I took two packages in, the large package was going 2-day express and the smaller package was going 1-day express. They said they would take care of it for me, but somehow they switched the tags that I filled out after I left and shipped the large package 1-day! The other package is the one I needed ASAP to meet me back at home. Completely disappointed with this experience. Ill go elsewhere next time.

They Lost my PreLabeled Return package. Because I didn’t get a receipt at drop off and it was never checked in by the FedEx driver, I’m not eligible for a FedEx claim. I’m out $72. They started off helpful and I provided the information they requested. Now, they are ignoring my emails and not returning my calls.As I previously stated, via phone and email, I have completed, and been denied by FedEx claim department due to lack of proof of drop off. The only proof I have requested is video surveillance footage from the day and time of drop off (provided, with my photo id).Your store assumes (and is paid to) take responsibility for customer’s packages until they are picked up by, and scanned in by, FedEx, in this case SFF&T Transport FedEx Ground.

It Sure Was A Pleasure To Walk Into This Business And Meet A Gentleman By The Name Of David. At The Time I Didn’t Know He Was The Owner. I Struggle With Some Handicapped Issues And He Was So Helpful. I am disappointed. I went here to ship some bbq sauce. I asked the employee for my best and cheapest option. My total avg. was about $16 per unit to ship. Upon doing some of my own due diligence, Ive found USPS flat rate shipping to be the best option. I could have cut my shipping cost by half. The employee never made mention or suggested anything, He stated that times are tough and shipping is high. He even whispered my total to me as there were other customers in the store ( Probably embarrassed..I paid almost $170 to ship 9 bottles of sauce ). I find this to be very dishonest and would not recommend doing business with such people. I also could have signed up for a business account and saved 50% too. I went in looking for knowledge and got scammed. Shame. Be cautions of the man with the man bun.

They usually close at 6, but the owner stayed a extra half hour until I got there. So I could send out my nieces birthday present. Best customer service around. Wish more businesses cared about their customers. Giving this place a 10 star all day

I do all my shipping from here. They are ALWAYS very helpful! I often leave thinking that was very inexpensive. On one occasion I even said thats all it cost?! I send packages to many other states & overseas. This is the best place I have ver used. I read other negative reviews, and well I guess everyone is entitled to have a bad day. I am speaking as acustomer that uses their services all the time. Take my word for it they are wonderful!

I don’t know if this business is under new management or the employee was just trying to make a couple of bucks. I been there before to drop off a prepaid ups package with no problem. This time the guy behind the counter wanted to charge me $2 to drop it off... I told him never mind, I’ll go somewhere else.

Free return to Amazon are not free here,they charge you a two dollars drop off fee. I don’t understand why they charge a fee at all when it’s supposed to be a free return and it only took me a minute to drop it off. I will not be going to this location again. I think that is a rip-off.

I am always amazed by their service. I called today and had a question about certified mail, something I have never personally done myself. The gentleman who answered the phone answered my question and was able to provide information about the costs. I went there and he remembered that I had called. A sign of great customer service! He is pleasant and friendly and truly knows his stuff! He is personable and will make conversation with you. My family has gone here for years and we will avoid going to the post office to go here instead. Fantastic service!!!!

For some reason you HAVE to choose a least a one I actually choose negative 5 starsMy husband and I spent $37.90 to have a package, a blanket, delivered to my 11 year old Granddaughter on a specified date. For her birthdayGUESS WHO DID NOT GET THEIR PACKAGEThe store stinks so bad of cigarette smoke. Yes, her blanket stinks...If you expect your package to be delivered on a specific date do not go here. He will blatantly lie right to your face and smile while doing it.

Shipped a very expensive camera to my daughter and was very worried about it. The staff made sure the camera was packaged and cared for properly and it arrived at it’s destination exactly how it left here in perfect condition. I will always use them for my shipping needs.

Great service, they really know what theyre doing when it comes to packaging your goods. He went the extra mile and made sure the antiques I was shipping made it to where they needed to go in one piece. Reasonable pricing too.
