This is a great little hardware store. We were looking for hard dryer vent piping. They did not have enough available due to the construction supply shortage. However, they were willing to call around and find done at another store and offered to bring that piping in to cut and crimp what we needed. I love supporting small businesses and they proved to be amazing. So thankful They were able to help us!

Absolutely fantastic! We are having an unprecedented heat wave right now, and one of my moms fans went out. I went to several stores and no one had any left. I called Peters thinking that there is no way they have any, but lo and behold they had several! The manager of the store, Thomas Hammer, said that he spent extra time tracking down fans the other day and ordered more so that they would have some in stock. That is absolutely going above and beyond! Not only that, but my mom bought both a high-velocity floor fan and a pedestal fan, and he offered to assemble the pedestal fan for us. He did that and took both fans to our car. That is extremely fantastic customer service that you just wont find in a big box store! My mom said that whenever she needs anything, she will absolutely go to Peters first! Im right with her!

Small town hardware store in a growing City. They always seem to have what you need and are super willing to help you find it. And if they dont have it Ill get it for you. Peters Hardware is the Spokane independently-owned small business that should definitely be supported.

Peters Hardware is a fantastic local business! The staff is friendly & incredibly helpful. I went in for something they didnt have, & they ordered it for me. Prices are actually great.

Peters Hardware has been a staple in the community for decades. I have been going there since 1969. They have a good amount of product but what I especially like is being able to almost always park within feet of the back door, get in, get what I need and get out fast. Other hardware stores are a longer drive and require a much longer walk and and a wait for a cashier. At Peters, you can dash in and dash out and be down the road in minutes and when you are busy with projects and have things to do, thats invaluable.

The entire staff is incredible. Theyre knowledgeable and they really get to know their customers. They always remember my name and are incredibly sweet to my daughter.

Peters Hardware always seems to carry the things that you cant find anywhere else. The employees were very helpful and even though the store is small, it gave me the feeling of being very welcomed.

That is the ONLY hardware store where the people there can help with the right stuff 100% of the time. I have gone there for years and will keep going. You go the the box stores and they say isle 5 and thats it. I love them! By the way the pricing is great too!

I had a great experience here, the manager went above and beyond to help me out and walk me through a potential fix for a house issue I had. I would shop here again for sure.

I used to make the metal mailbox name and address plates in the back room of Peters Hardware in the late 60s and early 70s. I lived next door to the family on 10th st. Really nice people throughout the generations.

A gentleman named Ashton helped me today and he was extremely friendly and professional. Superior service 👍 I will be back.

Too bad to see Peters Hardware 5-star rating go down because of Jason. Jason is the guy that goes into many Spokane Valley businesses and bothers employees while they’re trying to work. I have been in Peters Hardwhere when Jason comes in and interrupts transactions, employees, and customers. Thomas is not by any means rude. As a matter of fact, Thomas is the only reason that I go to Peters Hardware. Family owned business, great service, and does not deserve to have anything less than a 5-star rating.

I love these guys. Peters Hardware reminds me on a little country store, and the owners are very friendly in a country sort of way. But the thing is, they have everything! I am constantly amazed that no matter what I need, they have it somewhere in their store. Plus they are experts in just about everything, and they freely dispense advice to their customers. I once had to lead a joint in a 4-inch drain pipe, and they even know how to do that--and had the materials to do it.

Dont assume they dont carry alot. Everything Ive needed they carry. Im in the process of redoing my basement. Cant believe how many times I found myself driving 3 minutes and grabbing something I forgot. 5 stars, great people.

We have, on so many many occasions in the past 4 years, been to Peters Hardware for things we use to go to Home Depot for. I am saying now, that Peters Hardware, never fails to have my product and orders anything I need that they dont have in stock, being very quick to have our orders, within hours or a day.... they never fail to educate me properly when I have questions and is an HONEST business I can count on. I cant tell you how much I appreciate their smarts in inventory. The quality really has been a great surprise AND I have found their prices are very competitive with all the other stores. I can buy and still save!!!! They just have been so very quick to help. Go....see for yourself. I hope you do. ....they have been experts in knowledge over every little to big thing we have needed.Hey....GO....They just did something of grave integrity for us today. Thomas, is the bomb.
