Terrific job and the best value in town! I received bids from a couple places to perform some landscaping for my home and a rental property. I needed a lot of leveling and sod brought it for a 70x15 area then a large 40x50 area skimmed and wood chips installed. They did an amazing job and got it done quickly. On the rental they removed masses of juniper bushes and created rock beds. Then they cap off the sprinklers and tuned the sprinkler system up. There were several extremely hot days and they were out there for up to 10 hours a day! I would give more stars if possible! Thank you guys for the wonderful experience!

Bought several yards of their planting mix to fill some raised vegetable beds, and the plants love it! Weve got more produce than we can eat! The soil was relatively free of weed seeds (nothing is 100%), and the mix of soil to compost seems to be spot on. Great product and much cheaper than buying a bunch of bags at the big box store.

We were in town for only 3 days to help our daughter with the landscape for her small yard. The Spokane Boys delivered the planters mix we needed for her new garden area before the store opened on Sunday. Because they were willing to be so flexible, we were able to complete her yard make over before we left town! We appreciate the GREAT service.

We’ve gotten our Christmas tree here for the last two years. We’ve had equally awesome service. It’s quite easy to cross the line from helpful to pushy, and the Spokane Boys staff is the exact right amount of helpful without being pushy. Craig helped us out this year and he was awesome. He gave us all the info about all the trees and stepped back to let us decide! He was super nice and strapped the tree to the top of our car for us! Killer service all around!

Picked up a Christmas tree from them on their lot off Regal. Great tree and a great price. Steve helped us find what we were looking for and let us know about the different types of trees available, and even cut off a small section of the stump so we could make an ornament out of it. Great experience!

Pretty poor customer service. Couldnt make a scheduled delivery; no effort to remedy the situation. Went with Circle M, and it was cheaper with zero hassle.Based on the response, it seems the internet needs to know the WHOLE story, so here goes. Preface: this has nothing to do with the driver. She was pleasant and apologetic about the situation.This was not the first order. That time around, we informed them the alley was narrow; we looked at google maps together, and knew it may be tight, necessitating a reschedule. Things went well, so we went with them again, and things went south. After the driver declined to deliver (which again, is not the issue here), I called and got the same no-cares-given vibe that can be seen in the response, and was told that the earliest they could do was THREE days later. There goes my weekend plans; wasnt thrilled. I sent them a pic of the same truck dropping off in the same spot. I got the same rigamarole about driver prerogative, and still no effort to correct the situation. I told them I have more projects planned and asked if I should seek an alternate purveyor.Their response: a thumbs up emoji.May as well have been a middle finger.I arranged things with Circle M, and called to cancel. I can only assume they were intentionally avoiding my calls, because there was no answer and 10 seconds later they call my wife, who made the order, to say they finally decided to do the right thing and find a way to get it to us by the next day.Customer service is not about how often things go smoothly, its about making things right when it doesnt.If youre like me and your weekend hours are precious and few, seek out a grownup and avoid the Boys. They are clearly too busy for you.

Picked up a beautiful Christmas tree. The staff was attentive and very helpful, gave the tre a fresh cut and installed a stand, put it on my jeep and tied it down for me. In and out quickly. I will be back to them next year!

Love the folks at Spokane Boys. Ive known them for the past 8yrs because of a WWII Veteran named Leonard. Leonard has been buying Blueberries from them since Ive known him. Im not the type to have a business I am loyal to but spokane boys has really been consistently better then every other landscaping company. Its not worth my time to check out other companies anymore. Spokane boys is just better then the comp.

So, I have been a local landscaper in spokane for over 15 years, i have never use spokane boys for anything in that 15 years, the one time I do go in due to where I was in town and the time of the day, I stopped in introduce my self and start asking prices for contractors they let me know hey we need some paper work in order to get you thay rate, no problem thays normal being a first timer, but thr 2 ladies up front said you know what we take care of our customers and basically said what do you usually pay i explained what cost i usually pay, the most professional response came from them, they just simply said we want your business we will give you our contractor pricing this time just get us the requested paper work and we will be good . Moral of the story spokane boys keep it up we need more local companies like you

So glad we went with Spokane Boys. The crew started early and stayed late. WOW hard workers. There was lots of demolition and ground prep that was accomplished with minimal damage to surrounding areas. In the end we got a beautiful water feature and a yard much easier to care for. Highly recommend the Spokane Boys Inc for landscaping needs and sprinkler repair!!!! We were in a bind and they were willing to help us out on short notice. The crew worked hard and actually put in a full day of work all three days . We would definitely call the Spokane Boys again if we need repair on our sprinkler system or need further landscaping done.

