We got to go for a Yelp elite event and I got to try a free Halo Halo. I did not get it with sweet potato or purple yam. Im not fan of those. The people here are super nice and the places absolutely spotless. Everything is a really good price. And the portions are huge! My daughter got a mini cereal ice while I was there and the mini is absolutely big. This is my first time having it and Im not sure if this is the taste for me. Everything separately was really delicious and I would definitely recommend it to people. I just dont know if its for me.
Best place to go for when you have a sweet tooth. Just make sure you have a card as they do not accept cash. Another great part about it is that its right next to the bakery so you can also get great Filipino food (cash only if you happen to go next door).
First time trying this place. We ordered the ube ice cream, paradise halo halo, matcha milk tea. It was so good! What fun creative twists to desserts and drinks. Im looking forward to coming back and trying out more items.
So upset with store. Went in with my kids after school to get something cold to drink. We ordered and the cashier after taking our order said they do not take cash. Not a single sign stated they do not accept cash. I did not bring a card or apple pay. Upset because they did not have a sign that they dont accept cash. Even online, it does not state that they dont accept cash.
We enjoy snoice so much. Their Boba is the best. Just the texture beats every other place .
The best Boba place in Spring Valley!!! Ive been a lot of Boba places in San Diego and this place is at least top three. Definitely the best in Spring Valley Ive found so far. The drinks are really pretty and artistic and it taste great as well!!!
Snoice is so good! The flavors toppings and ice flavors are great, the different shake options too. My family loves this place!
Every item weve ever ordered here has been really good! Weve tried multiple different drinks, halo halo and a lot of the flavors of the shaved snow and have really enjoyed each of them. The staff is always very friendly! Theyre also quick to respond to inquiries through Facebook messenger, as well!
Nice small store, sharing space with the Filipino bakery next door. We enjoyed pan de sal from the bakery, and mango shaved ice and ice cream from Snoice.Snoice is tucked away in a strip mall, so be careful not to miss it. Its visible from the street, but just barely. No big signs until you are there.
Excellent service!! Even though they did forgot our order and had to wait for boba to be made. However, they gave us 3 free drinks to make up for the wait. Was DEFINITELY worth it!!!
Great service, friendly staff and quality bobba and drinks.
Very clean facility and friendly employees. The shop is right in the corner of the shopping center, if you blink you might miss it, but youll be happy once you find it and get your boba. A large Jasmine Boba is about $5 not bad at all. Great prices!
Thank you for introducing me to Halo Halo! It was life changing! It was a flavor explosion in my mouth! Where have you been all my life Halo Halo! Cute little shop, cant wait to come back! Great customer service with a smile . Explained the menu every well for a Rookie! Lol .. I love discovering places like this... once again thank you.. You have a new fan.
First time here and it’s right next to kababayan bakery. Ordered Paradise Halo halo and it took 15 minutes wait. After waiting 15 minutes they said they do not have tapioca and asked me for a replacement. Disappointed and a bit pricey.
Lately this place has become a hit or miss. The ingredients taste like they are good quality, but my issue with this place is their inconsistency. In the last few months their flavors have been more and more inconsistent.I am guessing they have new hires because their customer service is not what it used to be and their flavors are often off/watered down. I have waited in front of the register for a few minutes before being acknowledged. If you run out of stuff, please post a sign so I dont have to wait in line for nothing. Ive gone there 4 times in a row and walked out empty handed.I am giving it 3 starts because their ingridients are good quality and I used to really enjoy this place.
Their boba never fails to amaze me. I recommend their Rose Fruit Tea if youre looking for something floral and less sweet and Wintermelon Milk Tea if youre looking for something sweet and simple! I recommend trying out their shaved snow atleast once; its the best
My family & I came here today for the 1st time. We ordered an Ube Blend, Ube Wan and a container of crack cookies. While the boba in my Ube blend was delicious, the ube flavor in both drinks was really lacking- it was extremely watered down. The Crack Cookies is what saved our experience. The little morsels of deliciousness were happily devoured in a matter of minutes.
No more Thai tea shaved snow
Absolutely LOVE their fruiter drinks! Kt many other places have that. And their drinks are so unique the only spot I go to now for my boba and fruit drinks!
