After multiple incidents with myself and my buddies that spend too much money here all I got to say is you better not ask too many questions and hope what you buy here never has issues. One guy in there in particular has a real bad temper. There are some serious temper issues with some staff here and it’s borderline harassment. I regret ever spending any money, very sad for a local business.

If you arent white, chances are youll be followed around the store and they will inspect each isle youve been in just to see if you are stealing. Not the most friendly environment. Wont be returning. Seems to have all the time in the world for snarky replies to any negativity pointed towards them but cant seem to try to find the root of their own problem. Still better than Southern Archery so upping stars to 2. Hilarious you obviously know exactly who I am based on my description of the experience. Way to out yourself ;)

Had a great experience, you can really tell they enjoy what they do here. Workers were helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to help me understand their inventory. I am happy with my purchase. Also worth noting: ammo and firearm prices are fair, couldnt find better deals anywhere on the internet.

I spent about an hour asking questions and they where all answered as well as possible. The attendant assisting me was very patient and willing to help me out to the fullest. I was shown various handguns and looked at multiple guns 3 or more times before I made my selection. I wish I had the attendants name because he definitely deserves recognition for his outstanding service. Towards the end of my visit I asked about warranty information and 2 other gentlemen working there helped answer my question. One gentleman seemed a bit bothered and somewhat condescending but the other opened up a box and got warranty information for me. I am new to guns in general so I cannot speak to prices but the overall customer service was enough to make me a repeat customer and I will be visiting again.

Great price on guns and excellent customer service. They also carry live bait which makes this a one stop shop. Support local businesses instead of major corporations like other sports stores in town that have no clue what they are talking about.

Awesome experience from the moment I stepped through the door! Adam was a huge help in deciding which bow best fit me and was very open about his knowledge and expertise. It didnt matter how many bows I wanted to try, he was very willing to throw a sight on them for me. I live about 1.5hrs from Spencer but wont hesitate do make the drive if I am in need of anything outdoor related. Great selection of top notch products from archery to firearms, to ice fishing and clothing. Facility was very well organized and easy to locate the exact item you need. Needless to say I am more than pleased with my purchase and the time spent at No Limits Outdoors. I will be back again, thats for sure. Love my new Hoyt Faktor!

I gave you a three star review. That is a decent review for the mostly decent service I received at your store, now Im 2nd guessing that a 3 star review is more than you deserve. When I was living in Spirit Lake, you were my go to store for ammo. Not Walmart, not Southern Archery but No Limits. That was until I came into your store and was looking to buy a Keltec handgun. The gun I was looking for wasnt anything fancy, and a pretty non-expensive gun, but that was the funds I had at the time. I talked with one of your store employees and asked if he could order the pistol for me. His response was two sentences. First he just asked Why?, condescendingly. Then looked at me and proceeded to say, Who the hell would want to buy that gun? Well I dont know, maybe the person standing in front of you asking, might be someone. I know that the PF9 is not that great of a gun, but I was looking for a small pocket 9mm at the time. And it wasnt like you only carried sig sauer and Kimber. That employee was standing over a gun case with Hi-points in it at the time.Thank you for your response to my 3 star review, where you maliciously attacked my character. Once again, thinking that I must be an idiot because I didnt give your store an outstanding review. Outstanding reviews are for outstanding companies, with great customer service. Your response to an OK review is to bully me? Its not like I blindly gave you a 1 star. If you would have said, hey, could we ask why you gave us a 3 and not a 5 star review? I would have been happy to tell you, and probably would have revised my review, as it shows you care, not only about your store, but about your customers. Look most of my visits to your store were favorable, but I will not give business to a store that talks down to its customers and treats them like idiots. Maybe this was a one time occurrence, and that employee was having a bad day, heck, that employee may not even work there anymore, but dont sit there and think Im some kind of a moron or that Im a child because I gave your store an honest review with 3 stars.

I took a hoyt bow in that I had bought from there store and asked to have it adjusted the owner got an attitude with me because I had waited a year after I bought the bow to ask to have the draw length adjusted one inch. I will not recommend no limits to anyone ever piss poor service

Real men would let the owners now if they were treated bad. Plus nobody can please everyone. Sounds like No Limits is better off without the customers who posted negative here.

We just left this store. My husbands intention is to buy a Hoyt Defiant bow. We like to support small businesses but I guess we will be buying one at Scheels since the men working were rude and unfriendly.
