I love this store! We moved to the Black Hills less than a year ago and built our retirement home. I worked with Nancy on a few different pieces of furniture and some accessories. We experienced AWESOME customer service. I agree that this store is not cheap but you get what you pay for..everything they have is unique and high quality. I stop every time I get to Spearfish.

Do not do business with this store!! We ordered over $6,000 in furniture from the owner, Janet. We had one piece, a couch, delivered and was told the other pieces would be delivered later. After one month I called her to see about the status of the remaining pieces and she told me not to call her, that she would call me when they were in and then she hung up on me!! I couldn’t believe it!! When I tried to call her back she had taken her phone off the hook. I can not believe the level of unprofessional conduct from the owner, no less. I work in customer service and I’m astonished at the lack of service and basic polite communication I received with the owner of this business. Never again! Be warned.

Bought a custom table paying over $6,000.00. The table, bench and chairs were delivered. The bench was measured wrong. It was such a hassle to get the custom bench remade...and when we did it was the wrong color Months of sorry we can’t do anything about it equals——-NEVER DO BUSINESS here!!!!
