I went into this store to pick up the supplies I needed to bleach my hair. The girl working the counter was very helpful. Unfortunately, when I returned to the store the third time, a different lady was working, and, sadly, not as nice. Someone needs to educate her on proper customer service skills. I wont be returning to this location due to her rudeness!!!

I went in looking for 20 developer and bleach cus my friend has very damaged hair. The older blonde woman told me 20 developer doesnt do anything regarding bleach (wrong) and convinced me to buy 30 developer even though I told her I already had 30 at home. She said Ill need more. Then she pushed bleach on me though I have a tub at home, and I ended up spending $45 on my friends hair that I didnt get paid for, and Im never going back to this location because of the audacity she had. So rude. Ill only go to 50 or 41. They actually are informed.

All Sallys are not equal... This location is particularly great to go to because of the blonde lady that works there. She has been helpful many times over. She has suggestions and options without confusing you. And shes kind and polite. I enjoy going there.

Went in to return a product that did absolutely nothing as it states it would. I tried to explain to the older woman with blonde hair that I would like a return and she kept arguing with me about why the color remover is adding color to my hair...um what?! she then went on to insult me for returning a product that did not work at all for me. Sallys has always had that policy dont love it and return it and she did nothing but argue and insult me the whole time. left with no refund. Went to a different location to return and had NO issues. I love this location but this woman has NO customer service skills!

Came in for bleach and color. The sales lady was very knowledgeable and my color turned out amazing. I even got a free gift for my purchases. She suggested a 10 volume for my color and it worked perfectly.

Gaybrielle was extremely patient and helpful. This store is Always clean and the employees are very kind.

Forwards my calls, doesnt answer after I call them on 5 seperate occasions, multiple times said it closes at 6,get there and its closed. Very disappointed. Definitely learned my lesson to go to the one in Brooksville.

I specifically called in to buy 5 star seniors corded clippers and They sold me regular seniors and will not swap it or return it as im standing in the door way with an un open box of clippers.. i understand the virus and all sales are final, but i was sold on the phone and my card was ran over the phone and when i arrived at the store i was sold a different item then i thought i was paying for so

Ordered products, never received them, never received emails back from customer service after emailing multiple times, and never received my money back either. What a FRAUD company.

Very disappointed that they sell me a gelish brand product which by the way it was used and did not inspected before putting it on the shelves. It worry me a little bit knowing that was an open box but not to a point to suspect that this was happening.One of the bottled over half way. The machine itself a little dirty with some yellow spots. One of the colors had some pouring around the same nail polisher container. What more signs of usage I need?..Definitely gonna get a brand new replacement or my money back.
