Big law suit coming there way ann and Elizabeth so called mangers are miss leading people called the police on me after I made a payment on 8/24/21..at 10:34am over the phone payment.i asked to go over my account to lisa.she transferred to call to ann.i explained to I dont understand she told me to shut up over the phone.i explained to ann I am coming over. Re mind you i made a full monthly payment.whe I got there I explained to ann I dont know you I didnt sing the rent center paperwork with.i want to speak with Elizabeth I she called the cops on me

Not a good experience, lots of long waiting periods on hold to get started, when they finally came with my item they didnt even try to get it in my house just told me it didnt fit then when they put my hinge back on my door they put it on wrong and my door couldnt close until i fixed it myself. Both delivery associates did not come wearing any face masks or any PPE and i have two small children. So disappointed.

DONT RENT FROM THEM !!Very nasty people, Ann was very rude on the phone, after waiting for a week for my furniture to be delivered they called me on the day of the delivery that their truck is broken and they cant deliver it, so i had to go pick it up by my self, while walking ion to the store i saw where their supervisor Elizabeth was busy drilling in screws in the coach from the back, after asking what it is they told me they just reinforcing it, so i took it like this cause they said they dont have any other options, NOW WHEN ITS COMES TO PICK UP THEY CLAIM THAT I BROKE IT AND THEY CHARGING ME FOR THIS, dont use them, nasty people work there

Somehow I appeared as a skip in their system. The manager went above and beyound to help me figure out how, when, and what was purchased. I am so great full for her help, and look forward to being a customer when this is figured out. I went in because my sons PlayStation is b omg repaired and he saw that we can do a short term lease, but from seeing how much they are there to help I trust this company to actually look into purchasing furniture I am going to update. I never knew this company had the quality, or was financially feasible with its prices, it isn’t much more then the traditional stores! I would prefer smaller payments while I’m able to save more and then pay it off with the yearly bonus I receive. It may sound strange that I feel this way but you would have to try them to understand, it wasn’t their fault someone used my identity.

One of The most unprofessional places Ive ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor and pick a different location to conduct business in.
