I originally dropped off my Honda in Feb/March 2020. The original request was for carburetor cleaning and jet replacement. Hector promised the work to be completed between 1-2 weeks. I did not hear from him after 2 weeks and I started calling him to follow up on the bike. His answer was that he was too busy at the moment. He would start working on it the following week. A week later no follow up with me. Week after week no updates. I did not get my bike until June 2020. Then the bike was not performing well after he had worked on it. June 2021 I returned the bike to Hector to take a look at it and he said he would take a look at it right away. As of today, he hasnt even answered his phone. We call him every week but no answers since dropping it off. For two months we have not heard back. The last 18 months my bike has been in this shop for at least six months and just for a carburetor cleaning job. If you are a customer that likes mechanics that keep your bike hostage, this is your guy. I just want my bike fixed and returned.

Needed some work done to my 2006 Yamaha raptor 350... yes Hector is busy and he will quote you sometimes 2 to 3 weeks time frame to get the work done, but hey that’s just how it is... and that’s maybe because he does a great job at what he does with so many people take their All-terrain vehicles to him and trusting his work...he definitely got me back going and I’m super happy with the work you performed on my quad... I go to Hector with all my questions and or needs whenever something needs to get done... whether it be tires a simple question.... major work, Hector has always taken the time out of his busy schedule to help me out as much as he can..Thanks bro for making me a happy customer! You are definitely top-notch!

Not a very good service I would not recommend it

I had Cycle Pro build my 2017 RZR 1000. Hector and his staff were professional and friendly. Hector took the time out of busy schedule to educate and let me know how the process of the build was going step by step. Cycle Pros is a top notch shop located in the South Bay. Hector treated me fair and there were no surprises. Hector is that old school type of guy that his word is bond and it means something. His customer service and his building skills are top notch. As a valid customer I appreciate that. I highly encourage anyone building a quad, motorcycle or a RZR to check out Hector and his friendly staff at Cycle Pros.-Anthony

Best in town. Fast and on time .

Seemed to always be busy.... So dont expect to get anything fixed on your ride for at least two weeks.... Prices are kind of high and parts are very limited... But if you have an older quad or an older motorcycle and you live Southeast... Its still better than taking it to the dealer.

My buddy’s bike has been there since January. He trusted hector and look where it got him. Where did it get him you might ask? Anywhere but riding with his buds. DONT TRUST HECTOR. Unprofessional and dishonest.

Hector has that charisma that makes you build trust. One of the most trusted people and very reasonable and honest even thou prices arent cheap they are reasonable.

Love the customer service by hector, even though they were not open to sell parts only service due to the covid 19, he toked the time to help me and sold me a spark plug and air filter for my 1985 200x.

My bike needed lots of work and Cycle Pros took care of it at a good price. Their work is high quality and they’re straight forward about all of their pricing and services. Big cycle dealers want to charge you an arm and a leg for basic services. I will be coming back to to Cycle Pros!

My son and I came here looking for old LT80 wheels for a mini buggy project. They were super busy right before Thanksgiving and the main guy there was still very helpful, he spent several minutes with us trying to find what we were looking for and giving me lots of info. He even offered to help with more info or ideas after the Thanksgiving rush was over, which I thought was really going out of his way to help out a customer, even one who just paid a few bucks for old rims. I will be referring these guys based on that alone and will bring my bike to them when it needs work.

Took my bike in for simple repairs and he tried to rip me off saying I needed more than what I actually needed. No integrity. It was like being told I needed 4 tires when I took in a dirt bike.

These reviews are fake, do not trust hector or cycle pros, dishonest work here. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! i gave him the benefit of the doubt and he took me for a fool, told me my bike needed over 4 grand in work done. All i needed was new gaskets and he said my engine needed new pistons and took him 3 months to inspect my bike, he holds cutomers bikes hostage untill they pay outrages prices. I feel bad for people that do not know any better and bring their bikes here.

Hector put my quad back together and used old gaskets when I paid him 100 bucks for a set of new ones, he also put my pistons in backwards so that my bike would eventually have a catastrophic failure. He lied on almost every thing that he told me, I dont understand why if his reviews say he is honest. No integrity.

I was told it would take 6 weeks to change the tube on my dirtbike.

Héctor is very honest and Im not going anywhere else from now on, hands down
