For a place thats named after a value such as integrity I expected much more from them. I emailed with no response, leading me to go into the store. I had my two children with me both under 4, and we were greeted by a large dog who was friendly but intimidating. It was never put behind the counter or away during my whole conversation which was distracting and rude in my opinion. I asked about a specific shirt brand and was brought something different then told something would be ordered for me to see. He never contacted me, so again, I pursued him and he had the excuse that UPS never delivered and he would pick up the shirts from his buddy who had them in his store. He never did. One more time I addressed him about the shirts and my order details and he emailed back responding he would get back to me. Weeks later nothing. I gave up and used Ammonite Ink who responded quickly, beat IntegriTee and online prices and had my order ready within 2.5 weeks of contact. Dont waste your time at IntegriTee.
