You would think being so close to a college town that these guys would’ve learned a long time ago not to screw kids charge my son $400 for one oil change One filter 9 quarts of oil I went to my local dealership priced it out same part numbers and everything $176 to do the same job I just think because a kid drives a brand new truck they can screw them.

What an AWESOME experience. Had a check engine light on our Ram 2500 while getting on a 600 mile road trip. Liberty Dodge in Rapid City put us on the road saying we should be good to go. WRONG!! Not even an hour down the road, we got a warning of “5 mph in 148 miles if DEF is not serviced”. Luckily we were only a short distance from Juneks, where they took us in right away, identified the problem & had us back on the road in an hour!! Turned out truck needed a software update. THANK YOU Michelle, Brian & Kevin!!

Good Customer service treating the customers that is not rude but polite. But on the other hand had my 2002 jeep liberty sport for a total of five days and it took a month from the time I made the appointment to the time it was returned to me. I gave my jeep to them to have the spedometor and cruise control fixed. The issue wasnt fixed the gave my jeep back to me in the same condition I gave it to them to be serviced. So on that end of the service Im very disappointed 100 dollars later and a month wasted on a no result ending. Youd think that the jeep dealership service department would know how to fix the issue . So I will have to take it to another place to be repaired. So 100 dollars later and my move set back because of the time wasted . I wish they would have just been honest and told me they didnt know how to fix it instead of wasting my time acting like they could. Being real goes a long way with people. So I give this dealership in Spearfish, SD A 2 out of 5 star. This is only due to how polite they were. Otherwise I give it a zero in the service department. If your buying a car go here otherwise have your jeep serviced elsewhere. Im *BigK* and I approve this post!!!

When I brought my vehicle in to get an estimate for fixing it, the service techs had it for two full days before diagnosing a problem with the transfer case. That was irritating, but fine. What really upset me was When I dropped it off, I told the service tech that the driver’s seat was broken and had already been estimated to cost $2500 to fix. Since the seat was where my husband and I needed it, we had opted not to fix it. The seat wouldn’t move forward. When I picked up my vehicle (it was after hours before I could get a ride), the seat was moved all the way back and would not move forward. Whoever had worked on my car had moved the seat all the way back, such that I could hardly reach the pedals to drive it. The much more broken seat made it impossible for me to operate the vehicle safely without shelling out the $2500 to fix it.We had planned to pay to fix the transfer case, but the additional $2500 necessary to fix the seat that the service tech broke more than it was made repairs too costly for us.oh, I should mention that when we got the first estimate to fix the seat at a different dealership in Rapid City, that mechanic did not move the seat all the way back and render the vehicle in-drivable. Therefore, I know it was possible to look at the problem without moving the seat back!

In response to the owners comment that you need it more than a day - the Vehicle had been in your shop at least 7 times ! Never once have they shown my daughter the parts that have been taken off or replaced .. perhaps they are not doing anything ? Sounds to me like you only take care of customers that purchase a vehicle from you-6 months, multiple appointments for our college daughter to fix an ongoing issue with her Jeep Renegade, still not resolved. If you like playing phone tag with multiple people that state they will follow up and never do, then try your luck with Juneks . Was hoping they’d try to take care of local college students, instead they give them the run around . Maybe someone will follow through after this negative feedback, or maybe they simply don’t care..

Had a bit of car trouble with our Durango on our journey down Spearfish Canyon Road. Came here and the two service people were so kind, checked our vehicle out, and spent some time talking us through various scenarios. Never figured out what the cause of the trouble was, but they made us feel good about getting back on the road.

One of the worst buying experiences ever! Do not buy from this place. We purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica only to drive 4 of the 8 hrs to find the roof riddled with hail damage. Due to it being a Saturday we couldnt turn around so we had to wait until Monday to call them. Told them the issue and was just wanting the damage fixed so I was able to insure the vehicle properly... Long story short the estimate to fix was upwards of 7k dollars and they would only put 2k towards the damage. We ended up having to return the vehicle 7 days later. Now the van is back on the market for 3k MORE than what we bought it for. So buyers BEWARE. It may look pretty, but there could be a whole plethora of problems.Update: And the lies continue. I was totally fine with the funds going to a business if the agreement was going to be fulfilled. However, that was not the case. 2k towards damages fine, but my vehicle would not be completely insurable because of the hail damage. That was what I wanted fixed. I am glad I returned the vehicle because after that van vs. the new van we bought the wheels/rims were NOT for a limited, but for a lower trim model, doors would open randomly when the vehicle was parked leaving opportunity for damage or theft to happen. Who know what other issues would have risen the longer we had it.So instead of trying to make your business look honest and trustworthy first you need to be honest from the start. I appreciate the fact you returned all of our funds as it shouldve due to your 7 day return policy. I honored that. Only because I wasnt going to be screwed over a second time. I am truly glad we went elsewhere.

This place is awesome. I needed warranty work done to my Jeep and they were the only ones interested in helping. I called other Jeep/Chrysler dealerships in the area and asked for the same assistance. They either never called back after I left a message, or told me to take the vehicle to a body shop to have warranty repair work done. This would have clearly cost me money for something covered under a warranty. Juneks called back promptly and got the Jeep in right away the next week. I dropped it off a day earlier than the appointment, and they had it done a day earlier, without me even asking. This goes to show how much they value your time and want to help. They had our problem fixed in no time. I recommend these guys highly.

