Excellent and competent service that was up-front about supply chain disruptions. Their large showroom was clean and easily navigable. They helped walk me through and made me comfortable with my first ATV. I received my purchase a bit ahead of schedule and will be buying from here again.

I highly recommend Spokane Powersports. I bought my husband a new Polaris Sportsman for his birthday when I went in to go pick it up with my youngest in tow, Steven involved him in everything. The whole staff was super friendly and very nice. My son has Autism (which I did not tell the guys at the store) and they made him feel like he was a million bucks. My son wanted a hat and I told him no, when I came back with check in hand Steven had my paperwork and a hat for my son, he is over the moon and will not take the hat off. We will be doing business again with these guys in the future.

Dustin and Spencer absolutely killed it today. I am a complete newbie to the dirt bike scene and Dustin helped me put together a killer gear setup for an upcoming ride.Both Dustin and Spencer patiently stayed after hours to let me finish making my selections. After which, Spencer gave me some tips for looking at used bikes: questions to ask previous owner about the bike, etc.After all that, I left my keys in the store and they let me back in to grab them (as they were locking up to leave). I am from out out town and on a Tour of Montana, Idaho, and Washington. Chain loosened after a couple of thousand miles and I needed it to be tightened. Paddy in Service was able to slip me in on a Saturday morning and they were able to handle quickly. Safety first at this operation. They knew I needed help and stepped up and handled quickly. Went in looking for a Honda pioneer 1000-3...the sales guy named Steve greeted me when is arrived, was real helpful and explained that inventory is hard to come by and can take a deposit if I was willing to wait for the machine/order it... I’m a little to impatient for that and will start looking elsewhere until I find the until I want in stock. No gripes about the sales guy and would’ve like to have done him some business.... 4 stars is giving enough for the lack of inventory not that it’s Spokane Powersports fault... Honda has to take some of the blame.

Flawless! From the opening call there was constant communication with numerous calls, explanations and even saved a few hundred buck! Financing was a breeze and ordering parts was effortless.Thanks to the entire team and my salesman CR for making my experience worth making the trip from Missoula.We will certainly be back for more business.

Called ahead of time to get quote to install Tubliss tires. I had all the supplies. $40 per tire. When I got there they said it would be 1 hour labor per tire for a total of something close to $290 which is insane for labor. They blamed me for not telling them it was for a dirt bike? What? As I told them, it’s their industry. How am I supposed to know it’s different between a dirt bike and road bike. I think they should be asking to clarify. They offered nothing to make the issue better. As I packed up to leave I told them I wouldn’t be coming back. The one guy, who was the manager for the day, told me, “That’s fine.” Wow. I guess it will be just “fine” then to inform everybody of issues with their service department. I would have kept buying parts there as it’s a different department and those guys are great. That comment, though, did it for me. Spokane Powersports no more.

No knowledge of the machine I was interested in, didn’t seem to interested in selling it. I was very interested in buying, with money at the ready. But I just thought they could at least start and run the bike before we talked numbers. He said they couldn’t start it and it hasn’t even had its service yet. Which I thought was a little weird. Walked out a little frustrated, and decided if they’re not even willing to start a machine and show it fully before talking money then I’m not too interested in spending any money there. The guy was nice, just didn’t seem interested. So neither am I.

Spencer at the parts counter was pretty rude. Didnt even take a second to acknowledge all standing in front of the cash register as a person he was helping in front of me was on the phone talking. Not very friendly. Never going back what an a******

Not much like I thought it would be . Just a small selection of motorcycles. The worse was the counter person which their were two .The first guy seemed he was having a bad day or didnt like his job and would answer the few questions which I had with a bit of sarcasm and down right rudeness in his voice. He wouldnt look at me when he talked. The second counter guy noticed this and stepped in and was polite and professional with me . Too bad this other guy made my experience with Spokane PowerSport a shot show. I just review them as I see them .

