Buyer beware. Home Depot they deserve negative stars! The first pic is what my kitchen floor looked like before I purchased a countertop from Home Depot. The remaining pics show the damage caused by the installers and Home Depot. I paid $250 for a plumber to be at my home during the countertop installation and Home Depot never scheduled the plumber. The countertop company disconnected the water and caused water damage in my kitchen because they didn’t shut the water off all the way. Home Depot is refusing to fix the damage and they are also refusing to reimburse the money I paid for the plumber they never sent. Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase anything from this company!!! I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs for years and this is the way they treat their loyal customers!🤬

What I like about Home Depot. The other day I was building a platform for a deck to put a gazebo on it. I buy all of my materials here, because of the high quality of wood. You may not know this, but the better quality of wood that you use the stronger and longer it will be around for the long haul. I just left Spring Hill Home Depot and was treated like a Thief! I spend a lot of money there I own a Construction Business I will never spend another dime at any Home Depot! To the employee Mike R you need to learn how to treat people who are shopping and spending money learn some respect to little man!

It was a good visit. The staff were friendly and helpful.Went there to pick up some lumber and shingles for a repair project at home.The only complaint I had was they had too many of the big carts sitting indoors in the aisles of the lumber area. I understand having some in there early morning, but they literally had all but maybe 2 carts inside the store at once when it was perfectly sunny and dry outside. There was a couple of times you couldnt even get down a needed aisle because of too many carts inside and I had to back all the way out of the aisle to let someone else by to get to the cashiers.Other than that it was a good experience though.

Love this place. My second home pretty much. Environment is super clean and employees are very helpful. It’s candy land for adults.

They had everything I needed and was in and out in a surprisingly fast amount of time

I purchased a set of Milwaukee batteries and had one dead on arrival. I came back to replace them, and got in line at the illuminated returns desk that had nobody there and had my wife pick up a replacement set. I waited about five minutes and one of the customer service desk ladies asked me to come around the desk to her area. As I started to move over another customer jumped in front before I could get there and she took care of them instead. I ended waiting another 20 min. She apologized for my wait that she created and I decided I was just going to return the item instead of exchanging it because of the horrible service and attitude. The lady then looks at my wife’s cart and hissed at me “well, I’ll need that too!” I said I was planning on trading it until this encounter and gave her the battery set. This is not the first time at this store we have had beyond horrible service. We made a large multiple appliance purchase a couple months ago that was beyond horrible to include receiving a defective unit and the horrible service we got dealing with that, which was a it’s not our problem you got to deal with the manufacturer. Lowe’s ain’t much better but I refuse to buy anything from Home Depot unless it’s pure desperation. I’ll let my money do the talking.

I went to Lowes and home Depot today. At least for today I would say that home depots employees were much more helpful than the lows employees. However home Depot was out of stock on the battery powered zero turn mowers I wanted to see. Thats rather disappointing!

Online order was a breeze and pickup of item at counter equally good. However the pick up and loading of heavier item in my order was a joke. Waited forever and had to ask twice if someone was coming to load my purchase. When young boy finally showed up, he could not find the product, and then shuffled around not wanting to load. I finally stepped in and helped otherwise would have taken an hour for 10 blocks. He also did not check for quality as I had to pull two that he loaded due to partial breakage.Did not have a clue as to what to do...

The selection of organic gardening supplements here is fantastic! Also, Kendall at the checkout area (I think she was at register 1) is the SWEETEST ever! She made my day! I told her that Im going to come to this Home Depot whenever Im having a bad day. She was so bubbly and wonderful. I hope she sees this note. She made me smile so much.

Good store. I prefer Home Depot over other stores. But the customer service at this particular store is always a lacking. They either aren’t there to help, or they seem frustrated when helping you.

I went shopping for large plants to put on my patio. They had a good selection of healthy plants. I purchased 2 Hydrangeas and planted them the same day. They have really grown and are so beautiful.

Great place great service and great tools and prices.I come here a lot and get great values and deals at certain times of the year.

