I ordered through the phone because the store I wanted to buy from was not an option I went to the store to pick up my order and the doors were locked and no one would answer the phone I called the main number and they could not find my order and I still have not gotten my money back this company has no email to contact and won’t get back to me or send me my money. I am extremely disappointed it’s been almost a month and nothing.

I ordered fruit and flowers for my mother’s birthday. Paid extra for same day delivery. A couple hours after I placed the order, I tracked it and it says “Out for Delivery.” It was never delivered. I call the next day and ask what happened. They said their truck broke down. Also said they called me but I never got a call. Anyways, they say they’re gonna deliver it today. I ask around what time because my parents are going out for dinner for mom’s birthday. They say it should be delivered a little after 2. 4 o’clock rolls around, still no delivery. My parents are leaving for dinner. I call and tell them to cancel and then all of a sudden they can skip all the other deliveries and head straight to my parents house. Too late. Should’ve accommodated me earlier considering my order was supposed to be delivered yesterday! No apologies, nothing. I’ll never order from them again.

My son ordered Edibles for my birthday; it was delivered promptly; the fruit was just delicious.

The driver did everything I asked in my note for delivery. I was nervous to order with being all the way in alaska and this store made my mother very happy. She said everything came cold and tasted great.

Do not order from these people! I ordered an arrangement Friday morning at 9 am expecting it to be delivered sometime before edible arrangements closes (at 5pm) for my boss for her birthday. Well around 4 pm, still nothing was delivered no calls or emails so I contact the store, the lady told me that somehow the number I gave her was blocked and they didn’t know what time the office that I was having it delivered to closed.. so instead of emailing me (since apparently my phone number was blocked) or looking up when the office closes (business name & address was provided) they just decided to keep my money and not deliver the arrangement AND MAKE NO FURTHER EFFORT TO CONTACT ME. Mind you, the edible arrangement store is literally 5 minutes from the place of delivery. The lady that answered my call couldn’t have been any more ruder and basically told me there was nothing they could do. To make matters worse, I still have the charge pending in my account after 4 days!!! They will take your money in a hurry but have no urgency to get your arrangement to the right place nor do they care about the happiness or satisfaction of their clients. I will never order from them again. SO DISAPPOINTED

Worst service ever! Worst attitude by customer service ever! Never again! No delivery, just excuses & lies - no one home, voice mail full, tag left on door - not one of these things were true. You dont call the purchaser & I dont see your email until the evening, so I leave a message & no one bothers to call me in the morning! Then you cant redeliver after a certain time when someone will be home? Then, you argue with me on the phone, then I say just cancel & you say you have to ask your manager? Why didnt you put manager on phone like I asked? How stupid is that exactly?

Wow, first time ordering here and it wont be the last! The woman who took my order was so very helpful and friendly. The order will be delivered tomorrow, so I cant comment on the product itself, but the completed orders in the case sure looked delicious. Very happy with everything!

I placed an order online to be delivered as a Christmas gift to my grandma. She can not have chocolate and I made sure to put in the delivery instructions part of my order NO chocolate on any of the fruit (I ordered a cheesecake arrangement). I also didnt get a notice of when they delivered it due to their online system saying order was still being processed. I called them after hours and left a voicemail and no return phone call from them the next day. I called the next day to try and talk to someone but no one picked up and was on hold for far too long. Luckily my grandma did receive her gift but she said there was chocolate on some of her food! I was very disappointed by that. I love ordering arrangements from edible arrangements and havent had a bad experience until now. So annoying!

Me and my son had a sudden craving for edible arrangements. When we went to the store it unfortunately was limited and online orders.Owner/manager went beyond the call of duty and accommodated us . We had a smoothie and chocolate covered strawberries. Delicious. Way better smoothies the the stores that specialize in them. We love this place .

Robin at the Spring Hill, FL location was so kind and provided excellent customer service. First time visiting the store in person and she made my first experience a great one! Thank you again, Robin!

I received some chocolate covered strawberries for Mothers day from one of my sons (I requested chocolate covered strawberries when he asked what I would like for Mothers Day ) and was disappointed by the taste of them. I sent an inquiry about this and spoke with the owner of this store and received an extremely nice response and she sent me another order since the first was less than perfect. The replacement order was absolutely fabulous. Just perfect. Excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to order (or request some of their products for a holiday as I did for Mothers Day) I am very pleased with the response of this shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Worst store of them all. Tried to order a sympathy platter. Told after I order 4 hours later that they cant deliver the day I wanted because they have no platters.(You didnt know that when I ordered)?Then im told it cant be delivered that day even though I ordered 1st thing in morning.So I cancel..Guess who still got charged $70?Yup..me.I ask for my refund. 5 days later, still hasnt been processed.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!Go to Homosassa store if in this area. Youre gonna be glad you did.. this is now twice these people screwed up.

Received arrangement almost to beautiful to eat and the fruit was delicious several days beyond delivery. Daughter ordered from Japan was happy and was delighted .

Horrible. The only reason it gets 1 star, is because you have to give one to comment.A friend ordered edible arrangements for my mothers birthday (today) to be delivered at my home yesterday, they left a hanger on our fence (no honk, or knock). With their store number and flyer saying please call. We called yesterday twice left on hold for half hour each time by an automated system which continually says your call will be answered in the order it was received, calls never answered. Called again today, am still on hold via automated system, over 50 mins as I sit writing this review. I have also video taped this call! Knowing spring hill well, we all know they dont have so much business they cannot answer their phone 2 days and multiple calls in a row. Seems like their shtick is to leave people on hold until they give up and drive into the store to pick up arrangement. Problem with that is for those of us who are disabled or the eldery its not that simple. Moreover this franchise offers delivery which is included in the purchase of the arrangement.So for the friend who ordered this arrangement for my moms birthday today she/we have not received it. I hope you get your money back in FULL as it has not been delivered and ALL attempts to contact this location have failed and I suspect that since this franchise closes at 1pm, I expect that they will continue to ignore the phone lines until they close for the day leaving deliveries undone. I will absolutely be contacting edible arrangements corporate offices franchise division to inform them of the total lack of any kind of customer service from their spring hill franchise owners. I will also not be recommending this store or this brand due to the complete lack of service. Horrible and a total time waster. Buyer beware!!

Closed early with no notice? I Drove all the way here and arrived by 4:30 pm and its closed. NO note on the door. The internet and the door sign says open till 5pm.
