Very professional, they installed a spoiler on my car and had it color matched as well and the paint was spot on ti my cars color and it came out amazing. It did take a while but I completely understand as it was a little difficult for them to paint and install but it was all worth it and the price for service was reasonable. 10/10 will definitely come back if I need anything else done!

Ryan is an amazing person. He helped me with a HUGE problem created by another preferred body shop and my insurance company. I had a beautiful 428i Grand Coupe. Loved this car. A buck jumped into it while going through a pass. Car was totaled but Gerbers decided it wasnt. They drilled holes to make pieces fit when the frame was bent. The hood lock was hammered to make it fit. After 3 months in the shop, I got it back and it wasnt working right. I took it to FLashs and Ryan was on it! He fought for me. He is certified in BMW repaid and really knows his stuff. I cant speak highly enough of his dedication to his customers and the fine job of his crew. Dont let your insurance company send you the their preferred shops. You will get hosed. Ryan will do you right.

I had gotten rear ended last year and my car was totaled so I was dealing with insurance company and Ryan and his wife were so helpful throughout the whole processes even talking with the insurance company for me. Our 2014 Dodge Avenger has had a broken passenger door mirror for years. We just never got around to fixing it. Finally got some extra cash and came to Flashs to get it installed. They ordered a real genuine mirror model for our vehicle, no aftermarket stuff. They got us in, removed the old mirror, added the new one and detailed the area around the mirror in literally 15 minutes. No extras, no nothing, and the price was ridiculously fair. Tell everyone you know about this place, they truly deserve the business!

I had an absolutely great experience at Flashs- my wife totalled our Prius, and we had it taken to Flashs after the wreck to see if there was anything that could be done. They provided us with a huge amount of information, especially on dealing with our insurance company, who were extremely difficult to work with. In the end we got paid out 3k over the value of the car by the insurance company, while the car was towed to a scrap yard and Flashs did no body work at all... couldnt have had a better outcome, and Flashs provided great guidance without expecting anything in return.

If every business conducted themselves the way flashs auto body does, we would be living in a perfect world.I was rear ended late November, I knew most of the damage was under the car so I didnt proceed to take pictures for my insurance because there was no way I could document all the damage. After looking through all the options and reading reviews I decided to go with flashs. From the moment I arrived at flashs I knew I was at the right place. Ryan came out, got down and looked underneath the car, pointed out all the damage he could see than proceeded to pull everything out of the trunk. The pan in the trunk was seriously damaged and he advised me that the car was unsafe to drive (in case I got in another accident) so I left the car there for him to take over and start repairs.The next business day he had the quote in full, emailed to me and my insurance company. Every time I had a question he emailed me back within 2 hours. We never had an adjuster come out and look at the car, however one was appointed to the case 2 weeks later. My claim was seriously delayed. Ryan literally held my hand throughout the whole process explaining to me what my options were and how to get them moving on the case. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision about when to start repairs, because of the serious delay by my insurance. I only felt like Ryan was in my corner fighting my insurance company with me.When we received our first quote from insurance, it was half of what the shop needed for repairs. Knowing this was just a ploy by insurance, we started the repairs expecting to negotiate the price. Ryan detailed everything with pictures and explanations every step of the way proving how he got the quote, he did this about twice a week. The insurance company was quiet, still little to no communication. It was getting close to my end date with my rental, and we werent getting any response from the insurance company. I dont get cell service at work and since we werent getting anywhere with emails, it became increasingly hard to get any response in terms of my rental being extended. Thats when Brandi took over. This woman made calls on my behalf several times a day. At this point the first adjuster we had wouldnt return any of our phone calls or our emails. Brandi eventually got a hold of somebody (dont know how she did it, I couldnt get anyone to give me an answer about my rental being extended) and she got the rental extended for me.6 weeks later my car is repaired and now emails are being returned to the shop. I had such limited time to talk to anybody, due to work and bad cell service, Brandi completely took over the case for me. Making all my calls, getting someone to take responsibility of the case. This woman was dedicated, even gave me her own number and worked on my case after work hours! This girl is a gem and youre lucky to have her. We finally got everything resolved 7 WEEKS LATER!! All paid in full, I dont know how I couldve done this without flashs. Tough story to tell in a few words, but Ive never been treated this good by a company in all my 35 years. Thank you flashs for you all you did for me!!

