I had a big oops moment while in the mountains of Idaho/Montana and picked these guys to fix my car because of their Google reviews. I have to say that they definitely stand up to the review quality. Ive had ok experiences at body shops but this absolutely exceeded my expectations. Joe is amazing and kept me posted and they were able to get my car done a week sooner than promised. Joe also came in on his day off to help me pick my car up (I live in Seattle so had to come on a weekend). Overall, a very pleasant experience with a body shop, which I never thought I would say.

Tom Gerean with River City Body and Paint helped provide a quote after I damaged my car. It was the easiest experience ever! Everyone was extremely professional and kind. The shop was clean and welcoming. They provided me a written quote within 15 mins, then they E-mailed photos as well so I could send them to my insurance agent, then they stated if my insurance wanted photos individually or in a different format they would send them that way too. They provided timelines for repair and helpful hints on how to deal with the process. Awesome service!! 10/10

Who has a positive experience with an auto body shop? Almost by definition, youre there against your will. Nevertheless, I will always sing this shops praises. Their work is timely and first-rate to the point of being miraculous, and their staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. Theyll even refer you to an ace specialist if they think he can do it better, as was the case with my hail-dimpled car. I couldnt think more of the place.

My car was in an accident in Spokane and I had to have my car towed to a local body shop. My insurance recommended River City Body and Paint because they were highly rated. I was very happy with the result and recommend them. The team was very professional and prompt and did a very good job on my car. Joe and the whole team was easy to work with and they were very communicative. 5 stars rating!

Oh, boy. What can I say? I cannot express enough how amazing these guys are. I was in two accidents within the same month. Both times, These guys did an amazing job! Not only were they sympathetic that I am a bad driver (Not really the weather was terrible and no amount of safe driving I did, I still was in an accident). The first accident was a deer hit and run, he ran and I was left with the damages. The second was a slide off the road and saved by a tree. The tree prevented me from rolling on the steep incline. Both were within the same month, I had literally gotten my vehicle back from the first repairs and two days later slid off the road. I only have pictures of my vehicle from the first incident, the second I was too devastated to get them. Either way, both times the guys at River City Body & Paint did an amazing job. They called me throughout the work to give me updates so that I was fully aware of the length it would take and what steps still needed to be complete. It was like I was working with them, I really like that.

Tom and the entire staff at River City were fantastic, super informative, and responsive when I brought my car in. They were very transparent and communicated with me every step of the way, which I really appreciated. They did an excellent job fixing my car and actually finished earlier than they had initially anticipated. Could not recommend more, it was great working with them.

I highly recommend River City Body & Paint, they make sure that your car looks as good as new and are very nice and informative people. After I got my car back from them, my airbag light was flashing so I called them and they had me come right back (close to closing time) and figured out the issue right then and there. (My car just needed to reset its censors, nothing they did wrong)

They made sure I got exactly what I asked for. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the service is excellent. I recommend this place if you need any auto body or paint work.

This place will not paint cars. Only does insurance work making money on parts and small paint detail. There name indicates they paint. Maybe they lack the skills to do so.

These guys are amazing. Ive stopped by twice with what I thought would be major issues and they have repaired them for free - yes, for free. You couldnt ask for more honest and helpful people. This is where Im going for all my body work.

They are not the most reliable bet to fix your car, and not after taking your vehicle to them, and they agree to repeat it. One month later and four days before you expect to drop off the car, your family receives a call; they backed out. The person who called stated they cannot fix the vehicle because it been worked on in the past. They waited for a whole month to tell you that. You cant trust such a business place, even though they charged over two grand to fix the car.

My truck got broken into and I could not have gone to a better body shop. They were pleasant, neighborly, professional, and thorough. The cleaned almost every tiny little shard out of my truck. If I ever need auto body work done anywhere near Spokane— I’m coming here.

This place is in a different level. They are excellent at taking care of customers weather they are regulars or walk ins. They are so efficient at giving estimates and very responsive and honest. The estimator that helped me his name is Tom Gerean, he has a great attitude, welcoming and fully knowledgeable.

I took my car in after a minor car accident to have a quote done. After 5 quotes river city was my shop of choice. Low prices and they did a fantastic job repairing my car. The staff at river city was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this shop!

