Big company with great selection and company structure. However company is a little slow. They are still settling in here at spearfish.

I called looking for 30 2x6 x16 treated lumber. Before I drove over to get them. (I live an hour or more away) I talked to Woody... He went out to the lumber pile counted the boards and called me back. He said he had 60.I ask if I could pre pay for 30.He said no problem he would hold them for me until my contractor could get them in the morning. Mind you I called at 3.45 on a Tuesday. And arrived at 9.15AM to find that he only had 9 straight boards and 8 very warped boards.He did not have what he said ..or didnt hold any for me!This is not good business practice of you ask me. It was a wasted trip...time and money! 😡

Being new to Spearfish I had a lot of projects I wanted to do with my new house. The customer service is helpful, taking time to show me where something is at if I cant find it. Ive only had one delivery made but it went very smoothly.

Had my product in stock! Two employees stood around and watched us load.

Called and spoke with a lady named Dawn about a product I was looking for. I was obviously bugging her and she couldn’t take the time to see if they had what I was looking for.