Flashs staff is very customer friendly and professional. They took care of my Rogue bought it brand new 2018, in August 2020 spotted small rust spots on body of car its called Rail dust. Apparently it comes from transporting new vehicles from factory to dealers and small pieces of metal gets embedded in paint then begins to rust. Consumers never see it unless you have a white car and I do! So took it to Flashs and they took care of me with my concerns of car and my NOW beautiful car! A real BIG thank you to Ryan who still cares about what he does there at Flashs and extends that care to his customers!

My 2015 Subaru WRX was hit in the beginning of oct of 2019, it took me almost a month to get the approval from the other parties insurance company to put my car in a shop. Once I informed them of the shop that i chose to take my car to, It was like the whole mood of the insurance company changed from bad, to worse. I chose Flashs because I was impressed and even excited at the fact that they wanted, and expressed adamantly on how my car should be returned to the condition that it was in before the wreck (Factory OEM Body parts). non of this junk yard scrap, or ebay bulls@&t that the Insurance company was trying to MAKE me put on my car.... Well, long story short... Once they received the final quote of 10,800.00 to fix my 20,000 dollar car, the insurance company TOTALED my car.... I fought with them for a while, until they informed me that their decision was final. so I went to MY OWN insurance company for help! GUESS WHAT THEY DID!!!!!!!!!!!!! you guessed it...... They informed me that they would have to total my car out as well.... so in the end, the other parties insurance paid me 20k for my car, and took it to auction to get their precious money back rather than doing the right thing and fixing my car that their customer f$@ked up.... All in all yes this is a huge complaint about how insurance companies are nothing but lying cheating snakes in the grass. but to end this rant, i will say. YES i will return to Flashs! I now do not trust any other body shop to take my car on and fix it with the quality Factory OEM that should be replaced when in an accident. I ONLY TRUST FLASHS! Thank you Ryan and everyone at that shop for helping me and taking care of my car while it was there and trying to get my car repaired the right way!!!!!

I was violently rear ended on I-90 by a reckless driver estimated to have been traveling in excess of 80 mph. He hit me multiple times as his air bag deployed, he could not brake and the result being the demolition of his car and significant damage to my Ford Explorer. While searching for a shop, I was impressed with Flashs Why choose us statement and their use of O.E.M. parts. I bought my Explorer new and wanted it repaired using O.E.M. engineered and manufacturer safety tested parts. In short, I wanted my Explorer back. I was impressed with Ryan at Flashs from the start. He located separation from the underbody to the cab that allowed carbon monoxide to enter the cabin during his initial inspection. Fast forward to the completion of repairs at Flashs. It was obvious from the detailed report of the repairs made and my inspection and driving of my Explorer, their had been no shortcuts. Not only was my Explorer beautifully detailed, it looked and felt like the first time I drove it off the lot when I purchased it new in 2013. It felt as if the very soul of my Explorer had been rejuvenated (no joke). I also credit the alignment they did to my Explorer resulting in the like new driving experience I have had since picking it up from Flashs. from my experiences with the insurance companies I had, this is probably not the shop theyll want you to use, as they openly told me they had wanted Flashs to use aftermarket and salvaged parts. Flashs stayed true to their promise using all O.E.M. parts. I rarely write reviews, and highly recommend Flashs for your repairs.

I have been using Flashes Auto Body for the last 3 years for a couple vehicles. The quality of the work that Ryans team does is unmatched. The eye for detail to repair your car after it has been damaged is why I recommend anyone to use Flashes. They will take the time to explain what was done to bring your vehicle back to the same condition as when it was new. That is something that is very important to me when it is my wifes car and she drives thousands of miles for work.

