Great store! Its very misleading from the outside! You walk in and the store goes on and on! Isles are very clearly marked so you can find just what you came in for and SO much more! Will return for more shopping when I can spend more time to see everything they have to offer!

So the store is good, prices are better than the one in Gillette for the most part. But I had to load my own shavings and pellets. Which I dont really mind if I could back right up to them. I asked the cashier if she was going to call someone and she said she could but theey havent been showing up.

Why is it you have to go to a western or ranch supply store to get the most friendly and courteously help at a retail store?

We bought a zero turn riding lawn mower from Bomgaars. We were having trouble starting the machine. The manager and his employee came out and explained the extra safety feature that we couldnt figure out.We also bought a push weed eater. Love the machine, but something went wrong whether it was the machine or our fault, I dont know. They took it back and refunded the money. Yes, I did have to show my drivers license, but that has become an extra safety feature for us as well as was explained to me from a totally different stores manager.Great couple of guys to work through this experience.

Rude sales people who are more interested in talking about their work schedule. Asked about inventory in the back and the sales person shook her head before I could finish the request. Always out of stock and no one around to help you. Cant tell you how many times Ive carried out 40 lb bag of dog food on my own with no help offered. Lost another customer to walmart.

Horrible customer service nearly every time I go in. I have even written to the district manager about it. I try to stay away, however they do sell our locally made pellets, so I go there for to purchase those.

I WAS TOLD THEY NEEDED MY PERSONAL INFO SO THEIR INVENTORY BALANCED OUT...BULLSHIT...SCAN IN SCAN OUT ITS THAT SIMPLE. I HAVE SHOPPED THERE FOR THE LAST TIME...DO YOU HEAR ME BOMGAARS? YOU JUST LOST A VALUABLE CUSTOMER OVER THIS STUPID POLICY!

Poor communication from Store Manager to Associates.

Went in for a cordless drill. The staff that I talked to was very knowledgeable and helped picked the drill to replace the old makita my dad had that I broke.
