Amazing little place I always had to drive to new Tampa not no more

From the outside we weren’t sure what to expect but it’s a cool concept. When you walk in there is an ice cream counter to your far left, coffee counter sort of in the middle and a smoke shop counter on the right. The coffee was good and the woman who made our order was helpful and friendly. They even had some non-dairy options for my friends. There are some picnic tables inside to sit at and some arcade games too.

CNR is the ONLY vape store you need. They have everything that you could possibly need. Customer service is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. If you are looking for an excellent,clean vape store without pushy salespeople, THIS IS THE STORE!!!

Set me up with a full kit and juices . Good selection. Good prices. Very clean neat and organized store. Very friendly and helpful with all my questions. My wife got a delicious milk shake while I shopped as well!

We stopped there a couple of weeks ago because I had heard about the hand rolled ice cream. It did not disappoint. It was delicious! Lexa was awesome and made it a very fun experience!!

The stratus (strawberry and cream) frappe... not only delicious but super refreshing! Made with 3 types of strawberry syrup, you can choose to add whip cream and sprinkles (of course I did!). There is a lot to choose from between chocolate, caramel, Oreo, butterscotch... to a variety of coffees and smoothies! Sometimes there is a longer than expected wait time, but perfection takes patience! Pricing is on point,The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable and it is always spotless inside! Cute little restaurant/cafe, friendly staff, however, the food wasn’t the greatest and the boba tea was a disaster. I would refrain from ordering the boba tea at all, that’s not how it’s made whatsoever. It came out like an iced tea with pearls rather than boba tea itself.

The hand-rolled ice cream and coffee is awesome. Totally warranting a return. on the other hand, the boba tea was awful. The boba balls were flat and the tea itself was not strong. If you go here I suggest getting something other than the boba. Another perk is that they have free arcade machines. I will totally practice my pac-man game play here.

Saw it one night and already knew I was going in the next day. Not even close to disappointed, great service, drinks, and establishment. Definitely going back for dessert!

My daughter and I were finally able to try this place out today. The owner and I created a specialty frappe together. It was salted carmel flavored, with crunched up pretzels in it, snicker pieces, whip cream and a cherry on top!! It was amazing, definitely recommend this place. So if your in the area you should stop by and have them create something magical for you too!!😁❤☕

This was, by far, one of my new all time favorite places. The coffee was amazing, they rolled the ice cream up like a magazine, and there are pipes and classic arcade games. Going back in the morning!!!

I came in today to purchase some juice from the CNR Vapors side of the store. Haven’t been in since theyve opened the Cafe, I stopped vaping for a bit. Figured I’d give it a shot. Pictures online looked mind blowing so it’s been something I’ve been wanting to try for awhile. I tried a caramel frappe and it tasted just as good as the pictures portrayed it to be . Definitely gonna be swinging in more to start tasting the other creations I see them post on Facebook. Prices of drinks were surprisingly valued well. Kinda expected it to be high because once again pictures online look way too good to be cheap. Both businesses looked great! Everything was extremely clean and professional. I’m glad to be back and seeing this family owned business still striving for greatness just as much as it was when it first open up years ago. Keep up the hard work! P.S Louis is the best ever! Cherish that man with everything you have lol (tiddlywinks give me the drinks)

Melissa’s root beer frappe is a masterpiece and she’s the sweetest barista I’ve ever met! I’m so happy the Cafe is up!

First day trying the cafe and I’m completely impressed! The root beer float frapp is exactly like the root beer float without the ice cream getting stuck in the straw. Dealing with pain in my back, knee, and right side of my chest, I was recommended to try the Kratom tea. I can honestly say that I’m not feeling pain and this is the most relaxed that I’ve felt for a few years and I also feel more uplifted. Also cheaper than Starbucks and Dunkin!
