I needed to match a screw and was directed to the aisle where all of the screws are. After several minutes of confusion I returned to the same employee and asked for help finding the coarse threaded screw that was eluding me. She sighed audibly then only repeated the same useless directions. I tried to find it myself one more time, got frustrated, then left mentioning the lack of help to another useless employee on my way out. I drove to the General Store where I received help right away and was treated much better. I will not shop Moseley Boys again.

This place never has anything I need. Common parts such as aerators for Faucet and basic plumbing fittings. They try to sell you $150 Fossett when you only need a four dollar part.

I have been to this ACE location multiple times over the last few days for paint. Kevin has been in the paint department most times and is always so kind and helpful as is everyone else. I was in today with my 9 week old and getting multiple cans of paint. Kevin was so helpful in finding what I need and even offered to bring my paint out to me when it was done mixing while I got my newborn in the car. Exceptional service!

They are hostile to persons with disabilities.Today I saw an older man with a cane come in carrying a propane tank. He looked around, at least 2 employees looked right at him and said nothing. He gets behind 2 people in line, past the cashier, 2 other employees walk past him while hes standing there. Nobody even acknowledged him.Ive neverworked in a hardware store, but even I knew what he was there for, the propane tank was a real giveaway.After a few minutes he gets up to the counter and the cashier just points to another place and tells him to take the tank there and wait.The old guy just took his tank and hobbled out. And left.And nobody there did anything.It was pretty bad to witness.

Beyond horrible service its definitely not ace the helpful place. Sad most ace stores are beyond helpful. Went to front counter twice for help. Lady just pointed sad on top shelf. Went back to her sad dont see any there can you have someone help. Waited five min still no help went back up to front desk. She just said sorry we must be out. Wow great help lady you didnt even look. Great customer service!!!!

Very helpful, and kind. Great customer service you dont see anymore or anywhere else, such as Lowes or Home Depot. They actually go the extra mile to help you and are very nice. And they have always been for years that my husband and I have been going there. Recommend to everyone!

They didnt have a few of the tools that I needed today. I think its because its directly after the holiday season. The store is a solid neighborhood store with people who are always friendly and nice. They also have free popcorn! I prefer going here over Home Depot because of the local community feel it has.

Your store is empty! Ive been in several (probably 8 or more) times over the last 2 years, and have had to leave disappointed and empty handed. You cant have everything or might be out of SOME stuff, thats fine, but to be this empty on the stuff you do carry? If it is because of the transient people stealing, put stuff under lock and key, or keep it in the back. But try not to disappoint working, paying customers, because word of mouth spreads fast. In my books, you arent even a functional store.

Love this store. Have always had good experiences everytime. The employees are very nice, helpful, and understanding. Theyll tell you about how many trips it might take to get the job done. Thank you for making some tough things to do that much easier. :)

This used to be a great store and I bought a lot of supplies for my business but lately the shelves are nearly empty and they say the delivery truck will be in tomorrow. Some of the common items are never restocked. Its sad but I have to find a new place to get my supplies.

I dont know why other people are knocking this store. I have been going there for years and have never had a problem. I think sometimes a person doesnt get exactly what they want and have to complain. But thats our society, we expect to have what we want when we want it.This may be a small hardware store compared to some but it has always served me well and in the many times Ive been there I have never seen another customer that seemed they were having trouble finding what they want.This message is real and true from someone who has no affiliation with this store. I highly recommend them.

I would avoid this Ace if you can .The employees are okay but not really into wanting to help anyone. They act like its a bother to help a paying patron . They also will not take back an unused item if its been opened. Something that should be expressed on the back of a receipt. There is no policy written anywhere on the receipt about returns leading the customer to believe they can return an unused item but its not the case. Ive never had any problems with any other Ace in Spokane except for the last three times here. I would recommend Ace on Lincoln on the South Hill a thousands times more than this one. Its a shame they arent more consistent with their hiring or return policies.

I always walk out with a smile on my face. The staff is great and so kind. Curtiss is awesome and makes me feel like a valued customer.

This is the worst ace hardware in America. Service is great but every single time I go in there and it’s been 10 times over a 3 year period the shelves in the store are nearly empty and they never have what you need. After 3 times of going in there and noticing they have no product on the shelves. I asked the employee what’s the deal why are all the shelves empty all the time. She tells me oh it’s never like that usually, we’re waiting on a dog truck load this week. Ok bull I’ve been In 10 times over a few years and they have less and less everytime I go in there.

The store is not stocked properly, you will not find what you need. The shelves and racks were 50 to 75 percent empty. My first initial thought was that they going out of business.

I went in here and asked for a short length of PVC. They told me all they had were ten foot lengths. I asked where I could look for myself and they waved me of towards plumbing. I found a large rack of various lengths of PVC at the end of aisle thirteen. I brought it up and showed it to the lady. She acted like I was just being a smart ass. Then, she waited on a fellow employee who was buying food before helping me check out. I wont go back to this Ace ever again.

The most incredibly helpful people work here. Every experience Ive had at this Ace Hardware in Hillyard has been quick, efficient, and Ive gotten everything I need. These folks rock!

Get here to pick up our reservation for Uhaul and the manager on staff said, does it look we have any trailers? They werent even nice enough to call Uhaul to help us figure out what happened. Complaint to corporate Uhaul has been made about them about their nastiness and rude behavior. I would highly recommend NOT going here for anything if they are this rude to customers.

Ace hardware, on North Market St. Spokane, WA, is a business that takes care of their Customers! I had just purchased a Traeger Smoker and Grill (and anyone that has one knows they arent cheap), from Darrell (Manager/owner)of this Ace Hardware. There was a problem with the grill and Darrell totally stepped up, 1) to assure me he would take care of the issue or replace it with another BBQ 2) he actually came to my house to check it out. Because Darrell is also owns a Traeger Smoker Grill, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue, on the spot! How great is that service???Thank you Darrell and Ace Hardware!