Is good but too pricey for what you get.
Love this place! Have to make a stop whenever were in the area.
Great service great shave ice. Its says dine in but there isnt any where to sit. But not a deal braker at all, we will most definitely be coming back
Great variety of boba and milkshake drinks. I love their halo-halo the best by far!
Online order said would be ready after 815, I gave them a little bit of time and at 820 checked at the window and they say they are backed up and havent started it. No real point in ordering ahead I guess.
I love Snoices range of flavors! Aside from the original milk snow ice, you can choose flavors including: mango, strawberry, matcha, chocolate, thai tea, ube, etc. They also have a ton of different toppings to select from including mochi, fresh fruit, gummy bears, sprinkles, and cereal toppings. In addition, you can choose what kind of syrup (chocolate syrup, condensed milk, etc.) to top off your snowflake ice. I really like their milk tea, mango, matcha, and Thai tea flavor. Its pretty strong! Their snow ice is very fluffy and doesnt melt as fast.My other recommendation is their halo-halo and boba teas! Their halo-halo is one of the best in SD. It is a Filipino cold dessert which is a concoction of crushed ice, evaporated milk and mixed ingredients including, ube, beans, coconut strips, sago, gulaman, pinipig rice, fruit slices, flan, and topped with a scoop of ice cream! Sounds delicious right? GO GET YOU SOME!!Will definitely be coming back! GO SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES!!
Best filipino food Love it
My firs experience with snow ice dessert. Ray was amazing, kind, patient. He explained everything. My mango shave ice was killer. Im going to fatter lo .
Youre reading this because youre wondering how Snoice is.Snoice must be super short for really great drinks, nice service, and tasty treats. Go there, its something different, take friends take family.Youre going to love it too, Im sure.
Great spot withal awesome food and drinks. Boba tea!)
Went to Snoice for the first time yesterday and super disappointed. Overcharged us for 3 halo halos at $21.50. Didnt receive a receipt either. Halo halos were okay; could be better. The ice cream on top was so small like a teaspoonful only, which they charge extra for $1. We will not be back again!!!
Great place to find that refreshing treat during the hot summer heat.
I hope you addressed my concern.Im happy to hear that my previous review was read and hope management addresses the issue regardless whether its next door or not ...do what is necessary to fix the issue.I do not like to leave negative reviews but will monitor the situation.. and hope for the best.
Snoice is so much. Its a great locally owned place with a bright atmosphere and tasty iced options. The hours are a major plus since its open later then most dessert places in the area.
First time here and already wanna be a regular customer! Very yummy creations and everything tasted so fresh! Highly recommend if youre looking for something new.
I love this place! Everyone is always so friendly and everything is so delicious
Very good boba. Creamy ice cream. Halo-halos. Various flavors and textures to try
Great little sweet treat place. Some really fun secret menu options. They have vegan options! Their milk teas can be made with almond milk. I had the mango shaved ice with coconut and lychee jelly, delish. Its also in the same building as a Filipino bakery.
I took my sisters there to pick up a few drinks, the staff answered any questions that I had about the interesting blends, and I left with a perfectly concocted tiger milk with pudding. Oh my... yum yum
Always a good experience here, the last Thurs of every night is usually Open Mic night. The drinks are all pretty great. They have a rewards program (Five Star), and a mailing list that keeps you in the know. Definitely a go-to spot!
I live right around the corner and I been wanting to try this place for the absolute longest and I finally got to try. I walked in and ask for recommendations and the girl didnt give me recommendations she just told me to look at the menu. I was upset and left no tip and when I didnt leave a tip, I felt like she got upset at the fact I didnt leave a tip. Probably wont come back again
Pandit area
The milk teas are really watery it lacks flavor 😩
Delicious take on shaved ice. Its like the flavor is actually in the ice versus just a liquid drizzled onto it. Always a nice quick stop on the way home for the weekend. Chocolate and original are quite good, I have yet to try the fruity flavors.
Cost way too much for what you get. It was different. Reminded me of when water is poured onto cotton candy. It just disappears into the air!