While I find that some process might be slightly lower at Lowes... I still opt for Home Depot because I can ALWAYS find someone to help me.The young guy in the paint dept is fast and smiling.The guy in Lumber is super helpful and even the older man from electric supplies knows where everything is and has spent many hours with us when we had to rewire our entire home.Ive found that their appliance sales are almost always the same price regardless of the holiday and keep in mind HD doesnt keep appliance inventory, theyre simply a facilitator so ordering and delivery times can take weeks or months.

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot. The aisle are wide, well lit, and usually I can find what I need wiggly.

Staff in store was helpful, lady monitoring the self check out was rude. When another customer had a problem she rolled her eyes at the lady. The in store staff were polite and eager to assist.

Picked up a large custom lumber order. It was quick and the staff was very helpful. I think things are getting back to normal.

I was obviously having a hard time finding materials and not one staff member asked me if I needed help. Staff member at register, was rude, curt, and impatient with me. Im a senior citizen, wearing an arm sling due to recent surgery, and didnt understand the Home Depot Credit Card protocol. Aside to this, the warehouse looks dirty and messy. Sorry, I used to love shopping at Home Depot.

If I could give Spring Hill Home Depot location a NEGATIVE 10 I would.February 2021 had MY RECEIPT for an unopened cordless drill I purchased 5 days earlier. Could not return sooner because of the ice & snow storm that impacted the Metro Nashville TN area.For 60 minutes I was hassled by the clerk and Home Depot manager about giving me store credit so I could purchase a more powerful cordless drill.The store manager blamed the hassle on their return system rejecting my return. I asked how can THEIR computer reject my return when I have a receipt from THEIR Spring Hill store 5 days earlier? His reply was I would have to call an 800 number during normal business hours to inquire.I explained over the 60 minutes I was in the store I wasnt wanting a refund that I just wanted a store credit so I could purchase a more powerful cordless drill. The manager had their in-store tool department guy look for the cordleds drill I wanted and though they showed 4 units in their store inventory the tool guy could not locate any.That is when the next hassle began. Now the manager had process my purchase as a return. Another 20+ minutes passed before I finally received a Home Depot store credit so I could go to another Home Depot to get the cordless drill.Arrived at the next Metro Nashville Home Depot location and demanded to meet with that store manager before I purchased anything. I explained the problems I encountered at Spring Hill, TN store. That manager apologized for how I was treated and stated he/she has heard of this treatment before with the Spring Hill TN store.The 2nd Home Depot manager was super nice, helpful, and friendly, even after arriving home I had to call that manager back to tell him/her the cordless drill kit was missing the battery charger. Had to return to that location for yet another exchange. That exchange took less than 5 minutes and was hassled free because I had my receipt.Over the past few years I have spent thousands of dollars with Home Depot between my two houses in two different states.I am hoping Home Depot Corporate management will see this post and take corrective action against the Spring Hill, TN store manager!!!

It was great until I go up to the check out. The woman at the register was rude and not helpful whatsoever. I had been approved for a home depot card and due to their error, was unable to use it or be given a reason why. I was talked rudely to when I questioned and asked to have a manager explain the situation. I ended up purchasing my items, but will go to a different store in the future as the one in Spring Hill, TN is horrible.

I placed an online order that got routed to this store. The driver admitted that the person loading the deliver knew she was putting the wrong product on the truck and sent it anyway. Called the store and they cant get the replacement boards out the same day. Mistakes happen, but knowingly sending the wrong product is inexcusable.

Super helpful staff who were readily available and easy to find. All employees were properly wearing their face masks. The store is well organized and clean. Restrooms are maintained and clean. Curbside pickup is easy and prompt. One of the best Home Depots that I have used.

Horrible experience with an in store order. They notified us the order arrived and when we got to the store they couldnt find the order. 2 days and 4 hours of our time was spent in the store while they tried to correct the problem. Left empty handed as we wait on the reorder.

