Everything made here is super. Manager and staff are friendly, efficient and consistent. I will NOT find a better shop for breakfast. Serving up a Bakers Dozen ( 13 ) long forgotten by most.

Im there every single day. One of the bright spots of my day. Love the people that work there and SOOOO much better than Dunkin.

I must admit that I love this place. Their donuts are great as are their breakfast sandwiches, especially the ones made on croissants.And so many of their flavored coffees are brewed so I can have them unsweetened. I often buy the bulk box, put it in my fridge, and enjoy it as iced coffee with friends.

Got a pistachio muffin, and of course it tasted like it was made a half an hour ago! Everything there is always fresh Im not quite used to the coffee yet Ill be honest... But the donuts, bagels even the sandwiches are better than any other donut place thats a god given -FACT-

By far the best drive thru breakfast/coffee shop chain in the area. I live about an hour from any location, but make it a point to stop whenever we are in the area. Staff is friendly, even when busy, and its great to get a breakfast sandwich in minutes that tastes like real eggs, not microwaved MREs

Its a lovely donut shop. Being a new Yorker, this was a pretty cool treat. There was a drive thru! However, we went inside. Staff was polite & friendly. The DONUTS were made in site & were so delicious! Coffee was good. Wish there was a Dippin Donuts near me :(

COFFEE NEVER TASTE BURNT AND THE SANDWICHES-OH MYY GOD! AND I LOVE THE WORKERS TOO! Theyre always friendly and smiling! Makes my day!!! I dont know what Ill do if they EVER shut down!

They make the best iced coffee around. Their donuts are fantastic. The bagels are big and sandwiches are hearty. The pastries are bigger than my hand. The staff and owners are always friendly and service is quick. Its just a wonderful place all around. 😃

The only reason I’m giving two stars is because I know the girl who works there in the counter is doing credit card fraud and is overcharging people for their drinks I ordered a small Caramell latte and a bagel with cream cheese plain toasted and that comes out to 5.72 in Leicester When is Spencer they have the same prices and the lady wants to charge me 7.25 I know they upcharing through t he window and doing credit fraud

Its 5am just drove 25 mins to dippin donuts!Got coffee and 2 donuts!1 donut fresh the butternut donut was so stale it was hard and dry and completely crumbled when I bit it.

Ice tea and ice coffee are tastier than Dunk - and it kills me to say that. Bagels and muffins are always fresh - get there early to snag a peach muffin. Unbelievable. Service is quick and staff are always friendly - even the ones in training.

The BEST doughnuts, coffee and tea I have had in a long time. This little chain is 100% worth the stop! Friendly staff, good prices and clean facilities to top it off. I am a big fan of the French crawler and what other chains do to that poor donut is criminal, but this place treats it with love and care and I can say in my opinion they make the best in the entire New England area. With a light firmness to the outside and a yielding sweet inside this donut is as dam near perfect as you can get. My husband ordered the smores ice coffee and he absolutely loved it. I myself ordered a large plain ice tea with sugar and you would think that would be an easy order but most places really just let their T fall to the wayside and serve watered down nastiness. I can tell that this place actually took some time to make sure that the tea was brewed slowly and evenly. We will be back if we are ever in the area again.

Very please with dippin Donuts 1st time stopping there and I had got donuts that look and taste Amazing and I got a chicken cranberry walnut wrap and that is delicious! Will be returning

Honestly depends who is working the manger is very rude an they over charge for the oreo coffee or any of the special ones like that which its not worth it to be honest ur only positive is sam an 2 other girls because they are friendly an remember my order!

I think of all the donut locations in the greater Worcester area, this location is my favorite. The donuts are way better than dunkies. The bagels are almost twice the size of dunkies. Try drippins. Youll be a believer!