This place is amazing! Whenever I come, the employees are kind and the drinks and desserts taste great. I really recommend this place
So nice (hehe) twist on shave ice. We were looking for Hawaiian shave ice but we found a shave ice cream shop. Also bonus Halo-Halo. Another bonus the Filipino bakery and Snoice have no wall separating. Looking forward to going back.
High quality, healthy options and cool goodness.
A place where filtered water can be bought. No matter if the place is closed, they have a vending machine that is accessible to the public. 5 gallon container is $1.75.
The Thai tea shaved ice was great. Came in for a game night on the third Thursday of the month and had so much fun. Will be going back again.
Good boba teas. Relaxing atmosphere. Also, its connected to a Filipino restaurant - you can buy food there and eat it at Snoice.Recommend: Halo-halo
Awesome, helpful, and all smiles, as the service was friendly helping me with some Halo halo...good times.
A standard boba tea concept store. What they do differently is offer a frozen dessert made by taking a frozen brick of product, putting it on a spinner and shaving it off into a cup. The result is not really an icy or slushy or snow cone, something unique and tasty. The place is connected to a Filipino bakery where Ive never seen so much many ube influenced pastries in my life.
Been there a handful of times and have never been disappointed. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work.
Good
PROS:- Never experienced a wait- Live menus (that I think they can update on the spot, considering the TV menu shows Sold Out items)- Every drink Ive ordered has been tastyCONS:- Small (but expanding! Just within the last year theyve added outside seating)- Only 2 drink sizes, Small or Large- Location makes for a tiny parking lot (tiny in the sense that the lot is small AND shared)NOTE:I havent tried anything aside from drinks.MY RECOMMENDATION:Taro milk tea with boba. Classic drink that they havent messed up (some places make it too sweet)
Yummy ice cream and friendly staff. The scent from the bakery next door is intoxicating. I could sit in there forever
Unique Filipino ice / cream desserts offered by a family business. Where else can you buy corn and cheese ice cream serve in a sweet roll?
Crew was sweet. Very helpful. Hoping to go again soon
The service is REALLY slow some times, but they are all really nice people working behind the counter. The ube-taro with boba is my favorite. Not too sweet, and just right. Love that they also seem to be very active in their local community.
All the desserts here are amazing and they have much better hours now compared to when they first opened up.
Absolutely delicious. Visit Snoice, cool your head.
Awesome place for halo halo and Taro milktea!
First time coming to this store from out of town. We ordered the halo halo and taro drink. One of best halo halo!!
This store is sorely needed in this part of town! Snoice offers cold Asian desserts like halo-halo, shaved snow and boba drinks. The shaved snow ($5 for a mini) tastes so fresh and is made with natural ingredients. It melts in your mouth like cotton candy. I usually go here for the halo-halo ($4.50). While I always order the standard they give you the option to customize your ingredients. The storefront itself is unassuming, connected to a Filipino bakery. Theyve grown from a small cart inside the bakery to a good section with real countertops. Hopefully they can expand to meet the needs of their fans and the community!
Wont recommend the halo-halo. The worst halo-halo I ever had.
Hands down the Best place to get Filipino food
I ordered Thai teas but they had no flavor what so ever
Good boba, Good People, Good Vibes. Support your local spot. Even on cold rainy days.🍨 👌🤙
So Great ! Delicious ice cream. And very friendly staff . When I asked for a recommendation they did not rush me
I love this cozy shop. It is great to go with your family.
Great place to get one of a kind icecream. This is my sons favorite place for icecream.
Cant wait to go back. Going to the the bakery next door next time.
I got the Okinawa milk tea with Boba and the Thai Tea shaved ice with condensed milk. Both were delicous, but the shaved ice was too sweet for me (my own fault adding condensed milk to thai tea). The people there were super kind though, and were willing to replace the ice!The boba was delicous, it was the right amount of sweet and chewy, and the okinawa was a great pairing for it. I recommend this place!
Nice people working there and first time trying halo halo which was really good. Can’t wait to try more.
Love the flan next door. Excellent ice cream & stickers!!
Never disappoints! I always go for honeydew slush with boba, its bomb!
