They did an awesome job on my Rav! They replaced the passenger fender well, and did a few other things as well, and they did a fantastic job! And on top of it, they detailed the interior/ exterior, and it looked like new. We will be taking our 2007 Frontier in next week to have it painted....I am so excited to see how it turns out! I know I wont be disappointed! ( Their crew is amazing..... they really care about making their customers happy!!)

I took my car for paint removal on two tires driver sides cause I run over white paint on the road nick removed 96 percent of the paint on tires and wheel well and the best part isNick didn’t even charge me wow in my 40 years of living in Spokane I’ve never have anybody treated me lik like Nick thank you so much and 100 percent recommend American way collisions

Their office is first class...clean, great murals, memorabilia and even a note pad and pencil in a box by the phone for customer use. I went in for an estimate, and since I am an out-of-towner and learned it would take several weeks for the repair work to be done, Nick patched up my car enough to make it safe to drive to my home city. It was so refreshing to find a business who offers true service and is customer oriented. So impressed with Nick and American Way Collision Center and the pride taken in the service they provide.

I have had our car, truck and son’s car repaired here and I have to say they do a great job and stand behind their work. I have never had to have them ever redo anything like other shop I won’t name! They are always on time and so professional. We have worked with Nic the estimator which also works with our insurance to make everything so easy and he is so nice to work with. I won’t ever go anywhere else ever!

Great service, dropped my car off, got call when it was done.They took care of dealing with the insurance, all I had to do was pay my deductible, picked up fixed, clean car.

I’ve taken my vehicle too them twice, a few times last year. Last year when I brought my vehicle in it was healthy and all it needed was body work. When I got my vehicle back awhile later I had lights on all over my dash. Come to find out they messed with my wiring (when doing body work) and pinched my harness. I thought that was my only and last issue with them. Come 10-11 months later where they’ve painted has chipped, cracked, streaked and bubbled. I took it to multiple other body shops and they explained to me it was American Ways bad paint job. All the body shops recommended that I take it back to where it had been done before and see if they could warranty they’re own work. Come to find out they can’t. They blamed the chips on me and the bubbling and cracking on the fact that it was a pre owned rental. And when John was talking with us he said one thing and once he brought his supervisor out he was saying something completely different. This place use to be mine and my families go to place for our vehicles. That unfortunately has changed since this place has begun to go down hill.

I took my car to American Way Collision because someone drug their front end along the entire side of my car leaving a giant gash and no insurance info. American Way seriously went above and beyond anything I had expected. Not only did they fix my car, they cleaned up my kids water spills in their shop with a smile, they wiped down the interior, and even sent a note saying “thank you for your business.” They were friendly, quick, efficient, and worked hard to get my van back before the weekend! I would absolutely bring my business back to them if I need more body work done!

My family has taken 4 cars to American Way and have been so impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, and quality of their work. They have done community work as well as they performed work on our Countys Sheriffs volunteer organizations (SCOPE) patrol cars. This past week I took my car in as the fender became detached (hard to explain why). What did American do? They took it in the shop and attached it...for free!! Sure it was less than 10 minutes but they could have charge me. But didnt. If any company has earned 5 star rating its American Way.

Best staff and service here! John made sure I was being updated on everything that was going on and being done to my car. I Highly recommend this place. I am so so SO thankful for John and the staff here!

Andrey Burda, is the best body man in town, I have had my 2015 BMW M235i that got in an accident. American Way Collision Center has a fabulous staff thats take very good care off their customers. Hit a deer, these guys fixed up the car and did a great job. 11 months later we had a minor issue with a headlight they replaced and they fixed it right away no hassle no charge.

Easy body shop to work with! The customer service is excellent! They keep me updated daily on the status of my vehicle. They made my SUV look better than new!

They did a good job and vacuumed the car well. We were set back almost 3 weeks after getting several estimates which would have been irritating had we not other cars, but the work was good looking and they took extra scratches out too. The cost was close to other shops and had we not been covered wed have opted out of repairing (too high for year of car). The negative we encountered living over 20 miles away, was that they didnt re aim the headlights which they advertise, making us an extra trip when we saw them crooked driving up to our garage door.

Collided with a deer that did some front end damage to my car, a friend recommended that I take my car to American Way to have the body work done. I am glad I took my friends advice, from the moment of dropping off that car to picking it up I was never our of touch with how the repairs where going, when picking up the car they explained there lifetime warranty on there workmanship If I have a problem with any of there repairs bring it back and they will make it right. Friendly, efficient service from the staff at American Way Collision Center. If I need anymore body work done I know I will be visiting them again.

My gf and I brought her car here to see if would warranty their terrible body work and paint job done just less than a year ago and tried to blame it on her and blamed the chips on it being a rental car previously and started talking “smack” about all other body shops and tried to say “they do the best work around” they do a absolute terrible job and treat their customers terribly.

Fixed my older 04 vehicle drivers side door that was loose and wouldnt shut tight and had wind noise and water leaks for free.
