Cool little cigar shop. I stopped here in spite of some of the less than favorable reviews since I like to try things for myself and form my own opinions. I thought the selection was decent for the size of the shop. I like the cool vintage gas station vibe. However, the guy minding the store was, shall we say, less than friendly. Actually, he wasnt helpful at all; he obviously was just there to take my $$. But thats fine, I dont let other people get to me. Ill probably go back, but the indifferent attitude is what earned the 4 star rating instead of 5. Its always kind of puzzled me why people who dont seem to enjoy being around other people choose to work in a retail environment.

Great place. Super section of cigars in all price ranges. The owner, Chuck, knows his business. Ask for a recco. You wont be disappointed!

The people in there are always friendly and very helpful. They have a great selection of cigars and Delta 8 and CBD products! They even carry Burning Acre vape cartridges which are my favorite! 10/10 would recommend the cigar station!

Popped in for a quick cigar while visiting family in Spring Hill. Chuck was very inviting & knowledgeable of his selection — we found something in just a few minutes. One of My Father’s Cigars: it was incredible.We watched NHL & NFL for just an hour before close, but it wasn’t just the knowledge and hospitality that did it for me — it was Chuck’s attitude & passion about his selection of Cigars & CBD.Honestly, Chuck is one of the kindest people that I’ve met on my visit here, and I can’t wait to continue supporting him even from afar. If you’re in town, please visit & support the Cigar Station. It’ll be well worth it.

Awesome place to hang. Beer, cigars, even vape products... how can you go wrong?? The owner Chuck is a super cool guy and he carries a little bit of everything. Super cheap vape juice as well. Support your local brick and mortar and come hang out!!! Nothin better than a beer and a smoke. A+++

Went in to look at CBD Oils for my daughter and let me say this, if you cant stand smoke, DO Not go in...IT TOOK MY BREATHING LEVEL away. If in fact you sell other items than Cigars, fresh clean air would be nice, just saying.

My first impression of this store left me almost breathless & reeking from the combo of smokes! Their inventory also smells! The owner could use some instruction on customer etiquette.....I will not return!!!!!!

My first visit here and I was pretty excited to pick up some new cigars to add to my collection at home but what a disappointment. Customer service is terrible and overall, I did not feel welcomed. Cigar selection was mediocre at best. Maybe the owner/clerk was having a bad day. Regardless I wont return.

I really enjoy this place. Im new to the area and was looking for a nice, relaxed place to have a good craft beer. I enjoy a good cigar every once in a while, but not often. But, this place looked overall nice, so I went in and tried it out. Rick was very nice. I got my beer and enjoyed it. Then, decided to try a cigar and he helped pick out a good one.I really enjoy the atmosphere of this place.

Both times Ive been in the customer service was not good at all. Felt like it was an inconvenience to ask questions. The venue is nice and seems like it would be comfortable but if you are new to cigars, the atmosphere and staff/patrons did not feel very welcoming. Hopefully I just caught them on bad days but I would be very hesitant to go back. Its definitely more of a cigar club that the owner opened so he could hang out with his buddies than an actual store that caters to everyone. Just my opinion.....take it for what its worth.

I like the concept but the humidor is mediocre. Cigars a quite dry. It’s a relaxing place but the customer service definitely has a lot of room for improvement. I definitely felt like an inconvenience trying to spend my dollars there. Lastly with all the sitting around that the owner does, puffing on his cigar, you would think he would put some effort and clean the place up a bit. It’s messy and yucky. Go see for yourself.

Dropped in the other day to just check it out. I walked and immediately felt like I inconvenienced the gentleman watching television with the other guys. Well since I was there I figured I would buy some pipe tobacco and also ended up finding a basket pipe that I liked and went to purchase. The gentleman working wanted to know where I got the pipe so I pointed and told him. He then implied that I was trying to buy a more expensive pipe at a cheaper cost which I certainly was not. Maybe it was a simple miscommunication and will hope for a better experience next time I take a notion to go in.

This is a quaint little cigar lounge with indoor seating and a covered enclosed outdoor seating area that does get Breezy and chilly weather but he also has a heating element out there and TVs its meant to be an extension of the inside and its also a larger than the inside you would definitely want to dress a little warmer to sit out there doing the code or periods the prices are fair and the selection is fair for such a small lounge

This may be the rudest business owner I have ever dealt with. I own a business and guess my money is not good in here. I asked for some pipe tobacco and the jerk wouldn’t even get off the couch to help me. Very condescending individual. Complete waste of time! They want stay in business with that kind of attitude. There are too many good tobacco shops in Brentwood and Franklin to waste your time with this hillbilly. Left this idiot and went to Franklin cigar... nice friendly staff and reasonable prices.

My first time here and met some nice people. The owner was very helpful. It was a little busy, so I sat on the porch and watched some MMA while enjoying a good cigar. I dont mind the prices because I like patronizing brick & mortar stores.

Dont even think of going in here unless you consider yourself one of the good ole boys. I walked in with another female.we walked in and stayed long enough to catch the daggers all the men were throwing and then walked out. We were not welcomed to stay.it was obvious.

Owner is ego maniac. He took it personal and wanted argue when I asked to return an unopened product. Even mentioned that I hadnt been there in a while and asked if I was buying at other places. Well how do ya think I found your place? I dont live in the area of Cigar Station and I travel a lot, so Im always trying new places. He wouldnt let me return the unopened product with receipt, unless I bought something else! If you are not a smoker, you will gag when ya walk in the door from all the cigar smoke and walk out smelling like one. Oh and he believes he is an expert on all things vaping and CBD. I dont usually post reviews but this guy earned it. I get better product at better prices at a lot of other places. I will not go back to this smoke shack.

Maybe its just me (Or the color if my skin) but Chuck was not welcoming to my 2 friends (who were white) and I (whom is black). Had to pretty much sell myself on his cigars.

I was expecting people to be smoking cigars which was fine. But it smelled like cigarettes which is horrible
