Literally have been ignored and left In the dark on a 3+ hour late delivery. Lol what a joke of a business establishment.EDIT: just had to cancel my order because nathan has terrible communication skills, was trying to be an entire day late on an already late delivery, didnt respond to emails, called from restricted numbers, made me cancel appointments with clients and lose money and did nothing to try to actually compensate for the loss of $ and the headaches he caused with his terrible management skills. Fire this dude and get someone who knows how to operate the place right.

The employees who delivered my sectional damaged it. I was told by the store manager I could use it as a loaner until a new one could be delivered in plastic. I didnt hear back from them after two weeks as told it be 7 to 10 days. Its on backorder. I got this sectional in February and its April and Im still waiting on the new sectional. Plus they damaged my door way and I was told it would be fixed within 30 days. Its been at least that much time and it still hasnt been fixed nor have I been called about it!
