I had work done by another shop and had to bring my truck to Elite Powerstrokes to fix what the other guy had messed up.Chris was personable and straightforward from the start. He diagnosed the problems quickly and correctly and he gave me a few options for how to handle it.They went above and beyond to fix my truck and make sure everything was right, even in the days AFTER I got my truck back.Elite is not the least expensive, but they are well worth what you pay!

Called for days on end left voicemails. They never got back to me very unprofessional. Know a few people who ended up at this ship just to pay more than they wouldve somewhere else. Not worth your time

This shop has a horrible relationship with all Insurance companies. They held my Father in Laws vehicle hostage after making up an exurbanite estimate to do the repairs which was full of inflated charges even the dealer said was crazy high. In the end the Insurance Company totaled the car because they said they had no choice because he kept adding to the bill. We lost our car because we made a mistake picking the wrong facility. Please be very careful. !!!!

I have brought my truck here for engine repairs twice in the last 3 years and both times Chris took care of me and explained in detail what was wrong. The pricing is fair and their diagnostic work is thorough to make sure its not coming back for the same problem twice. I have also sent 3 other people with 6.0L Fords here for injector work and they were all pleased with dealership quality but the mom and pop feel. Its a great place to shop local and support local business.

Excellent body shop here. Had a windshield change and a hood repainted on a 2000 F350. OUTSTANDING JOB!! This is the second time I have had work done here. Always a superb job in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this shop.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE! Jeff is nothing more than a conman. He will absolutely hold your vehicle ransom until you or the insurance company pays his demands. Jeff is very difficult to work with, a hot head, unprofessional and a thief. Save yourself the frustration go someplace else. Horrible experience with this place.

I brought my f-350 here with an electrical problem that I knew wouldn’t be easy to find. I live close by and knew nothing of this place other than a sign I saw outside by the road. In the end Chris did a great job. The pricing was really fair in the communication was second to none. I would recommend anyone with diesel that needs work stop by give these guys a shot. 3 cars and 6 years later (since 2012), I continue to go here. From an accident to just general paint work, Jeff is affordable and doesn’t cheap out on the work either. Like others have noted, he goes to bat with car insurance companies and gets them to work with you (which is something they should do to begin with). Jeff made my car look and drive better after the accident and people couldn’t believe it was ever involved in one. I highly recommend Elite Euro to anyone looking to get taken care of and not taken advantage of.

After going over a parking block in an unkown are, Jeff and his team were able to repair my car and leave it like new again. Jeff made sure to communicate with me at all times regarding my claim and ensured that my insurance would pay for the repairs. There were some troubles with the insurance company not wanting to pay, but that didn’t deter Jeff from providing a full service quality repair!
