If I could give 10 stars I would. We ordered from Big Top Bouncers and they last minute canceled on us, So we were frantically searching for DAY OF rentals, not only was the customer service amazing, they delivered about an hour after the call. Would use again in a heart beat! The slide made the party and we are so grateful for the last minute save. Thanks again for everything

We ordered one of the biggest, and newest, double water slide obstical blow up. This thing was awesome!! Everyone has an amazing time!! They arrived with plenty of time to set up prior to the party starting. Joanne, the owner, is amazing to work with!! So sweet and willing to help in any way she can!! We also ordered a smaller bounce house with water slide and pool (kind of for the smaller kids do they didnt get tossed all around on the obstical course blow up). This was perfect Mrs. Joanne even through in a huge dinosaur themed (as the birthday party was dinosaur themed) banner to put across the top of the bounce house!! These water slide blow ups made the party and receive had an amazing time!! Could not be happier with the products and results overall!! Great service, very informative, and prices were great as well!! Would highly recommend if looking for inflatables/blow ups!! These guys have it ALL!! will absolutely be renting from them again!!

We rented the grand slam challenge game (which was so much cooler than I thought it would be!) two weeks before our party. The morning of the party we decided last minute to get a bounce house. When we called them (30 minutes before expected delivery time) to see if they could add the bounce house, the owner arranged for her guys to go back to the shop, grab us one, and make sure to deliver and set up all before our party strated, without hesitation! The kids were so excited! I could not have asked for more.

Great Customer Service!!Called them the day of because IJump Citrus was a complete no show the day of the party and awful customer service skills I was so panicked because my daughter was looking forward to her bday party with water slide. I called inflatable party express and they went above and beyond trying to accommodate us!! They had a full booked day and still squeezed us in because they felt bad what happened to us!!I highly recommend using them!! The drivers that dropped off and picked up slide were so professional and nice too. They truly saved the day!!

We rented from them for an event on May 30th, 2020 which was my daughters gender reveal party. We got the tent package 20X20 which was absolutely great. 5 banquet tables, 40 chairs, and 1 20X20 tent. I called with concerns about the tent fitting in my yard and the guys made it work. I definitely recommend 1 fan and a string of lights everyone fell in love with the setup. It was great to have the fan and its worth it. At the last minuet I needed 1 extra table so I went to Wal-Mart there were no more I called the company and an amazing voice picked up JOANN. I told her my situation and she told she had a table for me Joann saved the day! We will be booking again for September for her baby shower. Amazing staff, honest, fast, and reliable.

I had called around to several different places and after being told the other company wanted to pick up the bounce house before dark, Inflatable Party Express told me they had an overnight option and it was well within my budget! I also rented tables and chairs from them. The men who dropped the bounce house off Saturday morning were so nice and professional and they came and picked everything up the following morning. I rented a slide from another company a month prior to my party. To make the long story short, less than two hours prior to the party start time I was in a panic needing a slide! This company came through BIG time for me! The sweet lady on the phone was amazing and more than helpful!! I felt like she was in the panic with me! I had 15 ten year olds coming and NO slide! Almost $300 and came and got it by 6 pm in the middle of my kids bday party. So overpriced, no one answered our phone calls when he had technical issues and manager was so rude when we finally got ahold of them (when they came to pick it up) would never give them my money again.

DO NOT RENT FROM INFLATABLE PARTY EXPRESS.I rented a cotton candy machine and there were huge live ants in it. I was unable to use ANY OF THE STUFF and I paid $100 for it. They said they would issue a refund and I called and she said she wouldn’t and that the ants were MY FAULT even though I clearly used not even a cone.They couldn’t even call me to say they wouldn’t issue. I have tried calling AND stopping in and they wouldn’t answer my calls and were coincidentally closed when I stopped by. Finally get through almost a week and a half later and she says they’re MY fault.

Showed up early for set up which was great since kids were showing up early for the party. Quick and efficient with no issues or hassle. Will definitely use again.

They were AMAZING! My niece loved her combo bounce house. It got dropped off at 9am and she didnt get off of it until they came to pick it up at 6pm! I will be using them in the future! The guys who came to pick up the bounce house picked up some of the drinks and plates that were close by when they didnt even have too!

Ive rented from Inflatable Party Express twice now and both times Ive revived the upmost service. Their units are some of the cleanest bouncers Ive seen. The guys that brought the bouncer and mini golf game were friendly and knowledgeable. When I made the reservation the woman on the phone was very helpful in picking the right bouncer and game to make my little boys party a memorable one. They are the only bounce house place Id use and I highly recommend them.

The guys delivering the bounce house were fantastic! We ran into problems with the county misleading me about power being at the park. So we had to move the party to my house, but we got it done and the kids had a fantastic time.

Very upsetting when I give a 30 day cancellation and I’m told it’s not refundable. Not only does it make your company look bad it brings down your reputation. Considering it’s 600 dollars we’re talking about not 100 bucs. I’ve never heard of a company doing this and I been in FLORIDA my whole life. Very nasty over the phone . Word of mouth can make or break your company coming from a buisness owners point of view myself. The contract is not a legal contract considering it didn’t require a legal signature, nor does it state in the lease it’s not refundable.

I rented a water slide for my sons surprise bday party and the owner Jack made everything so easy! He was very professional and even kept in communication with me so the surprise wouldnt be ruined. They set everything up for me and broke it down when the party was done, I couldnt have asked for a more seamless transaction. The kids has a blast and cant lie so did the grown ups!
