I was hit and had my car towed to Glamour as a referral from another shop. Dawn was amazing to me and made the entire experience less awful. They were timely and worked with me to keep things as smooth as possible. Highly recommend! Thank you Dawn and your team for making my buddy run again!

Theyre the best body shop in town. Ive used them for full auto restoration and occasional body damage to my cars by careless children. Lol.

Mike and Dawn and the rest of the crew are amazing at Glamour. They were very professional and timely on getting me and my vehicle taken care of. Also they were honest with the quote to do my repairs I went to three other shops before coming here with every quote being $1000 more than what my insurance company gave me. Glamour got it done within the budget and again in a timely manner. Thank you I’ll definitely be back or send anyone with collision repair needs to you guys.

Terrible service. Everyone we spoke to was rude and flippant. They were told not to start work until they got approval from insurance. They started anyway and when we went to get the car they charged us for the work they started (without asking), instead of charging insurance. They also lied and said our insurance company told them to start the work when they never talked to anyone there, as confirmed by our case manager. The service here was simply unacceptable. Please take your vehicle somewhere else and avoid this place like the plague. NO, I dont have your shop mixed up with another. Take responsibility for your mistakes.

The best body shop if you want personalized service. This shop gives 110% with every single vehicle Ive taken there. The owners are dedicated to making your car repair a positive experience.

Glamour was recommended by the service shop next door. Our car came back smelling like cigarettes, a dead battery (which also locks out your radio and navigation screen..), and a scratch on the bumper that was supposedly replaced. Plus it was supposed to take 3 days and it wound up taking 5. Very disappointed.