This crew has Phenomenal Landscaping skills and experience!👍🏼👍🏼We had them do a 1/3 acre new construction lot with landscaping, hydro seed, and a head to head full sprinkler system.This lot had grading issues, rocks, angled frontage, drainage constraints, and all the challenges of each. They did it fast, clean, and right.Their experience showed in every area of the project. I could tell that they’d seen it many times, they’d done it many times, and nothing was an issue for them.These guys are next level pros. I highly recommend them.

This is a great local company where you can buy produce, plants and trees, or get some landscaping supplies. The guys that work here are pretty helpful and knowledgeable about the plants that they have. I have been coming here for years to get various plants for my house. The produce area is off to the right of the office as you face the door to go in. I will continue to go back again with the great service they provided me with.

We had Spokane Boys install our fence and it looks great. We live in an area that gets a TON of wind so they used some strong metal posts to keep the fence reinforced. We are very happy with the service and would definitely do business again.

These guys are great! They transformed my yard from ugly to AWESOME. I had them put in a new sprinkler system, sod, maple tree, flower bed with edging and bark/mulch and gravel in the driveway. Next time I need more work done I will call them back. Very pleased with the results :)

These guys are badass, they really know what to recommend and how to help you. Family owned. One criticism - very slow to checkout and pay, they need a 2019 POS system to allow employees to scan/take payment outside. Easy upgrade, would streamline their business a LOT.

I have purchased many plants and trees from Spokane Boys, and I am highly satisfied. They helped us find a certain type of pear to grow with a pollen sterile plant. I have also purchased grapes that produced two gallons of fruit last year, several dwarf fruit trees that are doing well, and trees such as a incense cedar - all of these are growing healthy. Great products and friendly, helpful staff.

We go here every year for our tree. Always fresh, they sell a stand and will attach year after year. Staff is very friendly and will put on car.

After a very favorable experience with this company with my sprinkler system, I hired them to do landscaping. I should have been forewarned by the plan which had no visual concept and items were not broken down cost wise, however the cost was quite favorable. After spending $4600.00 & after having 2 dead evergreens replaced, a year later I have 6 trees that, according to three horticulturists were planted incorrectly (some approximately 4 too deep) and are under great stress with many brown areas and little growth and are just plain UGLY! The trees were quite spindly when planted, but I was told they would grow. Another company is trying to save the trees by removing soil and planting correctly. Two maples planted by Spokane Boys are doing well, however one can see the difference in the way they are planted. Heres hoping my cypress evergreens will do better after their surgery!NOTE: After the posting of this review, Spokane Boys removed all of the cypress evergreens (or what remained of them) and planted a good sized different species of evergreen in each corner. Now, several months later, the trees have made it through the winter and are getting new growth. I appreciate very much having Spokane Boys make good on their promise of good service.

We moved here from Texas a year and a half ago and did a big search looking for the right landscaping company to meet our needs. We are SO thankful that we found Spokane Boys Landscaping!!!! We have had nothing but the very BEST service and our yard has never looked so good!!! Chad is very professional and was patient in answering my questions. Texas landscaping is a lot different than that found in Spokane. The gentlemen that came out to do the landscaping were very friendly and polite. They worked hard and it was obvious that they took pride in their work!!! I HIGHLY recommend Spokane Boys!!!!!!!

They are the reason I do a fake Christmas tree. Their trees do not last until Christmas and their guarantee is worthless. They wanted me to undecorate the dead tree, bring it to them (seriously!?) and then pick out a different one. Ridiculous! Havent been back since and never will. I wouldnt trust them on any level.I didnt suggest you should bring a new tree to me, so I dont appreciate you implying that I did. But to expect someone to undo their tree and haul it back to you is absurd and a worthless guarantee, because you know no one is going to do that. Perhaps a money back with proof (like pics) that it did not stay alive would be more reasonable. Regardless, it was a lesson learned and I now know to ask more questions about when a business uses the word guaranteed. Fool me once... wont be back.
