Doesnt matter when I go there, if Edith is working, she always has a smile on her face!! 😊 It makes for a pleasant check-out. Thats hard to come by these days.Also glad to see product getting back on the shelves.

They werent necessarily fully stocked, however the customer service provided by the cashier Rita absolutely made up for it. She was so pleasant and friendly, and extremely helpful! Will keep going to this store.

The store desperately needs to be restocked! That was a week ago when they told me they were waiting on their truck. Today, worse than last week. Dont waste your time. The shelves are as bare as the beginning of the pandemic and there really doesnt seem to be any urgency to attempt to run a successful business. Whoever owns this store definitely is not in it for the money

This is the worst dollar tree I’ve ever been in. There is stuff everywhere all the time. Not to mention the shelves are bare 90% of the time you walk in. Want a toy for your kids? Think again. Everything is out of place and there is maybe half as half stocked of toys, they just space them out to seem like they have a lot. Need to pick up cleaning supplies? Go somewhere else because the entire shelf is always empty. It’s dark, dingy and gross.

This Dollar Tree has really turned around with its organization. It is not a headache to come in there. Whatever the team and management is doing keep it up it looks great!

Store really needs more help, especially with stocking. Clean facility with polite enough staff.

This place is never stocked when I come here. I dont typically complain but my time is precious. I still come here due to Covid and money situations but it is rare. Customer service they barely have staff for all that. I hope this place sustains due to all that is going on!

I was able to find what I needed. However the cashier Arlene was not very friendly. I observed her not tell the man in front of me thank you after his purchase and she didnt tell me thank you either. I thought that was a little rude.

My adult kids call me the Dollar Tree queen! I know what are the best buys here. Today was word search, coloring books and sudoku to keep idle hands busy and everyone out of trouble. I am included.

DollarTree is good for many things except customer service. All the workers buy their own shirts so it doesn’t look uniform and they also don’t feel at home there. Staff is not helpful and the manager acted like I was bothering them asking them for something in the store.

I keep giving this store a chance simply because its in the area/neighborhood but it never fails its always something, I dont make a big deal about some of the things but when I waste my time driving here because Google says it close at 10 and get there and it closed at 8... thats a problem, you all need to update your information

This is a nice Dollar Tree location. Clean store & one of the more orderly locations. Very nice & friendly, well-trained and helpful employees. They are really helping by providing jobs to the handicapped population. Great location!

Clean and the lines moved quickly. The staff was very helpful and nice. Had what I wanted and of course like most shopping trips you go in for one thing and find 5 more that you need. Will shop here again.

No carts 😞 so if youre in need of using a cart for your items you wont get one they have like 2-3 carts for the customers.

This is one of the messiest Dollar Trees Ive ever been in. Seems they might be doing better but there is usually tons of stock setting everywhere. The staff seems nice enough. However the manager didnt know how to ring something up because it was 10 for $1 and I only wanted 4. No big deal really but shouldnt the manager know what to do?? Also this place closes at 8PM! I dont know why the hours are wrong on here but they are.

This store is a mess all the time. Shelves empty but lots of open and closed boxes sitting EVERYWHERE to where is hard to move around in this store. Aisles full of stuff all over the floors. Staff is always very nice and helpful. The store itself is a mess.

Used to be nice store. Shelves empty...boxes EVERY WHERE!!!!!!!! Couldnt hardly get through. Will never go back. Such a shame. Wondered why no one was going in. How do they stay open?

Recently, an employee who said she was the temporary store manager, was very rude to me when I attempted to pick up an associate who was scheduled until 8:30pm that day. She said that the store now closes at 10pm and that they were all just told that morning that the hours changed... She was then rude to the associate stating that he was to have reliable transportation while working there. I was his reliable transportation! She did let him go home but said he needed to work as scheduled. Well, yeah, he was scheduled til 8:30!Another day he was scheduled til 9pm although the store closed at 8pm. He had to wait outside in the heat until 9pm

Shelves empty. Stock setting in boxes through isles. Some stacked so high you couldnt see what was on the shelves. If someone would just pick up things that dont belong in that dept. that would help. Example, package of bologna in with the Christmas stuff. That alone is a health issue if it has been there for a while.On the up side, I liked you have a challenged cashier. But, she was more involved with other cashiers, instead of her own customer.

