man!!! He is by far the nicest business man I have met this far, and just as personable about this industry as I am. I feel privileged to do business with him.

Ive been doing business with this specific location for about 6 months now and have been extremely pleased in doing so. From the counters all the way to delivery, their communication and willingness to help does not go unnoticed. I have not encountered one employee there who hasnt done his job well. Jason, Rusty, Eric, and Chad have all been exceptional in serving us and we are so thankful for them, as well as all of the others who continuously play a part in making us feel so important.

Just drove 40 miles for split-boot flashing, that I confirmed over the phone. Get there to find out he thought a pipe boot was the same thing, put somebody with knowledge on the damn phones!

Staff was very knowledgeable about part I was buying. I would strongly recommend them to anyone wanting to fix their equipment.

I have dealt with Johnstone in Spartanburg for many years and they are all great. Rusty, Jason, and KC who are their counter guys are extremely helpful, reliable, and knowledgeable. The warehouse workers Brandon and Mark are exceptional in their service as well. I wont shop anywhere else for my HVAC supplies.

This is the second time weve gone here and one particular counter salesman has been rude and sarcastic to my boss on two separate occasions. Were at a parts house to pick up parts, not rude remarks.Were also not thrilled that they do not have parts that should be fairly standard to carry in a parts house for the equipment lines that they carry.

My opinion is all three gentlemen at the front counter offered great help, A1A service.
