We had the pleasure of ordering an awning for our house. It was a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. Manny Loechner, the president of the company, came out and talked to us about what we needed to replace an existing awning. He suggested a material for the awning which we really like. The 2 installers, Antonio and Carlos, came to install it. They were right on time and were very professional. They did a great job installing the awning, cleaning up and taking away the old awning. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

Awning solutions originally put up our awning with a ten year guarantee...about year five we had some problems and Manny said he would fix them which he did..now a year later we have to replace part of the awning which is well within the ten year warranty and we cannot get a response...

Manny Loechner is such an awesome President of the company. He accommodated my request to install the awning last Sat., 9/3 and the installer came on time. Just in time for the party I was holding that day. Five star!!! Thank you Manny.

I had an appointment but had to reschedule it. They came the wrong day and never left a message. When I called back to reschedule, the woman who answers/schedules was rude and hung up on me. If this is their customer service at the very beginning, Id hate to have to work with them on a product or installation.
