Weve been calling and calling. My uncle came down last month he rented this equipment. They have yet to come pick it up. I only wonder if he was still here would they brought refills on his tanks if he had of run out. I really dont want to help responsible for this stuff and seems like this business has a bad rap for not returning phone calls. Next step is filling a complaint through the BBB.

They don’t call u back, yesterday the answering service acted like she was one of the employees gave me all this info that wasn’t true. She said she called the delivery driver and he would call me and let me know when he would be here. Still know oxygen no phone call, so I gave them a few hours to be open this morning and called them. After talking to a real employee I was told I have to go to there store and pick up the tanks if I want it today. Not good

Never delivers as promised. Always says they never got the order because it went through the call center. Dr ordered a portable oxygen and for 2 years they told me I don’t use enough oxygen for it but I use 24 hours per day. They want me to load up the portable tanks to carry everywhere which I can not do. I wish there was another service we could use that had some common sense. So tired of this company. I called them needing nebulizer equipment and tubes for my oxygen machine. 10 days pass I had nothing. They told me it was because again went to the call center. So nobody ever ordered it, and I was left starting back at the beginning trying to get the stuff out to my house. Unbelievable this company and employees and hires.

Have been trying to get answer about portable tanks since October. Still haven’t gotten anywhere with them. They tell you that some one will call you back and they never do. Everytime I call them I get a run around

This place has never heard of the word customer service. Trying to get oxygen refills delivered and the only time frame they can give me is between 11 and 4. Even waiting a week; still no good. They dont try to work with people or understand their problems. I am going to try to change companies and would recommend anyone thinking of using them use someone else. You have to give the company at least one star to be able to post, but in actuality I would give them about minus five stars.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I have been trying to get a CPAP mask for a month. Everytime I talk to them they tell me they need something else from the Dr. I get it, fax it to them and they dont confirm receipt. When I call to follow up, they tell me I need something else. SO I get that and send it in. Again they dont confirm receipt. When I call they tell me I need something else. WORST COMPANY. GO ELSEWHERE

Same experience as other posters. Ive made 3 calls, but they cant get my insurance right. I was promised a call 10 days ago, but it never happened. Worse part was second call: after providing all insurance info on first call, their rep looked up my records and said; youre with Acme Ins, or some other name I had never heard of.

The service with this location is horrid. Ive been waiting almost a month for my C pap machine. My order was sitting there in limbo for 3 weeks for my machine and it never got processed until i called. Then they tell me that their c pap rep is on vacation for a week and wont be able to come out. My machine is ready to go out soon as this person comes back to the office. I guess they dont have multiple reps to share the workload and leave it all on one persons shoulders.

We have been waiting for 13 days to get a nomask for our CPAP machine they said they did not carry the No mask call the corporate office and they said yes they did Friday of last week they told me they were shipping it out call today they have no shipment going out for us they are the worst people to deal with we are going to buy our masks on our own I am so sorry that we cannot stay with a company that we were with I think this company needs t

Use any oxygen provider other than this one. If you have other than “Original Medicare” insurance be careful if they ask you to sign a ABN form. Would never use them again.
