I went into the store an hour before they closed to schedule my remote start install for the next week. Robert was extremely welcoming and helpful. Robert went to talk to the installer about the schedule. The next question he asked me was, do you have 45 minutes, because we can get it done right now. Robert and his team gave me World class customer service. I will most definitely go back to Car Toys for my future car electronic needs.
We ordered new sound system equipment for our vehicle and for about a month there were issues with communication regarding installation. Once Robert took over, communication was great and things went smoothly. We were able to finalize our sound system plans and schedule an appointment for installation.We now have our vehicle back after the installation and it was well worth the wait! They replaced the stock sound system in my 2019 Challenger with new door, dash, and rear speakers and added two 12 inch subwoofers in the trunk. They custom built the subwoofer boxes in the side of the trunk next to the wheel well, saving precious trunk space. The boxes look like they were installed by the car manufacturer! They also installed a bass knob in my preferred location.In the end, they went above and beyond our expectations. They really took care of us and even shampooed our vehicles interior! Our new system sounds awesome! We plan to come back for interior lighting next!
I just received unbelievable customer service from Robert at the Division St Car Toys in Spokane WA. Instead of selling me speakers with a $200.00 charge, Robert fixed my problem with a paper clip and a reset. What honesty and integrity. He insured that if and when I need audio equipment I will be doing my business at his Cay Toys and receive the best honest deal. It is rewarding to know there are individuals like Robert to provide quality products and service. Car Toys you should be extremely happy that he is working for you. Thank you.
Robert got me set up with a dual 12 kicker and a nice amp to go with it! When they couldnt get the first amp i wanted shipped overnight, Robert quickly found an even better amp at no extra cost. Definitely happy with my new system!

The new sound system and center display is next level. Im actually enjoying driving again after I was in a hit and run.They accidentally scratched up the center plastic in one spot but offered to replace it if we buy the replacement part. They forgot to tell us that our satellite radio antenna would not be connected and rendered useless without buying an additional adapter beforehand, and when putting the back seat in, didnt fit the flooring back in around the seat correctly so the flooring in the back is crunched up a bit under the seat.They still get 5 stars for giving my car incredible sound, and an amazing driving experience.
The detailing of my car was well done and everyone was courteous. The group-on we purchased was only for basics so we paid significantly more to get complete detailing done. My car does look new inside.

I went in needing a Bluetooth stereo for a new used car that only had stock stereo. These guys hooked me up for a remote start on top of a flat screen pioneer and I couldnt be happier. Shopped around and they gave me a very fair deal at a fair price. Extremely friendly and good folk.

I can only hope the powers that be know what a dedicated manager they have in Robert. He has worked with me other the last 3 years to make sure I felt like an important person to your company. We live south of South Hill now. And still, when we need help with our car related issues or upgrades, we call on Robert for our car needs to be met. This is one manager that will go above and beyond. We are loyal Car Toys customers and much of that is thanks to this young man, Robert.
None of the employees are wearing mask. Went in for a quote: unfortunately, could not get one printed. Was asking for a Android receiver: only one 1 stock and employee did not even offer to take an order. Quoted $1200. Not agreeing to spend that kind of money without knowing what I am buying, he eventually showed me the product, which is definitely not what I wanted (not that he asked).

Have your employees wear masks and stop putting the public at risk. I dont plan to visit again. Its easy its science wear a mask and quit being a baby. Ive had to many friends die this year and to many small businesses close because people are too ignorant to mask up and keep hospitals from being overwhelmed. Just because youre employees dont care if they die doesnt mean they should put others at risk

Way over charged on their work. No way two wires and two speakers and amp hook up cost 900 dollars. The bass button don’t work no Knowledge on any custom work they dropped 500 off the 900 so they knew they messed up I wouldn’t let them touch my car again. All they got going for them is the stereo equipment. I wouldn’t consider them to any friend.. customer service wasn’t good at all. Just over all bad experience.
So I just found my new favorite place to get my vehicles decked out. I can in on a whim and although I had gotten some stuff for my stereo from another store, they were still able to help me and explained to me what needed to be done and the man I spoke to, Robert, was him name i believe, was super awesome!! I was super happy with the job they had done.
I received a detail from Car toys on division. I dropped the car off at 9 AM and got it back at 5:30 PM. However, around 3 they called me and said I could come pick the car up at 4:50. I arrived there and they said it would be about 20 minutes. After that 20 minutes they said they were almost done and finally, 40 minutes later I received the car. The car detailing was good but they did not treat the leather or scrub the carpets. The staff was very un professional and just handed me the keys even though I was not the one who dropped off the car. I told them the car, the name and they just handed over the keys without seeing ID or verifying that I was the owner of the car. From my perspective, that is very un professional. The staff was very rude and would not recommend this store.
Robert the store manager was able to fix my remote start that wasnt even installed there! Saved me a huge headache highly recommend!