Had broken down on the road had my vehicle towed to Juneks Chrysler Jeep. This was on Friday evening was notified on Saturday the problem had been found and a part would be ordered Monday. Through the whole process Richard the Service Manager kept me up to date on the progress which was greatly appreciated. When the repairs were completed they sent an employee to give me a ride to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle. The charges for the parts & repair were more than fair. When you are a thousand miles from home you really appreciate being treated like a local customer. Kudos to Richard the Mechanic that repaired my vehicle and the young Lady that gave me a ride to the dealership.

Due to the Holidays and weather the part took a couple days longer to arrive than we expected but it was not a problem. We were kept informed about the progress. The service manager Richard was happy to squeeze my Jeep in for an immediate inspection. Turned out to be just a small rock between the brake rotor and shield. We took our van in to get some warranty work done and they gave us a nice loaner to use since it was going to be in for a few days. The service department has such knowledgeable people working there! They found the problem with our Ram truck, got the part shipped over night and had it installed by noon the following day. Being on vacation, we appreciated the speed andefficiency they provided which got us on our way again.The service writer, Richard, was extremely polite and efficient.He provided us with a loaner car so we could site see while we waited for the part to be delivered.Our mechanic Bruce, knows how to diagnose automobile problems and get them fixed. 11/23/18.....visited Juneks in Spearfish to look at a Jeep Latitude. Met Stephen Muller, one of their sales people. Stephen was most helpful in providing me information about the vehicle, I took it for a test drive, and was pleased with it. I bought my first Jeep on 10/21/1986, so I am a long time Jeep lover. The Latitude is a great car, but I wanted something a bit larger, along the lines of my current Grand Cherokee Limited. Stephen then showed me a 2017 Grand Cherokee, went for a test drive and sat down with him to start the process of buying the vehicle. I had some concerns about it fitting in my garage, live in Lead, SD, so Stephen let me take the car home for the night.....IT FIT. Returned to Juneks on 11/24, Misty Hodgs handled the paperwork in a most professional manner. She knows her job well. The great customer service provided by both Stephen and Misty made the car buying experience most enjoyable. I would highly recommend Juneks to my friends and family.

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advanced to get an ABS light fixed.. took them 2 weeks to fix it and they claimed they were working on it bit it just sat outside. Got charged for parts that were not part of the problem. They would never call me to give me updates even when they said theyd call me back. Would not recommend.

I chose Juneks Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to install an OEM remote start on my 2018 Ram 1500. The reason being is that the dealership in Gillette quoted me almost $500 (4-5 hours of labor) to install a product that has an install time of 1.2 hours per the Mopar manufacturer. I called Juneks, got the quote (for the right install time), and scheduled my appointment. I live in Gillette but the drive to Spearfish was definitely worth it for the honesty Juneks gave me. I showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment and Juneks jumped right on the install. It was completed within 2 hours. I’ll be swapping out my factory mirrors for mirrors with turn signals in the future and I most definitely will be going back to Juneks to have them install them. All around a great dealer to do business with if you are looking for honesty, integrity, and a dealer who stands behind their work!

DO NOT BUY a vehicle here or use this service department. Had our truck which was towed in for twenty days. Did not even touch our truck for 18 days while we were stranded at the KOA. They lied to me right in front of my wife. They lied about working on our truck, about parts ordering and receiving. Worse of all they lied to Chrysler Corporate including our Chrysler investigator. To top all that when they said the truck was ready the engine light was still on. They even lied about the engine light on and said we just needed a battery at $401 installed. We called Scott Peterson Chrysler ten miles away battery $179 plus $10 to install. Got to Scott Peterson Chrysler and they checked the codes and the battery and we did not need one. But we did have a intake manifold runner error. So Juneks returned our truck not repaired.

I really don’t know where to begin. There is so much to share about this company and the entire staff. One thing that sticks in my head, and I will never forget, was hearing a saleswoman refer to the owner, Ryan, as “salt of the earth”. THAT Speaks Volumes!!Our experience at Juneks is one of a kind. A very unfortunate breakdown 1200 miles from home. An emotional breakdown to follow. Nights without sleep, days without appetites, all ending with the Juneks staff going above and beyond!!! We feel as if they all could be our forever friends. They all helped us and cared. Really cared!! We love our new Trailhawk. I honestly thought I’d be taking the front license cover off the minute I could, as we don’t have front license plates where we live, but NOPE I’m leaving my Juneks/Spearfish plate on it. We knew that going through the dealership was an expensive way to go. I have a Chrysler 200c 2015 and I needed a new key. They handled that fine. I thought the alternator was broke but they told us it was just the battery. Something we could have fixed. They said it was hard to get to so it was 105 for labor on top of the 260 for a battery at walmart. The battery was right on top. Said nothing else was wrong with the car and two days later the car still wouldnt start. They wanted us to come back to fix it but already lied about the battery. When we called they honestly admitted we were screwed over.
