First time at this location, didnt set out to go to JOANNS on this day. However, we found ourselves by there after stopping into another local store because I remembered that I needed paint for a DIY. So I figured no better place than that to go into. Even though I didnt get a chance to really look around and check out the stock, I did notice the cleanliness of the place and the friendly employees that were very helpful in sending me to the correct area. I will be going back there soon for other supplies, and I am sure I will find it just the same. I love crafting so I cant wait. Stop by there for your crafting needs.

This place has everything you need for practically anything you want to create for your home decor. Prices are always very good... very relaxed shopping experience.

Once again, bait and switch coupon issues. Nothing in store is regular price (ever) making % off coupons worthless. Even the clerk agreed...I went through a dog and pony show on-line to get a discount coupon (signing up for email etc) and was time wasted. This company is one of the worst offenders on quoting regular prices... Id like to see if items EVER get sold at those prices.Last trip to JOANN for me.

Not able to find what I wanted at reasonable price

If you are an Arts and Crafts person you will find what you are looking for here. The prices may be a little high, but the quality is tops.

I like buying my fabric here specially special edition that come out around Halloween they have lots of coupons and sales I recommend you go around any holiday to catch once in store decor fabric .

I was here two days ago and let the young man at the counter know that before placing a “curb side or in store pickup” I wanted to make sure how many yards of high density foam I actually needed. And wanted to use the online coupons. I’ve never had to buy foam by the yard before and I’m making a gift for someone for Xmas. The 2” and 3” showed out of stock, but the 4” showed in stock. Well they were out of all but one 3” piece and remnants of the 3”. So I’m glad I didn’t place an order online and pay for something they didn’t have. The young lady at the cut counter then printed a ticket for 2 yards of 3” and 2 yards of 3”. So the young man could only use my coupon on one item. It’s all the same, why didn’t she make the tag for 4 yards, one item? Luckily the young man was nice enough to pull another coupon out for 50% when I complained. Then I went back last night to get more fabric for my project because I changed the design a little bit. I told the older woman at the cut counter I think I need two yards? I’m making a bench seat. I told her the bench seat is 75” long. She said well two yards is 72” long. She said so you’ll need a little bit extra to wrap around the sides. I told her yes. So I’m working on finishing up the back of my project today and she only cut 72”! So now I’m sitting here with this last piece to complete for tomorrow and I can’t complete it because this woman didn’t listen to the 15 second conversation we had. The only reason I’m giving them the two stars is because the nice young man at the register tried making the first cut ticket right by another coupon. Thank you sir.

Fabric store seems to be all about crafts rather than sewing. There is a lot of quilting fabric though. Very little natural fabrics or clothing fabrics.Bathroom dirty.

This place is amazing. They run out of the fabric i needed and Sheila called around and found some and had it shipped to their store.

The staff is friendly. This store has limited options but you are able to order and pick up. My biggest issue with this particular store is that the person cutting does not always know what they are doing. If you do not carefully pay attention you will come home with fabric that is less than what you needed. I recently bought 1 1/2 yards of 3 different fabrics and each was a different size. One was 11/2 feet. I should not have been chatting with the cutter while she was working. I couldnt use two of them for the project I wanted.

Love Joann fabrics!!!! Great place for yarn and fabric. Especially if you have coupons, they take the other guys coupons too. You can buy online pick up in store. The women in the store are always very helpful and nice. Theyre all usually very knowledgeable about most of the departments in the store.

Stock was very limited. Fabrics limited and hardly any licensed character fabrics. Staff all looked like they did not want to be there.

I dont sew that often but when I do I know I can count on Jo-Anns Fabric to get the items that I need. I was recovering all of my kitchen and dining room chairs. I was fortunate enough to catch all the fabric that I needed for the two sets of chairs on sale. If you sign up for their app, they will will send coupons to you periodically to use in their store with their own just one item or your entire purchase. That is always an incentive for me to head over to Jo-Anns and buy stuff to do a project. I was able to cover 10 chairs and free bar stools and just a little over 2 hours at a cost of $83. Thats two whole new dining sets. YouTube always has good videos on how to do certain crafts projects. So thanks to YouTube and Jo-Ann Fabrics I have two new dining sets.

Some of the employees are friendly, but theres a lady there Name RACHEL she has a very rude attitude and demenior ..It would be nice that if she had to explain something, she would know how bring out what she needs to say without being so condescending in front of other customers. .Customers buying at your stores we paid their salary..I will not shop there again..Moving forward I rather travel the distant to Joann in US 19 going to Hudson. .They are friendly and the store is better stock..this store lack..Or I rather go to Hobby Lobby or Michael in Spring Hill..

Note: this is not the first bad experience at this Jo Anns that I have had. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this seems to be the norm now. There was only 2 workers there (at least that anyone saw) and we went there because of a big sale but needed a little help getting the item we wanted. When we got there, there was several shoppers however they eventually left without what they wanted because they didnt want to wait any longer for help. 1 worker once I was able to get her attention was at least somewhat pleasant but couldnt offer much in the way of info on the product I was interested in purchasing. The other worker was down right rude. We were trying to get a piece of fabric cut and she told us to come back tomorrow because the store was closing in 15 min. Really I think I could get it cut and pay for it in that time, and we wouldnt have been that close on time if we could have gotten help when we needed it instead of searching all over the store for it. I wanted 2 peices cut I finally got her to at least cut the one that was on sale and left the other - I will find it elsewhere! When I finally got her to agree to cut the one piece she was making comments like well this isnt my project and Im not making panels for you and again about how we were holding them up. We got the one price of material checked out at the register and my mom looked at her watch when we walked out it was 9:01pm. They close at 9 so yes we may have held them up for 1 minute but they held me up by about 24 min. trying to convince her to cut the material and looking for assistance on another item we purchased. If she had just cut the material without arguing about it we would have been gone well before 9pm. Needless to say I wont be back there anytime soon. Hopefully Hobby lobby and Michaels will be better.
