Let me say, I went in for Subs & Amp for my truck. Joe was an encyclopedia of knowledge he told me why this subs vs. others same with the amp. He guaranteed results when their next appointment was 3 weeks told me something about their workmanship and knowledge. I booked it the day before my appointment Joe called and told me to bring it in earlier. Next he was showing someone else door speakers. I was amazed at the range and clarity of Focal speakers so I added 4 speakers an another Amp. No pressure sales BTW. Pricing very comparable to others if not better.I met Steve a down to earth owner, I heard a system thumping away they were tuning my system. My truck came around and stopped unbelievable nothing short of a concert in my truck. No vibration from the subs, the Focal Speakers picked up the rest of the range. Oh yes meticulously clean. I had to give a big shout out to Audio-Video Creations for the amazing job they did on my Tundra. I bought the truck from a family member who had installed a high-end stereo with the help of friends. It was really nice equipment but poorly installed. Then AV Creations came to my rescue. They fixed my power issues, reinstalled everything the right way, fixed my amps, and correctly installed my door speakers, fixed my back-up camera, the USB port, and so much more. The best part was it not only works better, but it looks professionally done. I had everyone at work come out of the office to look at the job they did. These guys are well worth it. They know what they are doing and they treated me right as a person. So very impressed! I would recommend them to anyone needing audio or video for car, truck, bike, or boat.

I had a great experience with them, joe helped pick which aftermarket radio would suit my car the best and for a good cost. I brought a new to me RV and it needed a backup camera and a smart radio. Joe showed me what I needed and how it would look and work in my RV. The install was great and my first trip with the new camera was perfect!! I backed into my spot no worries!! And my phone connection with the radio seamless!! Great team!!! Now my travels are so much easier and safer!!

David guided me through the proper steps to do the job right. Sold me only the correct equipment. He didnt try to sell me anything I didnt want or need. Scam artist. Over priced on everything. Said they needed a 200 dollar deposit for equipment but the equipment was in the store. The radio on my 2001 Dodge Ram began to work horribly. David and his team quickly diagnosed that the receiver was the issue. David recommended a new Kenwood radio and I was pleasantly shocked at the reasonable price for the replacement. He had all the parts to match the wiring in my old truck in stock. WOW 🤩 What amazing group of people!!! I stopped in with my friend, just to see why my stereo wasn’t working (after 2 years lol). Please stop working on car stereo systems after 8pm. It is very frustrating when it is almost 10pm on a weeknight and there is base vibrations coming at a pulsing rate through the houses behind your place of business. It keeps the kids up and honestly is not fair to those living behind you. We hear it and feel it all day, the night time hours are unacceptable. I have called and complained, the next step will be to involve the police. They have more pressing matters to deal with but I am not sure what else to do.

If you are looking for Quality & Honesty this is the place to go!!! The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. Joe is the most honest guy you can meet. I took my Pathfinder to get the whole interior speakers done and wanted more than I needed. Joe explained I didnt need everything I was wanting and saved me money. Brought my 2017 Jeep Wrangler in for a backup camera and also to upgrade the stock speakers and add a woofer and amp. The quality of the work was great. The price was also very reasonable. I went to AVC on a whim to get a quote. I already had an appointment somewhere else for a service I didn’t need. I spoke with Joe and after checking my cars system he determined that I did not need a complete rewire. Unlike the competitor company he really looked out and saved me money and time. His honesty paid off and I’m truly a happy customer. You’ll be disappointed going anywhere else in town.

Amazing quality and pricing. They did beautiful work!

My first experience was good. They re-wired my boat system, which had been wired incorrectly by someone else. But when I lost a speaker 2 weeks later and couldn’t trace why, I took it back. I was charged for twice the speaker wire actually used...not a big deal. But heat shrink butt connectors weren’t used on the under-side of my pontoon boat....and stainless screws weren’t used on the wire clips, again on the underside of the boat. I easily rectified both issues....but it should have been completed properly to begin with. Had I not crawled under the boat and inspected the work, I wouldn’t had known until it failed again.

They are amazing!! Ive been to them for everything! New radio new bass and new under body light plus I had them do my dads radio (his car is a 1999 ford ranger, my car is 2010 genesis coupe. Old, new doesnt matter they can do it all)!! Not only do they do well with installing and suggestions of what to install they also try to sell it for you cheap if they can! Ive know Dave for over 30 years. He and his staff are awesome!!!! I purchased two brand new radios from him recently for my car and my wifes car. I also purchased other items for the vehicles as well (speakers, subs, etc.) and NEVER did they ever try to upsell me. In fact I asked to have something additional put in my truck and Dave suggested I listen to it first before purchasing the additional sub. Turned out he was right and the system sounds amazing without it! Both vehicles sound and look FANTASTIC. Had a double din with a reverse cam installed in my work truck love it there was a problem with the reverse cam going off when I turned the lights on came back made an appointment they took care of it the owner then looked at the cam and didn’t like put a new one on took time to do job right and double checked their own work.
