Exceptional customer service. Shawn was my salesperson. Listened to my wants, made informative suggestions and showed me exactly what I asked for. Order, purchase and delivery were seamless. I did have a concern with one of the sofa cushions. Not that it was wrong, it just wasn’t right. Again commendable customer service. They listened, came to my home to inspect, agreed with my concern and rectified my issue by ordering me a new cushion. All of this with compassion and politeness. Never once was I put off or treated like I was a nuisance. Josh in the warehouse out back helped me with the new cushion. While this turned out to be a little bit of a struggle, at least 4 other back room workers pitched in to make sure everything was perfect. I LOVE my new furniture and am very happy to recommend Spencer Furniture to anyone in the market for new furniture.

I love the primitive shop, they have a lot to offer. Have gotton decorating ideas throughout the store to use at home. Have purchased furniture and accessories there. The staff is very pleasant, an enjoyable place to go.

Very helpful staff! The building looks deceptively small from the outside. It goes on and on with room after room of lovely furniture displays. Lots of Lazy Boy brand.

We just went in to look around. We were amazed at the selection. The sales person was knowledgeable and very helpful. Will definitely be going back when were ready to buy.

They are such friendly and helpful people what a wonderful experience and the price of the mattress and box spring was fantastic we are glad we bought the set from them.

I so hate giving bad reviews but I felt I needed to this time. Walked in with wife bought a sofa, and two wing chair recliners for 1000 a piece so not overly expensive but far from cheap stuff. The quality I’m not complaining about . So I said to saleswoman I will by this set if you can deliver tomorrow(Saturday) she said it’s booked solid but I’ll call you tomorrow to let you know if we can but if not tomorrow I promise Tuesday since we don’t deliver Sunday and Monday, I said if you can’t do a delivery on Tuesday tell me know before you take over 3 k of my money o no it will be there Tuesday if not tomorrow,Saturday comes and they called and said Saturday is out and since we will not be in your area Tuesday we can’t deliver til Thursday, but we will offer you 50 off your next purchase coupon I’ll mail to your house and I’ll talk to manager to see a discount since you took floor models.my wife didn’t know what to say but she wasn’t happy and told me and I wasn’t happy since we have handicapped people in house and told them old living room was already thrown out. Talking over with wife my wife said it’s either cancel and go to bobs or Bernie n Phil’s pit n take home or just wait See, so we waited and Tuesday we are outside and what drives right by our house yup Spencer Furniture delivery truck...so they lied, no manager ever called, no coupon ever arrived and again they just flat out lied...I held back 200 since first delivery wasn’t a compete delivery they still had a wing chair recliner to deliver but they called for that two hundred which I told them about how upset we were and that the two hundred would be paid when rent is delivered, again she said I’ll talk to manager and get you something..today 4 weeks later other chair was delivered and balance paid...yet no call no coupon no nothing..so next time spencer furniture gets no business from me even thou I like a outdoor set there it’s principle how we were treated so next purchase with be elsewhere...again furniture so far is good quality n delivery guys friendly .ill give them that but customer service isn’t good and I hate liars.

Their going out of business sales is a joke! I have proof of a sectional on the floor still from months ago is more money now then before. I showed multiple sales people before the manager and they all stumbled and could not even speak easily. I was told that I would be taken care of.... I showed the price of $3199, the new sale price was $3999. A guy came over saying he was part of the family/ owner and tried to lie saying there was a price increase and that I had an old floor model. It was the same model number, same coffee table and half the pillows were still there. He said he would help and offered it for $3499, still higher than the regular price I have the picture of. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM SALE!

This place is crooked snd run by thieves and scam artist. They are supposedly going out of business but yet every week they order and bring in new furniture. I was told what they are doing is illegal and if i knew who to contact to report them I would. I know a few people that have worked for them and was told they were fired when they wouldnt lie for them and help hide damage that was done to customers brand new furniture. I strongly believe if you pay top dollar for new furniture, you should get new furniture, nit something that has been secretly fixed or Mickey moused or even worse, something that was already in someones house. These owners are not honest and know how to lie with a smile. This is not somewhere I or many other people I know recommend anyone to buy anything from. Like i was told, their employees are taught to lie and cover for them or lose your job.

Always friendly and helpful. Sad day knowing they are retiring and closing their doors.