Edit: I have now snowchecked a new pro rmk slash for myself and had a great experience with CR and Spokane PowersportsSnowchecked an RMK Evo for my son as Polaris was only manufacturer to offer what I needed for my son. Before my experience with them I was deadset on snow checking a SkiDoo for my sled for next year...I wasnt even considering Polaris. Well after going to the SkiDoo demo events at the other local dealers in town...it has left a sour taste in my mouth. The SkiDoo rep acted like my questions annoyed him and gave me generic ho-hum answers. The other dealers also didnt want to give me the time of day despite showing a lot of interest in not only sleds but side by sides.thia brings us full circle back to Spokane Powersports. They give the perfect amount of attention....not ignoring me but also not hounding me and giving me BS dealer propoganda. Any help I did get at other dealers was just the scripted propoganda and cliche notions that get tossed around. CR at Spokane Power gave me real genuine time with real genuine answers....he didnt badmouth the other manufacturers with propoganda but instead told me what he liked about Polaris over the other makes but also said th, other machines were great as well. He suggested, after answering all my questions to check youtube or ask other locals about their experiences on these other manufacturers to get a more personal idea the differences. He told me that after I did that if I decided to go with pola ris come on back in and we could move forward. Huge points in my book the honesty I got from CR and the lack of brand peacocking that I got everywhere else. If you want a no BS dealership that isnt afraidof you shopping around and checking all your options and not blowing smoke up your you know what....this is the spot for u.

Told CR to let me know when a specific quad I was looking for came in. Sure enough a couple weeks later I was the first one he got a hold of, long story short, I snagged it up and couldn’t be more excited!

Their response to others is BS! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Bought my bike new from them 06. Theyve done all my maintenance and tires including last time 2 years ago at other location. Was just told they will not work on it anymore now because more than 10 years old and since they moved its the owners NEW policy. WTH does that to long time customers? No loyalty! Take business elsewhere to a shop that cares.

Always enjoy coming here for any parts I need or just to look at the new stuff. My bike is kind of hard to find things for, but Dustin and Spencer at the parts department always help me out and often times I get the part I’m missing. Also a great selling point for me is not being pushy about things I don’t need and these guys totally get it and I never feel pressured to buy anything. Never go anywhere else!

We had a negative experience with Spokane Powersports when we purchased our brand new 2021 Polaris Sportsman 570. This had to do with the salesman who sold us the machine, who was not honest with us and really inconvenienced us. I am not going to go into specifics but I will advise people to do their research before buying from here because they will take advantage of your ignorance. However I made waves with them about this issue and the sales manager Kyle made it right with us.

I reached out to Spokane Powersports to help my brother in law check for prices on bikes. I got a Voicemail stating the price was 10,100 OTD. When he called them they said were liars and that must have been a different dealer....they couldnt do that price. Integrity at its finest folks! For the record I have the audio transcript of the offer from my voicemail, I saved it. Its not your customers fault you dont keep records.

I sent my son and nephew in to get a intertube for my sons bike they gave them the wrong one after they told them the size they needed bad manners towards kids trying to get parts for the dirt bike

New location is WAY better than their previous spot. Lots of parking this time around and more space for browsing. Can be tricky getting in/out, but you can manage. Staff are polite yet authentic. Have yet to have a negative experience overall.

On August 8th we were passing through Spokane on a bike ride. After a lunch stop on Division, we discovered one of our Harleys had a bad battery due to a bad voltage regulator. We had called several bike shops including Harley Davidson, who had turned us away--too busy. With new battery in hand we swung into Spokane Power Sports to see if they had time to check the regulator. The service manager there (sorry, I wish I had grabbed his name) could not take us in, but took a few minutes describing what we should do to verify it was the voltage regulator. That information was invaluable. We were able to get one shipped in, repaired it ourselves, and we were back on the road. Those few minutes saved us time and a whole lot of anguish. It is nice to know some people have your back in a crises (unlike the Harley Davidson dealer). Thats service!

I went there and look around at the 4 wheelers and talk to CR the salesman and he didnt put any pressure on me didnt ask for my name or phone number or email address which i like a lot i went back couple weeks later told him i wanna buy a 4 wheeler and he help me out with ease i would recommend them to any body that wants to buy a nice toy.....

So Im passing through on a super long ride, had an issue with my bike and these guys took the 10 minutes needed to put another set of eyes on my issue....found the problem, radiator return hose broken and Im back on the road....genuine concern for getting us riders back on the road. Went in to Spokane Powersports a few weeks ago looking to buy a new dual sport. My salesman Allen was a great help. He showed me the bikes I was looking at and answered all the questions that I had. I was able to get 0% financing for 5 years. So I was out the door, zero money down riding on a brand new DR 650S.My first bike service was at 600 miles. I was able to ride my bike to the shop. Unfortunately the valves needed to be checked on this service, so the engine needed time to cool off. I got a ride home and came back the next day, everything was finished by the time I came back. The service technician answered all my questions about how the bike was running, and said that everything looked right.Very pleased with everything they have done for me keep up the great work guys. You will have my business for a long time to come.

