Its spacious inside the store, the displays are organized and clean, the staff is professional.

Love this store! Staff is always friendly and even though the prices they have are a little high, THEY PRICE MATCH! The manager informed me that all West Marines are trying to get their pricing to a more competitive level and in the mean time they are price matching everyone, even Amazon. All you have to do is ask!

Had what we needed unfortunetly the price was more expensive than online but we paid for the convenience of having it asap. Clean friendly store.

Picked up everything I needed at a reasonable price!

Went to the register, told the man what I needed, he said go to the back wall, that is where they R, I could not find it, on they way out he asked me if I found it, and I said no, he said Ok, and that was the end of that, so stop telling me to shop local, I know that I will find it on the internet.

Spring Hill West Marine great place. Helpful knowledgeable friendly staff. Kinda makes the high prices worth it! Much rather spend my money at a place like here then somewhere with the opposite style of attitudes if ya get my drift. AND...actually on the big ticket items they are VERY comparable. You guys get an A Plus!

I love to go there for years, clean smells like you just cleaned your boat ...hahaha ...great ....but extremely pricey....you go because what you really need its there n you get it ...$$$

Sold me a simrad gps for my boat promising I would get a rebate.. I filed all papers correctly the product simrad does not answer call and have not issued rebate 2months later.. beware do not buy simrad products... or be tricked into the rebate lie...

They had everything we needed! This is a great place to go looking for boat parts, and marine clothing and etc...

Not really impressed. The items here can be found most other places for a quite a bit less. The selection is good and it is always clean but I really just go here for ideas and then shop online to purchase what I liked at the store.

Tons of outdoor stuff for your hobbies and activities. One of the largest kayak selections in this area. Average price ranges. They also offer the only professional fishing gear reels and rods in the local area.

It was my first time going to West Marine in very nice store one in spring Hill and the store manager said there are other ways twice three times the size nothing like check them out and have something something very interesting there a lithium ion outboard motor if several different model very expensive for the $2,000 something to check out if youre officially very very nice experience

Standing by the gps units for 10 minutes. Man walked up with his son and about 10 seconds later, male employee looked passed me as if i was invisable and asked if he could help him. Guess women dont own boats?!?!? Grrrr!!! West Marine has lost this womand business!!!!

Staff is always friendly and welling to help you out witj whatever question you need even when you just start out boating and the question might be stupid lol. Place is cleaned and has everything you many need for a nice day on the water.

Walked in store and two employees at front counter watched me walk to the marine electronics as I wanted to buy a VHF radio. Stood there for 15 minutes while both employees talked to each other never attending to me. To make matters worse I was the only person in the store! Took my business and money elsewhere. Guess this why I was the only one in store.

Went to buy a tackle backpack got to check out price was higher than what was posted on shelf there was only one place for that brand on shelf they would not honor the price very disappointed have always shopped there but no more will I buy from that store ! 2 thumbs down!!!!