Flash has always done great work on my car! They have replaced car parts, literally! bent my car back into shape, and have reattached my clips. They were my third opinion after an accident, and explained things better than either of the other two places Id already visited, and were willing to fix a part rather than replacing it, which saved me about 1000 in repairs. I brought my car in following some damage that occurred during the snowfall. My rocker panels were wrecked from the snow berms that the City piles up in front of driveways. Inevitably, it froze over and became near impossible to clear entirely. The last time my car needed bodywork, I had taken it into one of those insurance-preferred shops and the end result was a bumper that did not match the color of the rest of my car. Thats what I get for going to an insurance-preferred shop that likely used aftermarket or used parts to fix my car...This time, I decided to take it to a locally owned and operated shop thinking my car would see better care and attention than a insurance-preferred shop. I was definitely correct on that assumption. My car was brought in, every repair was made aware to me, they kept me updated on the progress of my car (despite there being a number of other vehicles being worked on at the same time), and were always courteous. The shop took apart my car to see if there was any other damage hiding behind pieces and made sure that once it left the shop, there were absolutely no issues with my vehicle.When I received my car back, it had been washed and detailed entirely, and looked like it just rolled off the lot. The two rocker panels that were replaced looked like they had been there all along; the paint color even matched perfectly!Its simple: there is no comparison between a franchised, insurance-preferred auto body shop and a locally owned and operated one. By going out of your way to get a quote from a place like Flashs, you now that you are going to get the best service, parts directly from the manufacturer, and the care we all like when going through a stressful situation like getting your car repaired. I will likely never go to another body shop again.

I recently put a nice sized dent in the fender of my moms car, but luckily I found Flashs Auto Body & Paint. The people there were very helpful and I was able to take the car in on a Monday and the work was finished within three days. The pricing was also very fair. Ryan and the others at the shop did a great job at removing the dent and matched the paint perfectly. The car looks like new and you would never guess where the dent had been. I would recommend Flashs to anyone its a great shop and all of the people there treat you great.

A+++ They are the Best ever! My whole experience from start to finish was Amazing. Flashs is fast, knowledgeable, caring, and much more. They contacted the insurance company even though the insurance company would not call me back. They set up my car rental and offered me a ride there when Enterprise was busy and taking longer. They gave my 2 yr old a candy, a cool car coloring book and had toys to play with. They even cleaned my car completely inside and outside. The body work was fast and perfect. They are family owned for over 40 years. I can not say enough good things about them. I strongly recommend them to everyone!

My experience with Flashs Auto Body has been spectacular. They frequently updated me on the status of my repairs. My car looked very beat up and ruff before I brought it to Flashs, when I arrived to pick it up, it looked brand new, I was very impressed! This group of people is so friendly and they truly care about the customer. I went in for a second opinion after receiving an uncomfortable quote from a dealership to repair some paint scratches. The dealership wanted to charge me for 2 hours of labor for something that Ryan was able to correct in under 5 minutes, which saved me time and money! I stopped in to have my door looked at after visiting another auto body shop where I couldve paid almost $500. Im glad I did because it was a quick fix and the staff was amazing. I was first impressed with their online reviews. As a business owner myself I know how hard it is to please everyone. Post repair I see why they have such great reviews. The quality of their work is second to none. My vehicle was returned in factory new condition, right down to the complete detailing of my vehicle, both inside and out. We live in a rural area and durning our present winter conditions both the inside and outside was filthy but returned immaculate.The next thing that struck me was how polite and professional their staff was. Ryan, the owner was awesome. We had a very minor issue with the payments from my insurance company but he handled it like he was the customer.I will go out of my way to refer Ryan and his company to anyone that needs his kind of service. Thanks to all the Flash employees that made my experience so enjoyable.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO FLASHS AUTO BODY!!! They take forever to get your car done, then when its getting close they continually push it back and back, my car was supposed to be done yesterday, but i called a few days ago and the pushed it today, and then today when I called they told me they wouldnt be done till Monday.There is absolutely zero communication, and they simply dont do the work on time!I wouldnt be surprised if it got pushed back again! I 100% DO NOT recommend going to Flashs Auto Body!

I remembered a friend had recommended the shop to me a while ago and when I walked in I immediately got positive vibes. 10 minutes later my bumper was reattached, my mood was lifted, and they didnt even charge me! This is the BEST auto repair place hands down!! I have an Acura ILX and am very picky about keeping it in perfect condition. I was hit by a lady so this was an insurance situation.