This is by far the best Sub I have had in my car. I just had a DC subwoofer installed and I LOVE IT!! I am going back to get my door speakers replaced and couldnt thank them enough for helping me out finding which speakers to choose from.

The person who normally does car detailing did not come to work the day I scheduled. A floor employee did the detail. It was horrible. Vents were still dirty, back window horrible and car basically not cleaned, let alone detailed. Basically, all that I can see was done was vacumned. Im very disappointed in the service and will follow up by calling manager for some type of compensation.

I own a classic, 66 Mustang that was having radio problems (the radio was drawing power from my battery even when the car was turned off) and even though I did not purchase the radio at Car Toys, I took it there to see if I could get help figuring out the issue. Two employees (a customer service rep and an installer tech) went outside to my car and the installer tech took a look and fixed the issue very quickly. They did not even charge me for the service!I will definitely be bringing my car back to them in the very future when Im ready to get my radio swapped out. Thanks a lot guys!!

Excellent service. I needed quick clean detailed service for my business. There was cancelation!! I drove my car 🚗 in as quickly as traffic allowed. Leo n Nick n staff were professional. They stayed after hours for me to be able pick up my 🚗! Horrible accident on 90 n Division-- I got there 10mins after closing!! They were so kind!

I had a problem with my system and went to the Spokane Valley location. The guy there was unhelpful. He wouldnt even walk to my car and told me to go to my phone store to fix the connectivity problem to my stereo. I came to the location on North Division and the store manager, Robert, listened to my problem, walked to my car and had the issue fixed in less than 5 minutes! He even took the time to give me tips on avoiding this issue in the future.

Ive had stereos installed here ranging from basic with bluetooth to mid-grade quality audio and recently had a dash cam installed. William kinner the tint guy was amazing. He called my nissan rogue a fish bowl. He did a perfect job. The staff was very nice. The weather was hot and I was getting sunburned so they allowed me to wait inside.

Dropped my car off at 9am for remote start install after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment and they told me someone called out so it would be delayed, but still definitely today.I got a call at 4pm and they tried to up sell me some window tint I didnt want. At 7:30pm I tried calling to ask what was up and no one answered. I ended up driving over and they close at 7pm even though their website says 9pm. That was the only call I received. So they kept my vehicle overnight without calling or saying anything.The next day I talked to a manager, Robert, who asked what he could do and when I said a partial refund on a portion of labor costs he looked at me and asked if I was wanting him to take food out of the installers mouths and not pay them. Like no we had a business transaction and you did wrong, so the only way to make it right is with money because thats how business transactions work. So while he ended up refunding a small portion he was degrading and condescending for 15 minutes.Side note I got to wait for 10 minutes for him to get done talking about his vacation with his buddy.So Ill never be returning, I advise you to avoid them at all costs. And if you do need to go there make sure youre there before 7pm because they close and are incapable of updating their own website.

Bought a Groupon for $69 detail... had to wait for ever to use it.. then when I got an appointment the service was basically a wash and vacuum... (thats not my idea of a detail).. plus they wanted an additional $25 for hair.. I dont have any pets so ??? Poor customer service... I would not recommend this place unless your willing to be played. Typical of a business that spends a fortune on advertising.. and claims to be the lowest price.. they got to make their money someway- dishonesty in our case.. nothings discounted in the long run.
My wife just left the store after being quoted $800 to install a $200 stereo. The sales rep refused to provide a printed quote, but offered to just write the price down for her. safe to say we wont be doing business there.

I had Car Toys install a remote start in my car. When they were doing the install Robert called to let me know I already had a remote start but needed a new antenna for it to work, so they saved me a good chunk of money by being honest with me, I was very impressed!I also had Will tint my windows, he gave me a great deal and it has a lifetime warranty. He did an excellent job on the tint, very happy with the quality!I definitely recommend them to anyone and they are always giving good deals and great service. Ill be getting my sound system done through them too 😆

I was on a time crunch, and the only available time I could get a unit uninstalled from my vehicle was on a Wednesday. The guys told me they would do everything in their power to get it done as in between jobs, and get me back on the road before work. To my surprise, They called me back in 45 minutes telling me they found an opportunity and got it done. HUGE relief for me to get in and out, these guys ALWAYS have been fast and efficient and great to me. Robert took great care of me today and I cant be happy enough with his and his crews service. He over delivered today and Id recommend these guys to anyone.

