Beware of this golf cart dealership. Check all reviews before doing business here. Previously known as cotton wood golf carts. The owners is as shady as they come. Everyone in the golf cart industry knows this about him. Just ask anyone in the business. They sold me a cart to replace my street legal ford think. Spent almost $20k to find out a few month later it gets pulled from the dmv regi system because it was sold to us as a off highway vehicle when the owner new exactly what he was doing. He ended up going BK and opened this new alias “prestige”. You have all been warned. Mike should be in jail.

SVC came out today to diagnose why our cart quit running. It would not engage in forward or reverse. Omar came out on time and diagnosed the issue very quickly and made the fix. Omar is that guy any employer would be glad to have. Im more than satisfied with Omars knowledge and service. HERES THE RUB, SVC replaced the S&R switch at their shop this past January. $563.00 repair. The issue that caused the cart to become non-operative, the one Omar fixed today was a screw fell out of one of the contacts on the S&R switch they replaced this past January. I called Ryan at SVC as soon as Omar left, asked if I could get some compensation on the $200 I paid today since the problem was a screw fell out of a part they replaced 4 months ago. The short of the back and forth conversation is a NO, as in no were not going to give you any compensation. A screw not properly tightened just cost me $200. Conclusion, maybe its time for a name change, NOT SO Specialized Vehicle Company.

Glad we decided to purchase our family fun car from a dealer for a couple reasons like product knowledge and quality, but most important was the Financing option. We werent sure we could afford it, but it was made possible. Everyone was really nice! We will definitely recommend to all our family/friends.
