Bill John and Mohammed did a wonderful job they were very patient and understanding with our lack of knowledge and explaining how the system worked. Bill is the most courteous business owner that I have encountered throughout the years that I have been in business, they have done a great deal of work at my home and I am very pleased with their service. Mohamad and John did a great job! I had cameras put up at home and replaced the ones at my office. They showed up on time, even during a hurricane. The cameras they put up are great quality as well. I would recommend this company to anyone. They were friendly and competent. I get the feeling they have worked together for a long time as they seemed at times to be like an old married couple. lol (all in good taste.)

Had the overpriced outdated system put in 2 years ago and have had nothing but trouble. they do not return phone calls and when you get them to come out they do not fix the problem

They did a decent job on our security system,but left spare parts on our property,and did not pick them up,wires and connectors left on our property.Plus they do not call customers back within a certain amount of time,they need to contact all customers that contact them if they have an issue w/their system(s)

Rude