I found what I needed and it was less expensive than I expected

Everytime i go in some rep for water quality or air conditioners assists me and then wants to survey me and sign me up for services i dont want or need. Its aggravating.

Initially I rated this store a 1 star but after months of projects and using this store I’ve come to change my review. They have improved store pickup orders and some staff become more helpful.

Home Depot was another event that we did inventory for they are practicing social distancing guidelines and masks are required. The store was neatly organized and the inventory went well.

Horrible service! The cashier was so rude! Not to mention when my husband went to find someone to move inventory that was in our way of a storm door we wanted, needless to say you could tell he did not want to be there!!!!😒 and didnt make sure thats all we needed he moved it and went on about his life. 🙄

BAD HYGEINE... I utilized the bathroom while shopping today. While I was in there washing my hands (prior to using the bathroom, not to spread germs anywhere with the corona going on)an employee finished using the bathroom and walks right past me saying “no smoking allowed” and walks off. TWO THINGS...1) I don’t smoke 2) he didn’t wash his hands. On another note the toilets were all taken up. All 4 of them for over 20 minutes.

I bought a 5 year total protection plan 3 years ago on an expensive LG fridge. Basically my compressor has gone out as of today for the third time, Ive lost my food for the third time and when Ive called Asurion Ive consistently been told they have no record of my protection plan even though I have the receipt with the clear purchase. Today I went into the store and Lori in appliances was super helpful. She called on my behalf and I finally have a claim number at this point. All of the people in the customer services area were compassionate and helpful after Ive received the run around multiple times. Lori went above and beyond to help me - hopefully I get somewhere this time.

Found exactly what I was looking for. Also found help when I needed it. Actually, the help came to me. I dont normally prefer going to Home Depot as a whole. Just bad experiences in the past with service and product availability. But that was in another state. I recently moved here. I seem to have more issues with the other big box store around these parts, so I tried Home Depot today. Very pleasant experience.

We absolutely love this store. We have remodeled our entire house. The employees are great and super helpful. Darlene, hunter, Lisa...... all are great! We we come in they know us and ask us what we are working on this time :). Employees are super knowledgeable. Mike in cabinets helped us with a beautiful new kitchen layout. Even if we have a problem with an order or item they are quick to return or exchange it without incident.

This must be the nicest home Depot in the country. Im a driver, and found myself rather trapped in this part of Tennessee for a week over Christmas with no load. So I asked the manager if itd be ok if I parked in their parking lot. I was welcomed warmly by him and the staff, who got to know me after countless runs into the store for things. I wanted to put a wooden floor down in my vehicle and they allowed me to just borrow a drill instead of buy one for a few screws I needed put in place.Greatest, most attentive staff ever!!!! Thank you, spring Hill home Depot. You rock ♥️

I always shopped Home Depot over Lowes in IL and the same here. They have better selection of items, and while some things are more expensive I just like them better. They also seem to have more people to help you on the floor vs Lowes. It is a clean store and they have a great selection of plants at good prices.

Weve made this our main location even though it isnt the closest to our home. People like PETE and others are helpful, friendly, smart and they follow through with their expertise. Will continue to come here consistently. This Home Depot staff goes above and beyond.

Their curbside order delivery was very good, I waited 15 minutes then a someone came out and said it would be a few minutes. Then about 20 minutes later I was loaded and on my way.

My husband and I were building a dining room table and John in the lumber yard was more than helpful. He cut our wood for us, offered suggestions and did it all with a smile and great customer service! Everyone we came into contact with at this location seemed happy to be at work and was friendly. We appreciate this type of atmosphere when shopping here! Thank you!

Curbside Pickup is a joke. Is it truly curbside after four calls and two hangup from home depot side. Is it truly curbside when you have to walk in the store to get someones someones attention? 4 four phone calls and 33min later still sitting and waiting. SECOND TIME TO USE HOME DEPOT CURBSIDE PICKUP.

Lots of inventory. Basic tools- good inventory. Avoid the cabinetry for bathrooms and kitchens - poor quality construction and not worth the price.