I was in today to get some service work quotes done I had the pleasure of working with Travis who is by far the most patient knowledgeable and respectful person that works for this establishment. I phoned in and spoke with Erica who was very rude and didn’t seem to know much at all. I made it clear that I was only looking for a quote her response “you would have to bring the unit it” umm I’m pretty sure I said I just wanted a quote she had a very unwelcoming attitude to her voice which made me NOT want to even come in but I did I was greeted by Travis is a timely manner and very energetic I told him the very same thing I told Erica he apologized and got me the quote I needed and was very transparent about the fact that the quote could be more or less depending on what’s needed once the unit it actually in and dove into he never promised anything! Travis was very knowledgeable about my unit and what was what. I did receive 2 other quotes but I WILL be bringing my unit in for service here solely based off my experience with Travis! I was surprised when I asked him if he was Ericas manager and his response was “no” this young man is very good at his job. See you all next week.

Always helpful, Ive bought a couple of machines from them over the years, and would do so again.

In 2017 I bought a Honda metropolitan scooter they were very friendly and knowledgeable and theyre really nice people. I brought my scooter in for a service this year its a bit pricey I have to admit $119 an hour is you know a lot of money but when you dont want to do the work youtself might as well by the bite the bullet. This is a really good dealership I cant see any reason why any wood would speak negatively negatively about them everyones really friendly the parts counter seem to know what my part was and the guy on the phone said there was going to be a week to get the part and it was only 2 days Im very happy with the service I received from this company and plan on doing further business with them in the future.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Im a first-time motorcycle rider with little to no knowledge about how to use a motorcycle other than what Ive learned on the internet. They showed me how to use my bike. They went through how to start it and talked about every feature on it. They helped me get to know my motorcycle. Very friendly staff. I am from out of town and they were very accommodating to my schedule. I had a great experience with them and I highly recommend them.

Walked in and walked around for about 10 min. At least 4 employees and noone greeted us or asked us if we needed help.

Don’t ever take anything here for repair. They are just out to get your money for not doing anything. Once you let them know what the problem was from another mechanic who found the issue in 5 mins (when they themselves couldn’t find it in 3 hours) they won’t work with you in coming up with a solution to your frustration. Had to call multiple times to talk to someone and told each time someone would call me back to try and resolve the frustration we had. Not once was I ever called back, I had to continue to call them and then get hung up on by the manager for calling them out on the work they did not perform! Will never be doing business with this place again.

Ive bought 3 motorcycles, each from different dealers. Spokane Powersports is, by far, the best. My salesman, Allen, was so incredibly knowledgeable and he succeeded in directing me to the perfect bike. He gave my son some advice about his bike (he knew so much about every bike we talked about!) that he was able to upgrade his exhaust by himself. Wont go anywhere but here from now on! Thank you!

I purchased an ATV from Kyle at Spokane Power Sports earlier this year. I found him to be knowledgeable as I presented him with a budget, and he carefully explained the options within my price range. I felt guided, not pushed, into the right decision. Months later and I am still very satisfied with my purchase and the advice Kyle provided.

I only go here because its the only place in town where I can buy parts for my Burgman 650.$8 for a bolt is a lot of money, but when you NEED that bolt... and it costs the same online... What can you do?That said, I would never buy a vehicle from them.I come to them with the exact part name and number, as defined by Suzuki, and they still cant find it without my help. They sure dont mind charging me an arm and a leg for it, though.I will say this, though. Theres never a line. Take that any way you like it.

Some time ago (not disclosing when) I had new tires mounted and balanced on rims alone. I brought my wheels home late Saturday evening, finding that I had parts missing from my rims. Through an online community, I was able to post my issue (this was on Sunday) and I was contacted by one of the employees who took the time out of their day to deliver the missing parts to me on their way out of town. I would never expect this from any local store and to this day, I still trust that this shop provides excellent service. A++
