Amazing service. The technician was on time, professional and really knows what hes doing. He did a proper diagnosis of the garage door and recommended what needed to be done. My garage door was more than 15 years old and needed a lot of updating which I thought might take hours. To my surprise, the work was completed in a very timely manner and works perfectly.5 stars!!

The tech was a professional and great. He said he could come out in a two hours. In les than half an hour, he showed up and nicely fixed the problem out. It happens to be a worn gear on my 15 years old garage opener. He gave us couple of options and provide his recommendation. We decided to replace the entire unit. The opener took about a hour and I was fantastic how great the opener is. Highly recommend their service.

Had a garage door that wasnt working due to a broken spring. I called their service around 9:30AM and spoke to the manager. The technician came out for the appointment and promptly fixed my garage door spring. He even spotted that my garage door was unusually loud and adjusted the tightness of the railings for me. Highly recommend this company. They lived up to their customer service reputation and treated us like family. They were running slightly behind schedule and called to update me and keep me in the loop, much appreciated! When he got here, Ben was highly professional and got to work right away to figure out the problem with our door. He quickly discovered it just needed a little more horsepower, an easy fix. He then stayed and gave us a quick primer on our garage door and made sure he had answered all questions we had before he left. Very, very reasonably priced, too. Will be using them in the future!!!

Their technician, came out quickly after we called, explained what components of our door had worn out, gave us several options at different price points while clearly communicating the pros and cons, and fixed the garage door on the spot, the same day.Now it opens almost silently and weve got a good warranty on our new parts. Of all the things weve had to fix after moving into this house, this one was the easiest. Cant recommend work highly enough.

I called them up with a garage door problem and they had an appointment available that day. It turns out that a handyman working on my ceiling had stripped the sensor wire accidentally. The technician from this place fixed it in five minutes price since it was such a minor issue. They also arrived with face masks for everyones safety so that was also a good touch.
