Anna was great to work with. Very responsive and follow up was top notch. Had a question about a helmet accessory not listed (wasnt even on the helmet manufacturers web site). Anna tracked it down and had it delivered to me in 2 days. Truly a pleasure doing business with this company.

I called Black Hills Moro today and Anna was OUTSTANDING! I needed a part on the fly and she bent backwards to accommodate me. Prompt would be an insult, more like instant! What can I say... Black Hills Moto is probably the best kept secret in this area. The owner, Alex is extremely friendly, very fair, and cares about his customers. If theres something you need, hell find it for you. He wont over price everything like other businesses do. Let me start by saying i normally do not leave reviews, however my recent experience with Black Hills Moto was like a breath of a fresh air. I made a purchase for a Bell Qualifier helmet and was happy with the price. I later noticed a Bell RS-2 helmet which i found way more appealing. I decided to call Black hills Moto to see what my options were for returning my initial helmet for the Rs-2. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Alex. After explaining my dilemma He immediately presented me with some return/exchange options so that i may pick what is most suitable for me. I am proud to say i will be the owner of a Brand new Bell RS-2 helmet. Oh and i will add he helped cover my shipping costs even though this was a mistake that was made on MY end. Ordered an LS2 valiant helmet from amazon. Price was great and product arrived promptly. was a problem with the helmet visor. i contacted through phone and email and not only did i receive the help i was looking for, but Alex extended more than generous customer service...now a customer for life

Similar to other reviews posted, I had an issue with an Amazon order that was the fault of Amazon and not Black Hills Moto. I contacted the owner Alex directly and he worked with me to rectify the issue. He did not have the item I needed in stock at his store so he special ordered the item directly from the manufacturer and offered a 25% to make up for Amazons error. Excellent way to make up for a poor experience that wasnt even his fault. Thank you Alex & Black Hills Moto!

I received 2 sets of decals for my FJR 1300 - side panels and panniers. The Yamaha logo on the side decals was faint compared to the rear decals. Contacted Alex and despite the fact I bought these months ago, he offered to replace them. He actually replaced all of them! Extremely impressed and a strong recommend to all Canadian buyers.
I placed an order through Amazon which, according to my order history, is eligible for Prime Shipping. After not receiving the order in 2 days, I contacted Amazon who said my order was unable to be fulfilled by Amazon directly, and was transferred to this third party seller (Black Hills Moto). Amazon is great but however the listing was not right for the helmet I was after. I contacted Alex and let him know and he worked diligently to confirm I had the right style but wrong helmet. After calling back and explaining I then canceled the wrong order and placed the correct product number helmet order and the product I wanted is on the way!! In this day and age, its difficult to find companies that truly care about their customers.. I had a small issue, and Alex fixed said problem in ONE PHONE CALL. 6 Years ago i bough from this company a set of reflective tapes for my Kawasaki Concours 14 that are a good modification because increase the visibility during night time, even that i rod the bike daily they still look and stick to the bags surface as the first day, 3 years ago i drop my bike and a couple of the sections of the left bag got damaged and i sent an Email to Alex requesting to sell me just those sections and he surprise me sending me those at no cost to me not even the shipping, but now 3 years later it happened again, i drop it again and Email him again with the same request but asking for the bill for the tapes and the shipping and again he sent those at no cost.Thanks for your excellent customer service
Ordered a helmet threw amazon with Alex. I waited over a week thinking the problem was with Amazon and their shipping. Turns out fed ex lost it somehow. I texted alex and he got back to me very quickly and i explained the situation. He was very helpful and kept me updated. The best part though is he paid to overnight me a new helmet! They treat customers like they are gold. I would gladly pay more for the service and support Black Hills Moto provides, but they usually have better prices than you can get anywhere else. BHM is the first and last stop for this long distance rider.
