We bought our 4th set of tv ears 7 months ago. Both sets have gone out and the company wont do anything but charge us to replace a battery. Tried explaining the battery is not the problem. It is the volume knob. Its defective. So far I have gotten absolutely no where as far as having them replace these defective tv ears. If you purchase them dont expect good customer service.
Worse customer service ever. the product wouldnt work while plugged into the headphone Jack on my TV. I called and they said my TV must be the problem. I hung up, tried my ear buds and they worked perfectly. I called TV ears back and they said no way its there product. I said TV with ear buds works perfectly. they refused to test their product or send me a new one. my only option was to return their product for a refund which I did. I bought a pair of headphones online and they worked perfectly. I would not buy from them ever.
