They airways have s great selection but never many bigger sizes

I was shopping with my niece and their window display caught our eye. We found a very cute sandal for her and the customer service was excellent!

Loved the prices and customer service here. Even of they are busy, they take the time to make sure everything is right. My gift had two left shoes in it and was caught at checkout! Thank you!!!

Went in for a pair of tennis shoes for my 4-year-old. They had plenty of selection for little girls, but almost nothing for boys. Of the three or four choices they had, we struggled to find one that would fit correctly. No one offered assistance of any kind while we were there. Overall, a disappointing trip.

Dont have half of what they show online

Came in today and got horrible service from the lady working. Completely rude mean and careless. I am much more Appreciative of my job. We are all going threw a lot right now, crazy to be this way to others!

Staff is nice and friendly. All the merchandise was well organized and neat which is hard to do in a shoe store. Decent deals on shoes, and good variety.

The store manager was amazing.. She made me and my daughter feel like we were the only customers in the store.. Thank you for such a great experience..

Greeting was there. Ask associate for help with want and she was negative right out of the gate. Then the co-worker came up and did direct me to some options that I had already seen. I ask if my want could be ordered in for a week from now and he no we are done with flip flops. So with no other helpful response I left with no other words spoke to me. Customer service has left with no signs of returning with the new generations of people.

Lora B.,the store manager, was very unprofessional for the second time in 30 days. Not only was she disrespectful, she was very obnoxious. She was also disrespectful to an employee by saying “leave MY 17 year old employee out of it, because I told her that he was more management material than the way she was acting. By the way she looked at him, the 17 year old employee, I can only imagine how she treats him when customers aren’t around. I feel sorry for Lora B. knowing that she’s unhappy with her life and she’s taking it out on the customers, which is the very people that make it possible for her to have a job. My advice to any future customers of Rack Room in Spring Hill, is to make the drive to Franklin. It’s worth the drive to be treated respectfully.

Horrible customer service. The manager named Mary that I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. As a customer that shops here often I won’t be back. Not only was she not helpful but then she told me she didn’t care about my business. 🤔 maybe you shouldn’t treat customers this way.

Purchased a Sketchers product in March and it fell apart by July. Called the store manager for assistance and she was absolutely rude. Next time, Ill purchase online from Amazon.

I felt like I was being watched while shopping and staff werent very friendly... I did take advantage of the BOGO 1/2 off sale... But, I may take them back. Not too many styles available.

Very unprofessional employees. Four of them were standing around paying no attention to their customers. The cashier stopped processing our purchase at checkout in order to watch something in the parking lot, and she was eating/chewing at the same time.