Tom at River City Auto Body is very professional at what he does. A deer ran into the side of my car and wiped out the whole passenger side. I was so upset because this car is my baby. I love this car. Long story short I brought my car to Tom. Showed him the damage and he said you wont be able to tell it ever was damaged. I told Tom I have some over spray all over the car. We will take care of that too. Paid a little extra money. The surface felt like sand paper and wasnt shinny anymore.When I came to pick up my car it looked better than new. The work was amazing. Paint so shinny and smooth you couldnt put a cup of coffee on the hood with out it sliding off. Toms team are so professionally trained it shows on there work. I give this place a Five Star and will tell the world about this place. Thanks again Tom and crew.

Very helpful and had great customer service! Walked in for a quote on my bike frame and they were able to buff and polish a surface scratch out without needing to repaint at all. Would definitely return if I ever need other work done.

I went to three different body shops and got quotes on the damage by an accident from them. The quote that I got from River City Body and Paint wasnt the cheapest one, nor the earliest one who could work on my car. However, their attitude and determination made me willing to wait for their service. It took about a week and half to work on my car, but who cares. As long as they get it done professionally, which they did. They not just only fixed the damage on car. They also waxed my car, and vacuumed the interior. I had window problem, after my car got fixed. However, they told me to bring the car over, and it got fixed within couple minutes for free.Tom is the man. He is knowledgeable, professional, and has great attitude. He will not just return to you and tell you that its fixed. He will walk through what they did on the car.One shop cant operate by just one person. I am really appreciated their service. Thanks for all the crew from the shop. I would definitely visit them again, if I have other things i wanna get done on my cars.Thanks again!!

I had my driver door crunched into my quarter panel by another car that pulled into the parking spot beside me while I was getting out. It was really crunched up and the hinges got messed up. River city lined up the seams perfectly, made sure the door opened and closed perfectly, like it was never damaged, and blended the paint perfectly. It was probably one of the more technical jobs and even though I know what to look for, I cant tell a repair was made. Excellent!

More than friendly service, and made everything effortless. I would give 5 stars, but reapirs took longer then what was quoted. I would see why that would be an issue for others, but as I had a rental with more than enough time on it, I was not inconvenienced at all.

Just returned from an estimate for some minor damage to my bumper. Not only was the service fast and courteous, they took the extra time to secure my bumper while I wait to hear from insurance. My insurance company let me pick where I want to take my vehicle and I chose River City based upon their reviews. Sadly they took two weeks longer than they said they would, and then wouldnt fix something that was part of what needed to be fixed because of the accident my car was in. I ended up with subpar replacement parts and I still have warning lights and messages that were not there before the accident. I went back and complained but they insisted that it wasnt their problem. Its funny how something that didnt exist before the accident was all of a sudden not their problem when it was their job to fix all of the things that were broken after the accident. Yeah, its really not funny its just bad business. I would not recommend these guys to anybody.

They were friendly, patient, and made sure that I was taken care of. They made the process simple getting me a quote and getting the info to my insurance company. I would recommend them and would go back if I ever needed their service again. Thank you for the hard work.

I cant say enough good things about this place!Not only did they restore my Jeep after a spinout on ice nearly destroyed it, but they were the nicest and most professional car-related business I have ever worked with. Tom and Mindee and everyone else could not have been nicer to deal with - gave me updates on the repairs as things were done, answered all my questions and really gave me peace of mind through the whole repair/restore process. They delivered on time and a little under budget. When I went to pick up the Jeep I was shocked to see that it looked brand new... I could not tell that it had ever been damaged. I got in a car accident on the 24th of July and today is Sunday August 14th. State Farm told me I would have to pay tow fees since I live in Pasco, so I decided to leave it at a shop in Spokane. State Farm gave me a list and I looked at reviews from every shop. River City Auto Body & Paint was my choice because of the reviews. Tom, who has been helping me so well, told me my vehicle will be ready Wednesday. Time has flown by and these guys have done a great job. Tom suggested that we fixed our fog lights and we told him to fix the door handles while he was at it, all for an amazing cost. Matthews Auto Body in Kennewick wouldve charged us more and the parts would get defective again. I hope I get to do business with these guys again. I have seen their work and it is fantastic. Thank you Tom and everyone from River City Body & Paint for your help!!! UPDATE: They did an amazing job!! The fog lights are amazing and the new installed suspension handles like a charm!!