This place is a RIP-OFF!!! $1,100 to install a back up camera. They said to install the camera on my 2015 Ram they would need to order the camera that comes in the tailgate handle which is a $600 part, plus labor. Which is straight laughable as online I’ve found the very same part for $60-200, but that also includes the whole kit. That’s a 1,000% mark up on what I can get the part for. I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else. Especially considering that at the location in the valley I bought a car detailing package but they said they couldn’t get started until I paid $200 for them to vacuum the animal hair out of my car even though there had never been an animal inside that car.

If I could rate lower than 1 I would. Bought a Groupon for detailing. Could not get in before the Groupon expired but they did say they would honor it. When I got there they informed me the detail only included vacuum the floor and wipe down the dash but was sure to tell me was just a wipe down no extra cleaning if there was a spot or any extra dirt it would stay. No cleaning of the cargo area of the car. He found a human hair on the floor and stated it would be an extra $25 dollars for hair removal. Mind you I dont have a dog or animals in the car, just a human hair. Plus, tried to up sale me the entire time. The biggest rip off ever, I can go to an car wash and do this myself for $10 and not pay $70 for a $129 detail. I left without using the Groupon. Refuse to deal with scammer would rather lose the money. Please do not leave your canned/disingenuous reply. Its disgusting.
I bought a new headlight bulb at O’reilly Auto Parts and tried to have an employee there put it in for me but they couldn’t figure out how to do it. I called Car Toys & went in there to see if they could put it in for me. They were very friendly on the phone & when I got there Robert put in the new bulb for me right away. Very kind, amazing customer service, & super helpful. He did the job for free & I know that anywhere else would’ve charged me for it and taken advantage of the fact that I’m a girl who knows nothing about cars. Definitely will be coming back! 10 out of 5 stars.
Had the best experience at Car toys on Division and Lyons. The store manager and the desk guy working were so helpful! I went in to schedule a detailing for my car and ended up buying a new stereo dock. The manager gave me a discounted 4-year warranty and helped me find every part I would need to install it. Hands down one of the best experiences, being a girl I didnt feel taken advantage of because I dont know much about cars. They were super fun and helpful.
The rep who helped me went overboard to help me get what I wanted at a price I could afford. After I made my purchase he called me about two weeks later to make sure everything was okay. Service was prompt and helpful and installation was quick despite the crazy amount of customers needing assistance the weekend before Christmas. Reduced to 4/5 due to newly hired CSR giving me an incorrect quote, thus securing my business. When I went to pay for the remote start I thought I had been quoted for, true price was actually $200 more, and I didnt have a plan b present.

What a good way to shut down a customer, I just called asking for an auto start on a car. Didn’t ask much only if they had Auto Starts! The guy on the phone response was. “Of course we have that, but Iam not about to go and tell you the price on all them, Iam not about to do all that work over the phone” WOW. First I never asked him to tell me all the prices On all of them. I just asked around how much would it cost. I just simply said thank you for your help and disconnected. Someone is definitely not having a good day at Car toys. (He never told me a price). I know is a busy store but do you have to be that Rude or unprofessional? Have about using some different tactics to at least get a customer in the store!
I liked the deal I got via Groupon for detailing service. Very affordable and that was enticing to me. However, I did not think the detailing was very well done. There were lots of placed with obviously missed dust or crumbs. I was looking forward to a clear car that had been carefully detailed but that is not what I got.
Probably a great place for speakers/installation of auto starts, etc...but a very poor business for interior detailing. My opinion is that they are too busy for this offering. Besides taking a full day (had to come back in am of next business day), they didn’t clean my WeatherTech floor mats or remove the seat cover to apply leather conditioner (which was an add on).The truck interior was vacuumed clean, but it was certainly not detailed. The floor mats were thrown in the back of the truck, so I had to go to the car wash to clean them and reinstall. The surfaces were hastily wiped, with residue left on most every surface. It was just not worth the effort or expense at all. When I brought this up the the management, they took off the leather conditioner and still charged me tax...cool.Rough experience that would have been easily resolved by: an apology, offering to clean the floor mats right quick, and reimburse the leather conditioner.
Get better detailers and workers. They did a terrible job, even after saying something.
