This company is a complete scam he will make u wait as long as possible so he can scam as much money out of the insurance as he can Ive ben waiting over a month for one little thing that takes a day to fix

They have Really good and friendly service, making sure that you’re getting out happy, and the main thing they are getting it done on time

Went in for a repair on the passenger mirror to be replaced and it was done in 5 minutes. Bcz its very busy and there are cars coming in and out all the time the workers offered to help me get out to the street safely. The customer service is top notch!

This one was all on me. I hit a pole on a Friday afternoon I called HI-TECH the following Monday. ZINDY told me to bring it in Tuesday morning.After seeing the damage ZINDY gave me a price and told me that my car would be ready late Thursday or early Friday. I asked ZINDY to be nice with the price since it was coming out of my pocket. First thing Friday morning ZINDY called that my car was ready. long story short THE FINAL PRICE WAS 500 LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE. I was very pleasantly surprised.THE JOB ITSELF IS FLAWLESS.THANK YOU ZINDY and the crew at HI-TECH for a very pleasant and timely experience

Great experience here. My truck was fixed as good as new in a very reasonable amount of time. All around very happy.

My car was towed from an accident on Sunday and this company will not release my vehicle to my insurance company. I have been trying to get the car now for 3 days. I would not reccomend this company to anyone.

Update to this review after Z’s response.My review is not false, as he claims. ***Just be careful with this company, many other body shops to choose instead!***Gave in car before lease return, was promised by Z. to do complete repairs, car was returned, then I received a $3000 bill from leasing company, called Z several times, but very not helpful. ***BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN USING ‘Hi-Teck!***.

I was involved in a car accident with my 2015 Bentley I thought my car was not fixable, not only they dispatched the nicest tow operator named Big Mike but also upon arrival they had a rental car waiting for me. Zindy worked close with my insurance company & got my car back to its pre accident condition, The car looked better than ever the color matched 100% and they even had my car detailed. Very happy with the service I received. Excellent service !!!!
