The service dept is amazing. I went in last week to set up an appointment to get an oil change and also to show Scott (Service Advisor) what my turn signal was doing. Scott thought ahead and ordered the part ahead of time and my service appt was yesterday. It only took a couple of hours and my turn signal component got replaced. I’ve always had a wonderful experience here but today was a little disappointing. As I arrived the gentleman I had my appointment with (named Scott) told me to pull my car in the bay and give him the keys. He was in the bay at a computer when I pulled in but as soon as I got out of my car he walked away to talk to some tech guys. I went into the building and waited for him to return, after about 3 minutes another associate came in and helped me. I didn’t get his name but he was Fantastic!!
