Started off being very helpful with their in-stock vinyl flooring, but when we ordered carpeting from Millken, communication dried up. Called on the 15th of July on the order that was placed on June 29th and was informed the carpet would ship on July 16th. It is now July 29th and not only no carpeting but no follow up and no one’s answering the phone. What’s a person to do?

Stopped in to see if we could order a rug and within 30 minutes, Jim had helped us select a remnant, had trimmed it to size and bound the edges while we watched. To top off this fabulous service, the price was quite reasonable! I highly recommend this company and will return for my carpet and flooring needs. Great local company, excellent service!

In trying to purchase a substantial amount of carpet and having it installed I first called the store. My conversation with the person in the store they just said we cant help you as the owner is out. They did not offer to take down my name, call me back or even tell me when the owner would be in. So a few days later I stopped in to the store where I was told there is carpet samples on the table and to take a look. So I did that and then asked approximately how much would it cost to install the carpet and gave her a diagram of the area I wanted carpeted.and the same person said to me I cant do that because I dont know how. I said how does a person get that done and she said she was not hired to do anything but answer the phone. I then sent my wife in and she picked out a carpet she was OK with and I called for and appointment to come and measure to do the work. it was a week later and on the day he was suppose to come the receptionist call 1 hr before the appointment (after I had taken off work) and said he needed to come 2 hour later which I was due back at work. I said I cant do that and she said she was sorry. They had well over a week to make sure they could be there. I lost the money from taking off work. No professional and I should have known but I wanted to do business locally. Never again with this company.
