We love our new wood floors. They were able to match our existing floors, and they installed them quickly. I wish we would have done it sooner.

We used Inspired Flooring to replace carpets in part of our house. We had an amazing experience. They worked hard, were very professional and made our house look wonderful. We had a great installer named Edgar. He went above and beyond to ensure that our carpet was installed perfectly. I highly recommend Inspired and will use them for all of our future jobs.

She was then able to zero in on the right products at the right price point. Turn around time was quick and I was impressed that she came to get the installation crew started to be sure everyone was on the same page. She also followed up with an in person inspection of the work before final billing. I will be calling Inspired again in the future when I have a project they can help with. My husband & I are currently completely remodeling a home... We came to your store several times and even made an a appt with one of your employees... That same employee came to our house with samples in hand and took measurements... She said she would get with the designer and call us back... We never heard from her again... I emailed after a month or so and confronted her about never following up... She profusely apologized and said she would get right back with me.... Again, never heard from her... My husband & I decided, based on those actions, that they werent interested in our business and didnt want the job:.. So, we moved on... Its work out best for us because weve been very happy with the other route we took... But, this company lost thousands in sales, due to lack of communication w us.... We were planning on using them for wood flooring, tile, cabinetry, etc (basically on stop shopping)... Other businesses have benefitted from our sales, due to quick responses and showing an eagerness to assist us!

We contracted Inspired Flooring & Design to redo our bathroom floor. They did such a great job! Firstly, their sales rep came to our home with samples so that we could see what the floor would look like before we committed to it.Installation was done very quickly (they did our guest bathroom, downstairs bathroom and master bathroom all in one afternoon). They did a great job with it too; it looks wonderful.There was one small mix up, and they handled it very professionally and quickly before it became an issue. They even followed up with us afterward to ensure everything went well.They are priced very competitively (we pulled quotes from 3 total suppliers) and they obviously take pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone needing flooring work done.

We had a great experience at Inspired Flooring from start to finish! The first day we went in to look at flooring options, the staff was professional, friendly and we didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all. They are very knowledgeable. When installation time came, they did a great job communicating with us and the installation was perfect and just as we envisioned. This was a very stress free experience. To note, we first went to a local competitor that’s been in business since the 90s and it was the complete opposite experience and was much more expensive. We felt prices were so reasonable at Inspired. They have my highest recommendation!

Had new vinyl flooring installed, the installers had to come back several times to finish a door threshold. We have had 2 separate issues that needed additional support, the first one the installers were a no call no show. I completed the job my self. The 2nd time they no called no showed again. They are happy to take your deposit but this company is not reliable and they do not care about the cusromer.

They did an amazing job! Super friendly staff and their team came in and removed all the carpet and installed the flooring in 1 day. Super impressed and couldnt be happier! Floors look amazing!

My wife and I had been thinking about a kitchen remodel for quite a while. Samantha offered some great suggestions. The installer wouldnt clean the grout lines out after grouting the kitchen floor tile. My wife and I had to do it. I know its been awhile since the job was done, but now the grout lines have cracked and are starting to chip out and we have one tile that is coming loose and clicks when you walk on it. We are going to have our counter tops done but we will never use this company again.

I was excited to get flooring from here but after a mistake with calculating the estimate which was higher than initially proposed to us the owner had the audacity to propose that we dock the employees pay whom made the estimate calculations to give us the first estimated price we were given. This is incredibly immoral and unethical and the owner had the gall to ask, Should it come out of my pay? Why yes it should! Why are you giving us the choice to take away one of your employees hard earned money just for some discount. A pragmatic person would have done that but I am above that. You should have made that decision behind closed doors and left us to be ignorant to the fact and you would have had a sale but now you get $0. The ink was dry on what we agreed on. Instead of pursuing this any further I have decided to look elsewhere and even if your competitors are more expensive I will gladly pay it. Please do not reply to this review as nothing will be salvaged from this ordeal.
