I am a new dental practice owner in Spokane and “Signs for Success” helped us get our business cards designed and printed. We liked their service so much we had them help us make ball-point pens and lip balm with our logo, phone number, and website. And then we had a window decal made for our glass office door, which they installed for us (and it looks great). We have been completely satisfied with every step of the process. They are great at communicating via email and phone; it was easy to get ahold of them when we had any questions. They are friendly and professional. We are looking forward to working with Signs for Success in the future.

I had a great experience with Signs for Success. Lindsay came out to our location on a weekend, the day we moved in, in order to check out our place and evaluate what indoor signage would work best for us. They sent rendered photos of what our sign would look like in our space and this prevented us from buying too small of a sign. They delivered a great product but some of the letters were scratched in shipping from the manufacturer. Nikki and Vanessa did the warranty work and quickly fixed the problem. Everytime I went to their location I was quickly and kindly helped. Their pricing was also very reasonable I thought. Im definitely going to use them again!

I work for San Joaquin County in California and first contacted Signs for Success about two years ago about designing a custom privacy fence slat mural for our Regional Micke Grove Zoo Park. Although at that time i did not have many details to provide to Signs for Success regarding my project, Vanessa and her team were very helpful in providing all the information i needed to make an informative decision. Fast forward about eighteen months later when it came time to actually order the custom fence slats, my first call was to Signs for Success, and they did not disappoint. After submitting a list of animals and some pictures of the Zoo animals to display, Sammie had a proof ready for my review just a few short days later. i made a few changes to the proof and like that the slats were ready to be produced. Packaging and shipping here to California was fast and we had zero damage to the slats. Anyone who is working with a deadline understands how important it is to receive an order without any damage. After watching the quick tutorial on how to properly cut and install the slats, our install crew knocked out the installation of nearly 400 lineal feet in just a few days. There was one issue, however, one panel looked like a font was changed on it and did not match the rest of the order. I quickly notified Signs for Success and they rushed out a new panel which had been pre-cut to expedite installation. Problem Solved! I thoroughly enjoyed working with Vanessa and her staff and will definitely keep them on speed dial for any of our future fence slat or sign project.

I highly recommend Signs For Success. We absolutely love the boat wrap that they completed for us. We get so many compliments on the wrap and design from people everywhere that we go. The wrap put a modern eye catching design on our boat that is appealing to us as well as others. We really enjoyed working with Will on the design and he did a wonderful job designing exactly the design we were looking for. It turned out even better than expected. The customer service is superb and they are always willing to answer my questions. We are so happy that we decided to go with Signs For Success. It was worth every penny!

Signs for Success has been a great local find for our company to use for all of our signage needs. From temporary wayfinding, large storefront 3D illuminated signing, artwork, and much more. I would highly recommend them for their quality of work and customer service.

John and his crew have been out to my business and install signs on my building and my company truck. They do outstanding quality work. Hard to find craftsmanship these days but theyve got it. These people are fantastic. We had an emergency that involved changing our DOT number on the truck. Had to be done that day. Vanessa worked with us, got us in, new numbers made out, old ones off and new ones installed within an hour. Price was very fair considering it was a last minute situation. We would absolutely use them again if we need signage or lettering on any truck.

They do excellent work and have great customer service. When I needed some signage changed at my business I was referred to Signs for Success. John came right out and determined exactly what was needed and got a quote right back to me. Everything was completed on time and on budget.

Quite remarkable the things they can print. If you want to see some awesome window art that they have done, go south on market to the Ace Hardware in Hillyard and look at all the window graphics they have. All of them were made and installed by Signs for Success. Glad to have them around.

As far as a small business owner goes I personally gotta say Signs For Success is HANDS DOWN the best way to go! From the ownership, to the employees, and the quality of service/work it is by far the best quality. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

Called about a 2002 PT cruiser to get a quote for a full wrap in matte black,just something basic.The front desk associate answered and overtalked me immediately and was rude answering my questions as well. She decided to transfer me to her tech who I proceeded to explain what I wanted and have him help me w a quote.He quoted me 5 grand....5 THOUSAND DOLLARS!??? Wow! So I asked why they were so expensive and at more than 20$ a sq foot when every other shop in Spokane and the greater cda area was half that price at 10$ a sq foot. The tech told me it was bc they use a different film than mosf.basically that their product was of much higher quality than most in the NW area.i then thanked him for his time and hung up the phone. I called another shop in spokane and got a quote of around 2 grand which was what every other shop in my area quoted me give or take 2 hundred in either direction of that 2 grand. I then informed her of my experience and the quote that Signs for Success gave me. She was appalled,she informed that that she used to work for signs for success and that they also use the same film or material that signs for success uses and that there was no reason to quote me 5 thousand dollars for something of a mere 200 sq ft which would be my pt cruiser and something that basic.i asked her again why they would quote me something that high and she said she had no idea why and that she had never heard of an estimate that high for something like I was asking in all the time she worked for signs for success and her time at her new shop.i proceeded to thank her for her time and promptly called signs for success back to politely ask why they charged more than double a foot than anyone else youll find in our area.when I called back I asked for the same service tech that quoted me the 5 grand to ask yet again why they were so high if the other shop has the same material.after t minutes of talking to him and informing him that I spoke w a previous associate and finding out they use the exact same material at a fraction of the cost he transferred me to his boss the likes of which was very pompous and egotistical guided under a false sense of ambiguity. I let him know exactly what I told his service tech and asked him why they were about 3 thousand dollars more than any other quote if another shop right down the road has the same material.he told me that he has the best guys in the area that they outperformed everyone else which I find hard to believe considering my own biases that Ive heard of them. Anyways make your own decision but as a small business owner and former grandson of a man who owned several car lots and detailing/ wrap services in Florida I find it hard to believe that theyre service techs are worth 3 extra grand.i suggest u look elsewhere if youre on a budget. These ppl reek of manipulation and the old car salesman tactics that I grew up w. Hopefully this helps someone. Im out✌