Empty shelves

Lines are always long. And there is a lady there that demands you have your baskets emptied and money ready before you get to the register. Why would I stand there before Im ready to pay with my money in my hand? Dont you know people get robbed? So lets make it easier for them by pulling our money out and flashing it before we are ready to pay.

I was surprised with how dirty it was... Everything was in disarray & I mean EVERYTHING..., I would go to a new while thinking the last one maybe was getting reorganized or whatever but it was the whole store! There are plenty of dollar stores in the area, so Ill definitely choose a different one next time.

When the fire department shuts your store down due to FITHLY conditions it should tell you the quality of the leadership here. Hopefully when it re-opens, the management and owners get their acts together. This has always been a disgusting store. It always appeared like they just just got inventory in no matter when you went. No one seemed to care about the deplorable conditions there either.

I posted my photos from yesterdays visit. The condition of the store was equivalent to a ghetto garage sale gone bad!I found myself cleaning and organizing the birthday party plates and napkins so I could actually see what designs they had!I spent WAY too much time out of my day in the store because I had to dig to find what I was looking for! I determined that I will not return to this location as my time is too valuable to waist in such a manner.

This place use to be nice and clean, however lately it’s shelves are always a mess. Things all over the floor, and my most recent visit there was a box cutter left on the self, it was low enough a kid could have gotten it and been hurt. When I took it to an employee he told me it’s not his “issue” to take it to the manager. The manager then asked me why I picked it up. I ended up leaving very upset and flustered that they didn’t care about the lack of safety of leaving dangerous items out.Unfortunately I will no longer be returning and will be taking the drive to Avon if I need to go to a dollar tree.

The stock is really good. I was surprised by some of the name brands they had. I gave 3 stars due to the customer service. The sales associate Nicholas didnt greet me. He said my total handed me the change and walked off. He didnt say thank you, didnt hand me my bag, nothing. I thought it was pretty rude.

They get packed at times, but theyre products kind of outweigh any customer service problems they might have. It stays pretty clean and the decorations are usually on point! They dont put out broken things as often as other Dollar Trees to which Ive been. I go there first for decorations as a rule. It saves money. Then I shop other stores.

This store is dirty and the shelves are ALWAYS empty or look like a tornado hit them. Very unorganized. The one in Avon is WAY BETTER.

The price is reasonable, but you may not find some of the items you had bought in your previous visit.

Some idiot cashier had an issue with doing his job. I asked for 10 balloons he said he didnt have time for it and gave me 7. Then he charged me twice for something and he thought I was an idiot for wanting my dollar back. But before I asked for the balloons I was fine and sexy can I get your number but once he saw I want interested he didnt have time for me. And was cussing in front of my daughter. Ghetto trash at its finest = dollar tree. And all the cashiers listen to head phones so nobody hears you.

Nice selection of items for a dollar. Lots of household supplies. Checkout lines are a bit long as to it being only one cashier most times. Friendly workers though!!!

This store is a hot mess. There is so much stuff on the floors, disheveled displays, frozen food left out to melt. You name it. I was able to find what I needed for the most part, but it was not a good time.

It was good I could not find glue but I found glue sticks but it is not hat I need.

While the cashiers are friendly and efficient they could have more than one.

Needs a really good clean up always messy in there. Boxes and items everywhere. Cashiers are really slow in pace. Lines are always long and slow with just one register open. A very eye sore if you ask me.

Theres a pretty good selection of home essentials, food and basic supplies here. Sometimes lines are a little long.

This store closes at 8 p.m. not 9 p.m. however the employees are standing outside at 8:30 telling people that the stores closed. Why would you be standing out front of the store if it closed half an hour ago just saying.

Never has the things that I need. Its always messy and it always seems like they are getting ready to stock their items yet they never are doing anything about the mess. The aisles are cramped with boxes and theres always one or two cashiers so lines are long. Would not recommend to go to here.

Could not purchase anything because I couldnt get to it or couldnt find it because of the boxes and clutter blocking every isle... pictures to follow!!!

Worst place ever went to dollar tree this evening seen they closed at 10pm. Got there at 9:15pm and was closed, there was more people in the parking lot waiting to see why they wasn’t open. There was employee’d walking inside . Plus it’s a MESS !!!!
