On top of that they were fast and friendly.I have been going to Ford since 2006 for oil changes, tires and check ups for my truck but after my experience with Graham Tire I will be a new regular thanks to Eric.Thank you again.

I had a flat tire and was about 30 minutes away. They were closing in an hour but told me they’d take care of us. They put on two new tires in a half hour and were extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

Great mechanics, fast service, others would have been a 2 day wait, done in an hour here. While another man balanced the tires on another vehicle of mine at the same time. Even my personal mechanic at home said it was an hour and a half to two hour job and hes really good and experienced, this guy had it in and out the door in an hour while I watched. I love to see this kind of professionals. Thanks again.

Driving back to Spencer, IA from Sioux Falls in my rental car a warning light came up showing I had low air pressure in the left rear tire. It had a leak that was very noticeable, but slow. I was able to nurse it back to Spencer by stopping to fill the tire up along the way. I got to Grahams and was able to get the tire repaired promptly. They even called the rental car company for me and apparently was able to get them (Enterprise) to pay since when the vehicle was ready I didnt have to pay anything. The customer lounge was comfortable and clean. Being on assignment in Spencer and actually from South Carolina this is the first time I have visited this store. But, I highly recommend it and I would certainly use it again

If I could rate negative stars I would. My family has been going to Graham for over 20 years and once I started driving they’ve done nothing but screw me over. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on parts that probably weren’t needed. Just recently I’ve had them check my brakes and rotors TWICE within 3 months. Both times they told me everything looked great. I started hearing noises with use of brakes, so I brought it to a different shop. My brakes, rotors, and tires were all shot. I will never be back.

My mom had her car worked on here. When she picked it up there was a new dent in the fender likely from how they drive and park all cars together around the back of the facility. They did not acknowledge or try to make things right by repairing the damage they caused.

I wish I could give this review a zero star. In my nearly 50 years of dealing with companies, I have never seen a more shady and corrupt tire and service center. I was quoted a price on 4 tires at both Graham tire and Walmart. Both prices were similar to each other, but I chose Graham. While waiting in the waiting room, several of the people in there spoke about how this place is a terrible rip off, but they come for the deals when they have them. They always claim to find something else needed. I said that I take great care of my 2012 f250 and compared prices to Walmart. While waiting, another customer was arguing with the people at the front desk about something they did (not sure what it was). The reason I chose Graham was their buy three get one free tires. The tires were 252.00 a piece. Thats what I was quoted and chose them because of that. Walmarts price on the tire was 253.00 per tire. I was surprised when I was done that the bill was 1290.00 dollars. When all was said and done, the price of the tires were raised to 320.00 dollars a tire with one free. Too bad I didnt look closer at the bill while I was there, because they lied to me on the email with my quote. I called Graham and after arguing my point, the manager offered to take off the tires and put mine back on. I told him that I was over 60 miles away and that I would just chalk this up to one of those lessons that you learn in life, however I would leave a review. Bottom line is that I will never do business with this company again and neither should anyone else. Graham tire openly cheats their customers and have zero accountability. Because Spencer iowa doesnt have many options, theyre not going to hurt for business. So they really dont care. Buyer beware
