Great customer service across the board.

Everything went well until we got the final invoice. I know the original quotation says that some charges may vary but on the final invoice there was a charge that was not even mentioned at all on the quote so that one did not vary, it wasnt even on the original quote. It was disappointing that nobody tried to explain this to us and just went ahead with the charge. Called them about it but they never called back.

Had a skylift brought out. First day wouldnt start, called in didnt get there until late in the day. The next day I tried to use it, had to constantly move handle and wires to get it to move either forward/backwards or up/down. The item was delivered with only propane, no gas. Working inside it wasnt good with propane. The reason given no fuel, they didnt have any at the store and driver wasnt allowed to get anywhere else. Irtated I called and told them to come pick up. I asked to speak to the manager, the guy said he would have him call. Two days later I go by the store and talked with Les. Hes only excuse was I didnt call to have it fixed the second time. He even said that his driver when picked up was able to come in and moved it with no problem, I reminded him that was false and I was there. He had to move the handle several times before it would move. The driver even said that handle may have a short in it. He wouldnt admit he had trash of equipment. I only was able to use maybe two hours but he charged for a day. I will admit he only charged a day instead of the week but he was rude and very unhelpful. Will never use or recommend United Rentals again.

Less in Spartanburg did what he said he would.
